I placed an order and they 100 percent sent me the wrong item. I called and they tried to tell me I had to pay again for the item they sent wrong. Also I could pay $9 in shipping ect they were unfriendly unmovable and unhelpful. I will never do business with them again.
The order code I needed to order the jeans I wanted was missing in the catalog. So I had to call them to get the code. They found the code and they placed my order over the phone. I was supposed to get a free gift with my order. I gave the lady my free gift code. For whatever reason she did not enter the code in the system. I called customer service and was told they would contact the shipping department and correct the problem. I still have not received my order or my free gift. I contacted customer service again today and they refused to send me my free gift and they still cannot tell me when I will get my order. I have canceled my order and will no longer do business with them. Ladies please don't waste your time and money on them. It's not worth the headache.

They took my product and my money saying it wasn't received before the 60 days. Because of covid the post office did not get the package to them by the 60 days. They have been asking the customers to be patient during the pandemic with the shipping time. But, when my package came in late due to the post office they would not take that into consideration they kept my items and kept my money. I think this is horrible seeing as we're all going through this pandemic they're not the only ones. But, from reading the reviews I'm finding out this has been going on before the pandemic. I am so so sorry I ordered from them. I'm not in a position financially to give up $100 to them. I wish I would have read these reviews before this happened to me. I won't be ordering from any of their companies again.

Did not return my merchandise. I was told that I cannot return the three tops that I purchased from woman within because according to them it was 61 days and they only allowed 60. So I had to accept the fact That they were returning the shirts to me with no refund. Today I received two out of the three shirts. I am still missing a shirt. The people on the phone on customer service were rude And did not care anything about my feelings or my money. So I returned three brand new shirts, never worn and they returned to me two shirts all wrinkled up in a ball. I've been a customer for years. I want my credit card discontinued immediately and I would appreciate the refund for the third shirt that they never sent me back…What kind of business ethics is this. The reviews on this site are to be read before anyone makes a purchase from this company.

I ordered a pair of jeans from this company last june. I ordered 1 but received and was billed for 2. Neither package had a return slip enclosed so I couldn't return them for a refund without paying the postage myself I called and texted so many times. They kept promising me the return slips but they never showed. Now it's september. I know I'm never getting my $40 back. That's a big chunk when my whole income is $8000 a year from SS

This company is horrible and couldn't care less about their customers. They sent me a wrong size and would not exchange the item or send me a refund, even though it was their fault. I will NEVER order from them again!

I placed an order May 2,2021. Mailed my returns from that order beginning of June. They did not process my return until the end of August, when of course it was too late. So now I have to pay for merchandise that not only doesn't fit, but I didn't even get to keep! I am paying for clothes that Woman Within gets to sell to someone else and make even more money! Not acceptable!

My first order and everything I ordered was too big. Since I used paypal to buy I could not exchange. They charge $9.99 for mailing return back. Since I had 2 items that were no back order I was waiting and waiting for them to arrive to send back. As the 60 days return window was approaching I called about the back orders. It was then I learned that they had to be in their warehouse within 60 days. I sent them immediately back but in 5 days shipping they were not received in time. No refund. Then I had to pay 9.99 twice to return the other backorders. Never again! How can you expect to return items within 60 days when you don't have all the order in 60 days. Paying multiple return fees is ridiculous. Stay away!

I'm general, their clothes are ok. Probably 3-4 stars but they're customer service is HORRIBLE, and shipping costs are outrageous. I've kept items to avoid paying $20 to return one shirt. (Btw, sleeves are always super tight, so beware of that). Customer service takes over a month to return emails and then those don't answer the issue. If they do answer, they don't follow through. I was told a return would be refunded instead of a gift card to their site but when I returned the items, I got a d$@# gift card. My initial issue was that I placed an order, then changed my mind when I realized I wouldn't get my order for a month. Two hours on the phone just to be disconnected. Then many email which weren't answered until the day after they shipped my items (a month later). How convenient. I will be complaining to the BBB if I don't hear from them in another two weeks for my latest email.

I ordered 2 items. Received 1 item and it was so large compared to another item I ordered from them in the same size. Sent back and still haven't received another item in a smaller size. I finally received my other item which ended up being huge as well. This item took about 6 weeks to receive. Still haven't heard a response whether they received it. They don't answer emails. I guess my next step is calling my credit card company to try and get my money back.

My mother purchased over $100 worth of products in may of 2021. She never received any of the items from the original shipment only received the back ordered item. All of this was paid with after pay. She was told she had to sign an affidavit and mail it back to them for the merchandise that she did not receive. She did this and has made multiple calls to the company. She has received nothing but a run around which I have been witness to. No one has given her answers and now she's on the hook for clothing she was never in reciept. This company is a scam and should not be in operation. It is now SEPTEMBER of 2021 and nothing has been done to resolve this issue still since MAY 2021. Unacceptable and a disgrace the way this plus size woman's clothing site has the audacity to treat their customers. Shame on you folks and every last one of your useless untrained representatives.

I ordered over 550 in clothing. Returned it all but 2 tee shirts. They don't credit ur account They steal from u and offer the most horrible fabric. Now I'm fighting for my money returned. Shop elsewhere. Plus not American customer service and they yell at you. Plus I signed up for free shipping but never got it. Also woman within did not send any paperwork and they won't send it to you only an email. Therefore, you must take a chance sending stuff back. They really abuse you as a customer. I feel they discriminate based on our weight issues. I hope they close down

Placed a huge order. Took over a month to receive my order. Clothing that was received is good quality - no complaints about that. One of the items I ordered was incorrect when I finally received it. Returned several items for exchange, including the incorrect item. Have never received the items I ordered in exchange - except to have the incorrect item returned to me with a different label on the bag. Have tried contacting customer service, very unhelpful. Overall, my original order was placed over 3 months ago and still have not been able to complete my order with exchanges. Also, when I sent back the incorrect item, I could not get a refund unless I paid a $9.99 fee - when I originally ordered, it was with free returns and exchanges. So I now have an e-gift card for somewhere I will never order from again due to their horrible service….

Ordered on their website not on Amazon.$52.00 and $14.99 shipping. I fell for the scam "join the frequent buyers club to get free shipping". BUT THEY BILLED ME THE SHIPPING - the "frequent buyers club" is a REBATE! OK, whatever, liars...(I just cancelled it after I got the order) Order arrives: The merchandise was disgusting, no tags and smelled musty. I returned it. I got an email telling me the return would be $52.00. A month later I get the refund MINUS $9.99. I call the FOREIGN customer service guy who argues with me that "that's the same if you went to your post office so what's the problem?" I KID YOU NOT. After me yelling about 10 times WHERE DOES YOUR WEBSITE SHOW ME I HAVE TO PAY $9.99 FOR RETURNS? And him keep telling me "it's for the LABEL" I just hung up. SCAM ARTISTS. Now where's my REBATE? I bet you money it's not cash it's a store credit.
I ordered a dress. I expected it in 7-10 business days because that is what they promised. Took over twice that long. I tried cancelling the order after almost two weeks since it hadn't even been shipped but they wouldn't cancel the order. Since I no longer have use for the item since the time to use it has passed I tried retuning it but they didn't reverse the charge. I disputed it with my credit card company which took the charge off. I am now getting notices from customer collections group. Horrible company! Horrible customer service!

I am very dissatisfied with the service that I have recently received. First let me state that I understand that I returned 1 of 2 products after the 60 day return date but the other one was before the 60 day return date. HOWEVER... I have tried to track my return package with them and was told on my first call that they had not received by package. Then today when I called again they did receive it but will not refund anything because of the 60 day return policy, nor will they return my items. They assume that I know the policy and know that they will donate my items. I'm not sure why I don't get a refund on the items that were within the 60 days. The email that I got from them when I received my order said: Our goal is your complete satisfaction! That does not seem to be a true statement.

Do not order any free gifts from woman within. My free gift was advertised to be a 40dollar value. Not only was it not the correct item but it was probably worth about five dollars. I have also received items that were really awful before and it costs ten dollars to send back. Always have had a hard time getting credit for returned items. BAD

For those who don't know about Nickel and Dime companies, they only sell to you if they make the absolute highest profit possible. Translation - no customer service, no seamstress that understands what an plus size woman looks like (skin tight lower leg with HUGE waist and hips), no returns unless you pay for shipping, no warehouse on the planet that admits to getting the package back - even if you can prove it, no refunds ever get to your credit card even though they send you a refund slip. Just don't do it. Even making your own clothes is cheaper than all of this and you live longer too.

I just don't like the way woman within does business. They charge a fortune for shipping that takes forever to get to you. Heavens knows if you have a return. You may hear from them six weeks later after you know they have to be sitting on your return. They are a pain to work with.

I ordered from Swimsuits for All and returned one suit requesting my money refunded. Shipped same day I received it. Instead of refunding me, they gave me an "electronic gift card" Didn't want, but ok. Went and found a pajama set on WolmanWithin on July 13th. Heard nothing until August 9th, offering me 40% off for a "sorry for the delay". On August 12 received another email stating my order shipped. Checked it again today (8/27) still hasn't shipped. Label created, not turned over to the post office. I will not buy anything else from these companies. Blame Covid all you want, however, nothing else I've bought from any other companies has taken a fraction as long. They truly should be ashamed. Also, the reason I'm on here, I've written them to complain, no response. No nothing from this company. DO NOT BUY!

Answer: I don't know about charging for each item but you are always charged a shipping fee for returns even if the mistake is their fault.
