The worst mail order site I've ever dealt with. Their measurements are wrong (following their directions I ordered a size 3 8D bra. The one I received was 32D. They charged PayPal even tho I gave them a Visa number. They didn't provide proof of purchase and wouldn't print a return label. I had a UPS charge of $13.28 to return bad product.
The Full Beauty Brand-Woman Within online retail is not a reliable company to do business with. I placed gift card order online on 12/13/21, then received a call on 12/15/21 from Full Beauty Brand office to confirm. I provided verbal confirmation and thanked them for the verification. On 12/30/21 I learned the card was never sent. I called customer service but they could not explain and forwarded my call to business office that was closed for the next two days. I wanted my intended recipient to receive their gift so I went online on 12/31 and ordered an "E-Gift Card" thinking this would be sent within 24 hours…But No, it was not! 3 days later (1/3/22) it still was not sent. Now I had two orders stuck in limbo. I called again and they said they don't release the Gift Cards until they verify…Seriously, they verified the first order and it did not process and mail…. Now the E-Card is pending process. Consumers please save yourself the grief and frustration and find another online retailer. There are many good online companies but Full Beauty Brand-Woman Within is NOT one of them.

They have THE rudest customer service I've ever dealt with. If you question above what their little skit is they read from they pretend your phone is breaking up. Or is you aren't satisfy with their gibberish they hang up on you. I was hung up on 3 times out of 5.

Went to use Christmas VISA gift cards today. Most items were (as usual) back ordered. This company charges your CC for back ordered items when the order is placed and won't refund until 30 days after the item is confirmed unavailable. I did find two in-stock items totalling $112. Each gift card was $100 - and Woman Within refused to split the order across multiple cards. The quality is variable, so I often return items. This was my last attempt to order from them. It's just not worth the hassle. Caveat emptor.

The worst customer service ever and could care less if you get help or not. I qualified for free shipping and something happened on the website and didn't get the free shipping so I called to ask them to credit my account and they said there's nothing they could do. I will never order from this company again.

Because I bought the wrong size I get to pay postage to exchange or have my account credit. SO in other words they don't refund anything they end up keeping all my money

WW is a big fat joke, think twice before ordering. Had 2 separate orders, I waited and waited for update finally called only to find out credit department put them on hold cuz they needed information. Never once did they attempt to contact me about my orders so when customer service transfered my call over to credit department I had the luxury of staying on hold for 150 mins and they hung up on me not once but twice.
I've ordered multiple times with general success unless something is back ordered or needs returned. I ordered a tie dye sweatshirt this Summer and received in August with a huge dirt/grease stain on chest. Attempted to exchange but none left. Available in October, reordered. Charged but on back order for 3 months. Finally received today and in spite of emails confirming the size, both are incorrect by several sizes too small. Little hopes of them giving a crap. Everyone is shorthanded but somehow they have the manpower to mail me 10+ calendars per month.

I ordered a pj set for a Christmas gift and a coat for me Never got them and now there's "no orders" on the website. I called customer service and got a troglodyte who was very unhelpful and dismissive. Next week I get a 5X bra I never ordered. I wear a medium and a 40 C bra. I buy a lot from here but I never know if I'll ever get what I order and the website is a POS. So are the employees - at least the ones I've come in contact with

I ordered a dress and returned it to the return label address that was enclosed in my package. After a month with still no credit issued I called about the return. I was told that it was mailed to the wrong warehouse and they could not issue me a credit. I told them it was mailed to the address on their return label they enclosed in the package and yet they still refused to give me my money back. In my opinion, this company and all its affiliates are scam artists out to steal from their customers. They have certainly lost me as a customer for life. Terrible customer service and no regard for the people who buy from them. I didn't even want to give them the one star but it wouldn't take my review unless I gave them a rating of some kind. They don't deserve any stars!

Bought two pair pants for $7.99 each. Returned them for a smaller size. Receive two more and again returned them. Did not fit. I called when I get notification that they received them. I called customer service and man told me that my bill would be adjusted to zero. Today I received bill for $29.53. Been on phone for an hour with three different people. Keep getting transferred where there isn't option to talk to someone. Definitely done with them.

After spending hundreds of dollars every year, after this years BIG order for my family I got a $50.00 off coupon when I spent $100.00. After struggling 2 hours on the phone with someone who barely spoke English she said my coupon couldn't be honored and was no good. Who does that? I ask to speak to supervisor of course I can't so I canceled the whole order and remove me from mailing list what a way to treat your customers. Just done

Please, don't buy from this company, first able this website is not secure, first time buying in here, someone hacked my credit card. Second able they send you the wrong item and you have to return it on you expense

When I ordered a thermal dress a few weeks ago. And it was in stock when I ordered. But a few days later I got email that it was backordered and not in stock. And I checked the website again and it was in stock. They lied. They owe me the money and an apology. The tracking status was still the same, saying preshipment for a week!

This company does nothing but tell a bunch of lies. Tells you that you can do an express delivery and they charge you but you shipment somehow gets lost and you never receive it.

NEVER order from Woman Within -- worst customer service. My experience: I changed my default address on 11/29 at 1:39 AM and then placed an order at 1:42 AM, received confirmation for both of these actions in an email. The order was delivered to an old address on 12/6. Called customer service on 12/9 and was told there is nothing they can do, no refund or credit will be offered. WOW, just WOW. This company has lost my business forever.

It is time we all complained to the Better Business Bureau! Leaving reviews won't do a thing to force them to amend their business practices!
Steer clear of this company (& all Full Beauty brands) and if you are told that your refund is via a gift card instead of to your original payment method - complain. (good luck getting through to them though). Thieves.

Wow $20 dor shipping and $19 for return and it is over 19 days and no credit and over 2 weeks for shipping Please never again I mreturned all but 2 items and they were less that acceptable, Please find another source as no one in todays environment charges such prices for shipping and returns Please go someplace else I am now fighting for $100 in credit Probably will never see that Please be careful PLEASE learn from my mistakes

Over the years I have periodically ordered from them... and as is typical 90% of what you want is back ordered... typically a 6-8 week time frame for it to be back in stock. This time was no different... order placed 9/21/21 and I waited until 11/5 for my items that cost me $. My order qualified for a free gift... it too was back ordered. Finally becomes available and listed as shipping 10/13/21. No movement on order was ever updated according to tracking #. I called and waited (forever) on 10/25/21 to see what the situation was... oh no ma'am it was shipped. Well it never came... may I have a replacement sent. Oh no ma'am we have to wait 30 days before I can authorize a replacement be shipped... Order never arrived... so I call back on 11/12/21 and they send me over to a customer service specialist. He assures me no problem, he will ship another and I will get it in 7-12days. So I'm waiting... in the meantime I don't get any email or confirmation regarding the replacement. So I call back today 11/24/21... have to get a specialist again today because your customer service people appear to be clueless. So the specialist has to keep putting me on hold, "checking on my order".
So the answer is because it's now more than 30 days they won't send a replacement for an item I never received.
So in general I feel their business practices overall are a bit shady; after reading all the other reviews, from the constantly backordered items, to the pay for return shipping and extended restock time so the customer is out a refund. As "Full Beauty Brands" (Woman Within)has the market cornered on clothes for any of us larger than a 14 I believe we are not only dealing with a company who skates very close to illegal business practices but is practicing discrimination due to our size.

I ordered a pair of blue pants & received a pair of beige pants. Their return system is antiquated & I had to pay to return the WRONG item THEY originally shipped. I will never order from them again.

Answer: I don't know about charging for each item but you are always charged a shipping fee for returns even if the mistake is their fault.
