My screen was a custom design for an unusually oversized fireplace. The reps at Woodland direct worked closely with me to ensure that I had everything I wanted and walked me through how it would be secured within the opening to be sure it was stable. The screen arrived in perfect condition, was easy to install myself and looks fantastic. We are thrilled and will order screens for our other fireplaces as well.
I needed to buy fireplace screens quickly after getting two kittens who decided to play in my uncovered fireplaces. One of my fireplaces is a non standard size and I was happy to find a place that made semi-custom screens. The measuring instructions were very clear but I ordered this by phone because I had a few questions. The woman who helped me was great. It arrived much sooner than I expected. The materials are very high quality, it fits perfectly in the opening and blends in well with my decor. I bought other standard sized models from other vendors that fit the other fireplaces, but I may replace them with these.

We've had our Woodland Direct firewood rack for 5 years. It is still sturdy and looks good. We just replaced the cover after 5 years of regular sun, rain, snow, and ice. Delivery was swift!

We had a customized firepit for 10 years at our vacation rental home that eventually wore through at the bottom. We liked it so much we wanted to purchase something very similar. Delivery for a custom product was prompt. The only minor glitch is that the customization option on the website was not working correctly, but speaking to customer service on the phone with follow up emails was very satisfactory.
