The only negative point was the lack of info about weight on the web site. It is not trivial to move a 415 lb (which I had to contact Customer Service to find out) fire pit that is dropped off at sidewalk level. Most people will be putting their fire pits in their BACKyard, and in our case we first had to get it up 43 steps.
So - on the website, specify the weight, the fact that there is no option to pay more for it to be moved into place, and the size of the crew needed to move it. That info would be VERY useful for future customers!

Very pleasant contact with service rep. We spoke to confirm the size of my custom made fireplace screen. As per the website and the customer rep I ordered a screen that would have a 2 inch overlap over the opening of the fireplace. It turns out that was wrong. The screen was manufactured to fit the opening exactly. The screen was for a fireplace that was 60x30 inches. When the screen is that big it must be secured on top as well as the feet that are both front and back. This is to prevent the screen falling forward when both doors are opened. The screen comes with hardware to secure the top lip, but if, as in my case, the screen overlaps at all, the hardware cannot be installed. There are welded nuts to screw in the hardware and if they are not in the aperture of the fireplace the hardware is useless. I had to purchase welding clamps and stainless steel wire to attach the superior lip of the screen.
The ceramic logs for my firepit look very realistic. They are heavy and radiate a good amount of heat. I had a great experience interacting with the customer care team.

Found what I was looking for, which was not available on that big shopping site. The unit displayed was much more finished than the basic unit I received. The freight delivery service didn't confirm until the day before and there seemed to be no way to get more advanced information. Overall a mixed experience.

I did receive my order but didn't realize I needed to sign for the delivery. It was stressful trying to coordinate a time to be home when delivery arrived. I also didn't receive the air mixer for my propane kit and was supposed to be on the order. I just didn't want the hassle so I ordered one off amazon. Not a pleasant experience because of fedex and incomplete order.

Was able to find a very nice see through fireplace for our basement, but product arrived damaged and Woodland did nothing to remedy the issue.
