It was alright there is not enough visual representation of what you are ordering to make an informed decision on what one to buy. Ordering process was good. Just demos of the particular units sucked they have the same Video of one burner for all the different sizes and styles

The business experience was very good. I think the Fireplace is OK. The reason I say this is there is not a lot of flame and it is not bright at all. I would think for over $700 they can improve greatly on brightness of flame. I will keep it because even though it is a low light fireplace it still looks nice. And I don't wanna go through the hassle of packing it up and sending it back.

The Wood racks I purchased are nice and sturdy. Welds are perfect. Packaging is perfect. Assembly is easy because everything is made with precision. This isn't the least expensive product you can buy for the purpose... but It may be the best. Overall, the price I paid most recently... I think was reasonable especially given the cost of shipping these heavyweight items.
There are less expensive alternatives. We carry some of them, but the rack you chose is matchless in quality. We are super proud to offer our Woodhaven wood racks. There is no "may be" about it... they are the best wood racks in the world! Great choice!
Putting this firewood rack together was a bit of a challenge on 2/3rds of the screws as they were a very tight fit. We did not have power tools.
