Great product, and super fast delivery. Only 2 issues; 1. The set up would be simpler with a ratcheting wrench, and 2. I got the order placed email but no further emails or notifications about shipping or anything. It just showed up on my doorstep like 3 days later. It'd be helpful if shipping/tracking info could be emailed so people know to expect it arriving and not have to deal with pesky automated followup emails asking if I got it.

This is nothing more than a middle man and they have nothing in stock and have to wait to place the order from the manufacturer directly. SO... if you need an items quick this is not the place to go since they do nothing more than place and order. The deal is nothing special either so if you can actually speak to someone and get an in stock unit that can ship the same day, GO FOR THAT!
