The mfg (Grand Canyon) information is seriously lacking in technical details and images to compare products, sizes, fire size, etc. There should be comparison images of the different products next to each other for size reference. In my case it was outdoor log sets. If Grand Canyon could provide this than the suppliers (Woodland) could also provide this information. Woodland tech support was excellent with what they could provide. They even reached out to Grand Canyon for more technical assistance. My product shipped within two days and I had logs and burner within 1 week.

Placed my order on June 6th. Received it near the end of August. Not Woodlands fault, but there needs to be a way to communicate actual deliver time rather than tell the customer one date and then delaying shipment over and over.

The logs we bought are hard to put together have barely no directions and look cheap. We opened them and got rid of the box or I'd send them back. Paid way too much for what I got. Very fake looking not realistic at all.

The 8' Crescent Firewood Rack is…. Well…fire! I'm so happy with my purchase. It's an excellent value and I found it easy to assemble myself (with the right tools). The package is very heavy but I turned it end over end, took everything out in my garage and assembled it in place. I think it would be easy for one person to push once it's assembled as well.
