Several pieces were cracked and one was broken in two pieces. It was not packed very well. It was in a box inside another too large of a box with bubble wrap around it that didn't prevent it from moving around.
The technician gave me a very clear directions of how to take measurements and very patience. The glass door arrived on timely manner, in good conditions and my handyman installed them very easy. Wala…my fire place have glass enclosure now. Wish i ordered this a long time ago. Very recommended and will order again for futures needs.

I originally received my order and it was damged due to shipping. I called customer support and sent a few pics of damage item. Woodland replaced my damaged item no questions asked. Overall, material and supplies good quality but process of ordering correct brackets and supplies leaves something to be desired. Planning to sink posts into holes with cement, but the included materials didn't come with brackets to hold steel edging securely to the posts. The included brackets only hold one side of post and not very securely. On website it appears there are better more secure brackets available but it wasn't clear that those were not included

Amazing customer service, expedited delivery, personalized service
We have only had this log holder a few weeks, so cannot speak to its durability. However it seems very sturdy and well made. It was simple to assemble with wrenches and bolts that came with it. No other tools needed. It is a very attractive log holder.
