We bought over $$1000 dollars in stove pipe and a few other accessories. Completed installation and wanted to return extra parts.Called Woodland direct today and they will not take returns over 30 days, which was never explained to us when we purchased. Invoice and packaging slip have no mention of return policy and not explained by sales rep Kurt Fobare

Our service team wants to help, but because your order was placed nearly three months ago, we denied your request. Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback.

I'm building a new home and reached out to Woodland Direct to purchase 2 ISOKERN fireplaces. Sales Rep was helpful. After receiving the product, noticed 2 parts of the fireplace were missing and others were damaged with large cracks going through several parts. Large enough to break in half if a little pressure was applied. Sales Rep told me to just use the provided mortar and they would be like new. I found that odd but went with it since I'm not the expert. Lots of back and forth on the missing pieces with their tech support as the Sales Rep stopped answering emails and the phone. During all this I found a local ISOKERN rep to acquire the missing pieces and found out from them I over paid by several thousand when purchasing the fireplaces from Woodland Direct. I reached out to Woodland Direct about this and they gave me the run around. After dealing with the missing and cracked blocks, highly overpaying, and being ghosted by the original Sales Rep, I would recommend looking for a local rep that sales the same product. From what I can tell, Woodland direct is just a online reseller, (middle man) who highly overcharges. I will never purchase any product from them again.

Ordering was easy, the delivery was quick. The firewood stand is well made and went together really quick. It is very sturdy and looks good on our deck.

I ordered the 10ft Woodhaven firewood rack. I am happy with the weight/stability and overall quality. I put it together by myself, which was doable, but another set of hands would have been nice.

Website listed fire glass at $6.25 a package. I ordered 10 packages for $63. They charged me $378 and refuse to refund the money. They state there was an error on the website but that is not my problem
