When my installer came, there was no remote. The remote ships separately. So I now have to pay my installer twice to come out and complete the installation of the logs and remote.

It's extremely well constructed. Less than 30 min. To assemble. Very strong. I got two 1/2 cord racks & keep them both on my back deck. The covers are tough and very durable. Very good purchase! Great Christmas presents for my sons...And they even came with beer couzees!

I easily found what I needed (fire bricks). Ordering was easy. I ordered a dozen with an expected shipping time of 6 weeks. I received an email indicating that they had some bricks in stock but not enough to fill the order (which was the reason for the longer shipping time) and wanted to know if I would like what they had in stock immediately with the rest being shipped when they received more stock. Very nice to offer and I accepted. When I received the blocks, I couldn't believe the painstaking measures they went through to ensure they were not damaged. I've ordered from them before, and I wouldn't hesitate too again. Quality company, Quality service. Keep up the good work, you are appreciated!
