I ordered a pair of pants. They automatically charged me for the pants, but of course the charge was pending. The charge was supposed to be returned in 3-5 business days. I has been over 2 weeks and they money has not been returned. The pants also never made it tom me and were returned. That was a week ago and nothing has been done to credit my account. I have spoken to someone over the phone and got the run around and I have also chatted with someone online. I received the same run around. When I started to get a little upset she closed the chat room. Very professional? Yeah right! This is ridiculous that this company is able to hold on to my money and refuse to do anything about it! Don't buy from them because you never know what kind of run around you might get!
Tried to place an order online and get the free gift promotion. It didn't work so i called customer service and they place the order for me with the gift code included (3 pc bag set). Received my order but no gift. Called customer service and was told I placed order online not with a representative and their was no promotion code included. So I'm out of luck for getting my gift. This is unfair plus customer service representative didn't try to get the gift for me. Service is absolutely terrible - be careful when ordering from them.

I had been a customer for yrs. But since they outsource their products it's been a living hell. Returned items in 10/21 got receipt from mailer, then they sent me slacks I had cancelled, returned them, got receipt that they had been sent. I continue to get bills from them saying I owe for the 2 orders I returned. Just to stop these bogus bills i paid the 1st bill & shouldn't have. But that didn't resolve things. Now they send another bill & won't credit me 29.99 for item that was returned to them.

My billing and shipping address are different. I ordered a gift to be delivered to another state. They delivered the package to the billing address. No one in the customer service was able to understand what was the issue, and, when they finally understood what happened, they blamed Fedex. This is just unbelievable.

I had a very bad experience when I placed a large order from a 'Free Shipping' catalog. However - I was charged for shipping. When I called to ask why I was told it was because I paid for my order using
PayPal. Apparently - they don't give free shipping to people who use PayPal.
Too Bad I didn't learn my lesson. I placed another large order in July. Since placing the order I have been very ill and hospitalized twice. I called today to explain. I have 8 items that are way too big for me (I lost a lot of wright while I was ill). All of the items are in the original packaging just as I received them. I am way past their 60 day return policy but I asked if they could please make an exception due to my circumstances. All I wanted to do was exchange for a smaller size. They refused. I guess I am a slow learner but I finally have it in my thick scull that these people do not deserve my business. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered a pair of jeans and they were back ordered for a month. When they arrived, they were covered in wrinkles, the color was a faded, dingy black and the sizing was way off. I could have pulled them to my chin and the length would still been off. Ha! I contacted online chat. I explained my experience, requested a courtesy credit. The pants were only $24.00. The Representative had zero customer service skills. She said, I will send you a return label. I don't have access to print the label and who has time to go thru this long return process?! I contacted Woman Within via Facebook. I explained the situation, again. Same responses. We do not offer Courtesy Credits. On both interactions with Customer Service, they made zero attempts to retain my business or rectify the situation. I waited a month for my jeans and have never made a complaint and this was my treatment for being a loyal customer?! I requested to be removed from their mailing list and future emails. I will NEVER order from this company, again!

I ordered this for my mom 4 different occasions. They advertise that shipping is free anything over 75.00 four times a year. NOT! I PAID 14.99 EVERY TIME!
THEN, when you enter a code it gave one item off on it.
I canceled my card with them.

I ordered a denim dress I received a bikini bottom. I called them and spent an hour trying to straighten out the mix up. They completely disregarded my compliant and kept trying to sell me more dresses? I would like the dress I already paid for and I would like it shipped out soon please I paid extra for faster shipping. All they cared about was when they were going to get the bikini bottom back. Then after ten to twelve days they would send me the dress. I mailed back the bikini. A few weeks pass and wouldn't you know it I received the same bikini back from them an still no dress. I never ordered a bikini bottom I ordered a dress. They said the time for returns is over. So I won't be getting my dress or a refund. I am done with this company.

Many times you end up with a top that has huge armholes and you can't possible wear it in public. Or the top hangs like a bag even though the model shows a wonderful cut. If you look closely at the photos, you'll see that they pin these problem spots so customers don't see them and take great liberty in modifying how the product hangs. Watch where the models arm is to see if she's covering up armhole issues. If the product you get works for you great, but don't bother trying to return things; you'll get a fraction of the what you paid or it might be an electronic 'store credit' that doesn't work. There customer service is just like the company responses to these complaints. 'We're sorry you're unhappy but we aren't going to offer you any assistance". At this price, remember you're getting discount store quality and service less than that.

I paid my TOTAL bill and 2 months later they send me a bill with a 40.00 late fee! I called and the man on the other end said I need to listen to him and have proof and send it to the address he gave me that if I did that it would take less time. I looked at my ordering status and found that I had KINGSIZE billing on my woman within! Amount EVERY MONTH for 45.00 WHAT THE HELL

Anyone noticing that the standard response to the bad reviews for Woman Within is - Sorry! Thanks for the feedback. We'll try to do better. RARELY do they go further to try and change the experience for that customer. That sort of response is a serious let down that says that we don't really matter as customers to them and sounds like a serious "canned" response. In other words - a blow off so it looks like they're addressing the problem when they're really not. Another fine example of the brand's customer service. Shop Periculo Tuo!

We refund the items returned and then charge the new items separately, as our customers often want a completely different item that is a different price. We do offer free returns with an egift card credit refund so that you can also use the credit from your returns to place a new order.
As a plus size woman I am always looking for cute comfortable and affordable clothes. I have got several outfits from woman's within. They will take back what won't fit but their shipping is a little slow.

I am currently having a horrible experience with the customer service reps.at Woman Within. I was very specific about when I needed my order to arrive and I was willing to pay for expedited delivery. The customer service representative assured me if I upgraded to the WW credit card and spent a little more I would still receive my expedited delivery with free shipping. It was a total Lie! As of today, no items have arrived... I called them and they're like "oh... the packages aren't even shipped out as of yet..." This is a disgraceful with no accountability on their part! Shame on you Woman Within! I was counting on these clothes to return to work next week! Now because of you're misinformation I have to scramble to gather outfits for next week. Again, shame on you Woman Within! Clothes definitely affect people's lives.

I wanted to return boots. But they didn't send a packing slip so I had to call and get one. It took 45 minutes and 3 phone transfers. I will never order from them again.

I've ordered vnecks and polos from WW in the past. They're all 100% cotton which I take into consideration when ordering as well as when washing/drying. The 1st pic shows a new white vneck behind the first time washed black vneck. Both vnecks are the same size. The 2nd pic shows a previously washed white vneck behind the same first time washed black vneck. Again, both vnecks are the same size. The shrinkage is unbelievable and unacceptable. When I called and told the 1st CS rep I spoke to about the shrinkage problem, her response was "well, the item is 100% cotton and we do not accept items back that have been washed". OMG, really? That's the CS response to a quality/defective item problem? The 2nd CS rep I spoke to was not as snotty as the first one but she told me that all items are inspected in their warehouse so it couldn't possibly be defective, period. Isn't washing a new item a good way to find a defect? I will never order from this company again. I also closed my account. I would hope they review their return policy and actually "help" their customers rather than shirking responsibility for defective products. Do not order from this company, ever, or pray you don't have a problem that requires a common sense solution, like a free return or full credit.

Twice I have ordered a certain lounger, both times I received a different lounger. If/when they run out of a product, they won't contact you and ask you to choose a replacement, they just send you whatever they like.
I will now buy Woman Within at thrift sites. That way I know what I will get. Cheaper, too.

I have been a customer for years. In the past 2 years they have changed and it is no longer an option for me to order from them. There customer service is all outsourced so that the people who answer the phones cannot even really help you because they are not even in the same country as the business. When you call for support the people on the other end of the phone do not listen to you and they talk over you so that you cannot speak. Twice now they have shipped my items to the wrong address and expected me to pay for them. I'm done. Either get competent people to take care of your customer service or lose all of your long term customers.

I had ordered a pair of shoes for@ 15.00. I received them and they did not fit so I sent them back. They denied they received them and I refused to pay them again for a pair of shoes I sent back. The charges eventually got up to 400.00 which I refused to pay. I was purchasing a house and the person doing this assumed I had the great credit rating I usually had. Woman Within had ruined it to where I had to pay them the 400.00 for a pair of 15.00 shoes that had been returned to close on the house and get and my daughter and me off the street. This homeless state went on most of the summer and hotel, meals out, gas etc cost me@ 5,000.00
A standard routine for Woman Within is to have a sale, report item is in stock, only to receive a notice a week or more later that the product is back-ordered. Woman With states that because the product is back-ordered, the company will deliver merchandise after the sale; therefore, it is full price because it is after the sale!

I purchased 6 flannel shirts for the Fall, all of which I thought were beautiful. As soon as I washed them (cool water, not high heat) They shrunk! The arms are now 3/4 length and they no longer fit or look well on me.

"Sorry, you washed them we can't take them back".
Really? Of course I washed them.
I never wear clothing without washing them first.

Answer: I don't know about charging for each item but you are always charged a shipping fee for returns even if the mistake is their fault.
