WW's blouse styles are not as good as they used to be. I have never see so many ugly shirts and blouses. I used to be able to buy very nice, attractive tops but the past two years' styles have been awful. Extremely disappointed.
They have reasonable prices and a good selection of clothes
I really like this website. I have bought some clothing from them. The only thing I don't like is that they go a little overboard with the email marketing. I like seeing what items are on sale, but I don't need to know that often.
Tried using ths company several times! Low prices, but low quality! Rather put more money into purchase and get better quality.

I have no problems with the clothing and normally really happy with it. But, the shipping has been horrible. This is my last straw. So I wrote them a note
I did not notice this when I made the order and paid 23 bucks for shipping but, why isn't FEDEX delivering my order to me. Why does tracking say the USPS is delivering it to my mailbox? I wish I would have known it would be delivered like that because, I will be getting it two days later then I am expecting it. I might as well get the free or less expensive shipping. Very misleading!
I returned all the items I purchased because they were all too big. I asked for a refund of my money. I received a refund minus $20 which included the original shipping fees and the 7.50 return fee. This means Woman Within made $20 and I received nothing from them! Do not buy from this company! Another disadvantage was it that it took forever to get my clothes.
The product sizes don't seem to correspond with normal sizes or their own size charts. I order a 2x and what I get is OBVIOUSLY meant for a petite but is marked 2x. This happened more than once. AND, Their return policy is horrible and SLOW. YOU have to pay for sending the items back even when it was their screwup and it takes FOREVER for a refund or replacement! I'll never buy from them again.
If it was the 70's, Woman Within might be alright. I've ordered about once per year and I've let things slide, because normally I wouldn't complain. But, if I can save someone else a headache I will. As I am writing on 6/28/2016 my one bra that I ordered the end of May STILL hasn't arrived. At checkout, it did not say my item was backordered. After two weeks of waiting I finally got a confirmation email saying it had shipped... and it was the wrong one. Sigh... Their customer service was not helpful at all. I receive about two catalogs a month from them and the front usually says any order over $25 will receive these two overnight bags. NOPE... I've never received those either. The quality of their items is not the issue. Their items will last better than most, but there are too many companies now with much better shipping, better prices, and customer service. Thank goodness I ordered with PayPal, so I can get my money back if it never arrives.
The caveats I have is that these clothes are very cheaply made for the most part and dont fit all that well.
Plus the shipping is ridiculous and I paid tax.
