I purchased product. Less than 24hrs of install I realized this was an unnecessary product purchase and requested refund only to be told personal choice nor to keep is not allowed under their refund policy...what the heck ever happened to product returned.Uninstalled/ unsatisfied money refunded! Horrible business motto!
Never use this!

I bought one of wondershare's data recovery programs when I was in an emergency situation and needed to recover a bunch of data ONE time. I tried several programs to save myself but none worked.
In the throws of my grief and the many other progtams i had tried, I forgot to cancel my subscription to Wondershare. I also never used the program again. A year later I saw another $70 charge come across my credit card. I called Wondershare IMMEDIATELY to cancel mysubscriptiom and ask for a refund of the SECOND charge ONLY - the charge for the new year of service, stating that I had no need for the service again and that I hadn't used it for nearly an entire year. They REFUSED to refund me for the second year and pocketed the money. These people are money-grubbers! They don't care about their customers at all!

They still charged me after cancelling my subscription. They are scum. Do not trust. Do not subscribe! Cause if you want to cancel one day they don't care they'll still take your money

I paid for a year subscription - at checkout they added a plug in that I didn't want and couldn't opt out of - by way of 7 day trial, I didn't want it but had no choice - forgot to unsubscribe - if you've got a busy inbox it's easily missed - asked for a refund as I didn't get a choice and the customer service was rude and unwilling to budge. They are crooks, toon my money - buyer beware.

The refund policy is literally scammeroni.
Dont buy anything from them. Their product is useless and cost way to much and you cant even refund it. Cause it need "Incompatibility or technical problems "

Edit: They eventually refunded me after I contacted PayPal and left negative reviews. Later however, when I searched something on Google, I wasn't able too due to an error message saying too many requests came from my network... very weird and abnormal and absolutely should never happen. I refreshed my PC to before I installed this company's software and the problem was gone. Later that same day I got the same error message on my phone! I don't use my home network on my phone, only my data so I KNOW it couldn't have been infected with anything else other than this software. Had to factory reset my phone and the issue was gone. On top of that, I began receiving phone calls and messages on WhatsApp from random Chinese numbers. Never before had that happen until installing this software.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS COMPANY'S SOFTWARE. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR LITERAL MALWARE AND THEN SELL ALL YOUR DATA TO OTHER CHINESE SCAM COMPANIES.

Avoid this company at all costs! They offer subpar software that does not do as advertised. You can do everything it offers by yourself for free with a little know how. If you want the convenience, use a better company! They claim to offer 30 day money back guarantee but will NOT honour it. I was dissatisfied, to say the least, because their software did not do what it advertised and is useless to me. No big deal, I can get a refund and no harm done. However when I asked for a refund, they ran me around in circles trying to get me to jump through hoops for it and ultimately just ghosted me. Very unethical and borderline, if not outright, fraudulent behaviour.

I cancelled my subscription MONTHS ago and they keep charging me even though I have the proof that I cancelled my subscription AND they will not respond to emails when I keep telling them to stop charging me. I have to call my bank on Monday. And not only do they keep charging me $15 a pop, sometimes they just decide to charge me twice in a month! WTF!?

Don't trust this software. Don't subscribe! I canceled my membership in 20 minutes because it was not useful at all. I recieved cancelation email like "sorry you are leaving bla bla". I was really upset with loosing my money for this product I couldn't really use. What a surprise! It was supposed to be FREE TRIAL and they charged me! My refund request was not met. But listen... that was not the end. After week I was charged again for some plugins! This company is scam, its support is unhelpful. Refund was not an option for a rubish product. I was charged after canceling subscription because of their loophole with plugins. DO NOT USE this software. Do not download it. Don't provide your credit card details!

I tried editing a video for my youtube channel, and I spend about 3 hours editing, to realize there was a watermark, and I have to pay to remove it. First I was fine with it, but then I downloaded my edited video that was around 3 minutes long and it deleted LOADS of it and shortened it to 1 MINUTE! Useless

We've been using their service for a year now and had to cancel due to life changes and a very ill family member. We thought it was cancelled but still got charged. (No email was sent prior) We contacted them and they refuse to refund the charge (from 2 days ago), said since we just want to cancel for personal reasons they can't do it. This is not the first issue we've had with them but it'll definitely be the last. In my eyes their customer service is a joke and they are very greedy.

I would give them handcuffs instead of 1 Star. This company sucks you in with false advertisement of a FREE Trial. After you pay your $79 and try to cancel the subscription within 2hrs of trying to use the platform, they tell you there is no Refunds. And then, when I looked at my PayPal account, I saw they also charged me another $32 that wasn't initially disclosed. It seems like robbery to me. False advertising and clear deceit.

They abuse amateur users by trapping them into their software and taking advantage of their hard work.

The product did not work and I notified them within an hour of ordering. They state 7 day return on their site. They now are refusing to refund and are trying to make me do hours of work to prove it doesn't work. Very poor product and deceitful service.

I recently purchased Wondershare Filmora, which came with an "Effects & Plug-ins" subscription that automatically renewed after 7 days. I attempted to cancel the subscription but was still charged. Apparently, after clicking a button to cancel the subscription, I had to click another series of buttons confirming my cancellation. When I was charged for the automatic renewal, Wondershare refused to give me a refund. I am disappointed that this type of predatory business practice is permitted. I will not be purchasing any additional products from this company. I hope the extra $20 they got from me was worth it.

After reading reviews about their lousy customer service, I decided not to even bother to contact them. Their product looks good on the surface, but really bad sound recording dampered the finished project. A reminder to read reviews and seriously research. Checking my account for fraudulent charges after reading other reviews. A good lesson that cost me $65 but was worth it.

I would never purchase from these scam sites again. No customer service, misleading information, and you can't get ahold of anyone to resolve the issues. I will be contacting my bank to stop payment and reverse anything they have taken from me. I new it was a trap and I fell for it. If you thinking about it, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I had signed up for the service, spent hours editing a video and then tried to export and had to sign up for the plugins trial to which I did, no matter how many times I tried to use the service it would not let me export without a watermark even AFTER I had signed up. I tried for another hour, and ti would continue to redirect me to sign up for the service but never actually allow me to export without a watermark. I have emailed customer support to issue a refund but they're not helpful and state it falls outside their refund policy. Don't bother with these dodgy companies that can't even create an app that works and bills you STRAIGHT away and then won't even issue refund.

They developed Mobile trans which is a mobile to mobile transfer app. I ended up in a situation to connect both mobiles on my laptop. And guess what. That PC intermediary app is a crap and doesnt work. I payed them 30 euro as a subscription for nothing.

I'm trying to do a refund. Guess what. The support tickets are not working.

Terrible customer service. Do not provide refunds and try to add on secret charges. Emailed after a charge and was denied a refund.
