The fire pit I ordered shipped within a couple days of ordering but arrived damaged. Per Woodland Direct I will not receive the replacement unit until after 8 weeks from when I placed my original order.

I ordered this because the big box store fire pits only last a few years before breaking down. This one looks like it's made for decades "not" years. The only thing I think I forgot about was a grate of some sort to get some air under the wood while burning. Luckily I'm in metal fabrication so it should be an easy make.

I ordered a lifetime grate from Woodland Direct about eight years ago. The grate finally did burn through and they replaced it at no charge and even took care of the shipping. I highly recommend Woodland direct.

Once is a disappointing. A second time must be downright aggravating. Thank you for your patience while we get this handled properly. Thank you for letting us know right away. A service rep is already working on your situation to get new logs on the way.
Although the measurement were correct and you provided the correct cap for the measurement, the fact that the corners of the screened cap part were diagonal, cut 2 inches off the length. I had to cut the chimney flue to get the cap to fit. The second larger cap we ordered fit perfectly and the directions were easy to follow. It looks great!

Fireplace grate was solid and substantial, very good quality, and reasonably priced. Item arrived more quickly than expected or promised.
We've got them in cast iron and steel bar stock. They come tall, short, shallow, and in a variety of shapes. If one of our hundreds of options don't work for you, we can have one custom made to your specifications. We're glad we had the right one for you. Thank you for being a great grate customer.
