Arrived fast, set up even faster. Great product, getting full cover is a must. Does not hold a 1/4 cord of wood. Holds about half of that but it's a very good product
Dan you are right. Most folks cut wood into 12" or 18" lengths. You can fit a full 1/4 cord on your rack, but the wood needs to be cut in 24" length. Typical cut wood will be less than 1/4 cord. We're glad you are pleased with the quality and construction. Expect it to last a lifetime. They are truly an exceptional wood storage option.
Ordered a concrete section specifically made for back of wood burning fireplace because ours had a couple large cracks and had to be replaced. Received within a couple weeks and it was packaged so perfectly. No damage. We cut it to fit as product directions stated and couldn't be happier with the result! We also bought a firewood grate for inside of fireplace. It was a quality heavyweight product! Perfect!

I called to replace my log set from Monessen. I spoke with Levi and he helped me pick the best set.
Only complaint is that the connections were male to male so I had to do some etra work to make it work.

There are many places one can purchase the Prism product. My purchasing was made easy by the technical sales associate Thomas Regis who communicated quickly, answered questions the prism factory wouldn't and got us our fireplace before we expected. That's called exceeding expectations. Very good!

Awful company and customer service. Sold us four propane fireplace burners and log units, and had incredible difficulty in getting them to work. It created a hazardous breathing condition from the soot, completely blackening CPAP and other filters in our home. It turned out they were natural gas sets, and they would not take them back due to "improper installation". Not sure how they can send us the wrong equipment, creating a very dangerous situation, and then say it was our fault for not installing it right. They even offered technical assistance to convert them, which is illegal and dangerous. Stay away from this company. They are a nightmare.
