I noticed today I have a debit in my credit card of $14.95 on Nov, two times in Dec, and in Jan.
I called and the customer service representative said: I have here that you enrolled online to our rewards program.
I said no I didn't. She said: you may have unintentionally enrolled in our rewards program.
ANYWAY! She said they are going to refund me the total amount of the debts. Let's see...
I tried to find the terms and conditions for the Rewards program and cannot find anything. Maybe because I am so upset. Will try again another day.
Many of their items are pricey to begin with (Macy's is less expensive)
But they entice you with flash items across the bottom of the screen with very low sale prices, but when you click on the item, actual prices are higher and/or the item is not available in any size/color combination at all.
The "buy one get one free, no coupon or code needed" is not real. I put 2 dresses (same dress, 2 colors) from that BOGO category in my cart.
Discount?
Nope, full price for both dresses all the way thru the checkout process.
Ditto some clearance items in my cart, once they were in the cart they showed higher priced than the price shown when I clicked on "add to cart".
I have bought from woman few years ago - it is not the same now.
No customer service, no way to contact via phone or chat.
So I emptied my online cart and signed out
Very very very frustrated and disappointed with their deceptive pricing gambit.
Because I had clicked on WW before, WW now pops up frequently in ads when I am online - always with super low priced items that are basically fictitious or items that are completely sold out - but those same items keep appearing in pop up ads for weeks.

I had about 10 items - all but 2 were higher priced once they went in the cart - I gave up in frustration. Emptied the cart Signed out.

I ordered 4 pair of denim pants with elastic back The book I had said the price was $17.49. I ordered 3 pair by phone because I could fine the color in the book and I place a second order for 2 more online on the same day. When the order came for the first 2 pairs they charged me $24.99. The next 2 came and 1 pair was $17.49 and the other was $34.99. Called and because I didn't have the book and the item number from the book that said they were on sale for $17.49 a pair they wouldn't honor the price. Needless to say I won't order again.

A package was returned one week after received, never got a reply, no refund or exchange occurred. Have another order that I will be donating to charity, because my experience with Woman Within has been the same as several hundred other consumers. We have done business with other businesses online, and have experienced no difficulty with any of them, even Amazon is much easier to deal with than WW. My recommendation for persons desiring suitable attire to look elsewhere, and forgo the headache and aggravation trying to deal with "Woman Within".

The clothes I ordered are too big. The return policy is $10.99 and you pay return shipping for their mistake. Which isn't worth the time considering the pennies on the dollar you get back. I'm making $100 rags and will never shop there again. They also own Roaman's.

I purchased a skirt for my wife to wear for Christmas. I paid $23 for "Superfast" 2-day shipping which ended up being way more than the item cost after their "discount" was applied. The item arrived 7 days after I ordered it and it was a cloth table cover, not a skirt. Had to call customer service to return the item since I had trouble because the table cover item number didn't match the order item number. Ended up being sent to their parent company's website to do the return. The kicker was since I was returning the "skirt" and not exchanging it so there was an additional $10 restocking fee plus non-refundable $23 shipping they got me for $35 on a $40 purchase. I told them they could keep my money since they will never see another penny from me. Completed the form and since I wanted a return and refund on my credit card they said it would be 7 to 14 days- ended up being 31 days after my order for $6.
Somewhere I also accidentally signed up for their $3 a month "rewards" program so I had to drop that at another phone number. Terrible business model and total scam.

This company takes forever to get your items to you. I've waited up to 3 months. Then when you email customer service to ask where it is they tell you it's been delivered, even though the tracking clearly says it hasn't. The worst thing is if you make a complaint to PayPal, Woman Within does not respond. Consequently, as per their policy, PayPal issues a refund. Then 4 months later Full Beauty Brands/Woman Within sends a COLLECTION AGENCY after you to collect the PayPal refund! I kid you not! I've never seen such a thing in all my life. It's no wonder they had to file bankruptcy. They'd rather lose years of business from people rather than properly communicate with customers and PayPal. I so wish I could take back doing business with them. I wish I had read all the negative reviews.

After selecting the items I wanted to purchase, I went to my cart. It popped up a request to take the credit card for WW. I did not want the card and closed it out. When I did, the order was automatically put on my Catherine's credit card which I never agreed to do. I did not get my free shipping code put on order nor any other coupon codes. The customer representative would not adjust the order for anything. I'm completely disgusted and will never order from this company again. I am canceling my Catherine's and Lane Bryant credit cards. I'll give my business to someone who wants it.

I have had no follow up from customer service regarding an item I did not receive. I have made three attempts to contact customer service. The last attempt I called and it was explained I must fill out an affidavit. However I have been waiting for the form. The item was around $80. I wouldn't have liked to receive the item but at this point I would like my money back. I do want to patron a business that doesn't send the product then make it difficult to get it resolved. My next attempt to resolve this matter is to report it to the Better Business Bureau. I have had success whenever I have involved them.

The worst place to order from and return 2! Stay away! They send you an email telling you your refund is being processed to credit card and then you receive a letter in the mail saying you have 90 days to use this gift card. Hello, what? I called twice for my refund to be returned to my credit card, still waiting! PEARL needs a swift kick in the a$$ and some customer service training! No where in your return policy does it say we hold 9.99 for returning items and she laughed at me when I said that, so so so unprofessional and JEREMYneeds a class along with PEARL! BBB needs to review this company, it's run by a circus!

I bought and returned an item from Woman Within. The jacket was way too big. When I returned it I did not expect to get my shipping costs back. But not only did I not get the shipping cost back, they charged over $9 as a return fee. Then they wanted to give me what was left as a store credit. I paid with my Visa. None of this is acceptable. Not only will I never shop with them again, but I will also let everyone I know how they do business. There are plenty of other places to shop. Stay away from Woman Within. I wish I had read the reviews before I shopped there.

On January 15,2021@ 8:05 PM I attempted to place an order on Womanwithin's website with my Visa Debit reward gift card. My order came back declined stating there was an issue with my card. So, I immediately called my gift card customer service and they said that it was showing a pending charge of $89.93 from Womanwithin and it should fall off since it was declined. Today, January 17,2021 I called Womanwithin customer service and the agent was incredibly rude (there were also roosters crowing the background... wth?)He interrupted me, said he could not see any information on this transaction and told me he couldn't help me. I told him I wished to speak with his supervisor and he said she would tell me the same thing. I said again, I want to speak to a supervisor. He says, my supervisor is busy. I said I can wait. He tells me to wait and his supervisor answered right away. She says she cannot see a transaction and asks for a confirmation or order #. I told her my card was declined, so I have no #'s to give you but there is a pending transaction showing on my card from Womanwithin. She says the sales department can help me and transfers me and once I explain to the sales department, the agent says she will transfer me to customer service and to ask them to find a confirmation or order #. At that point I hung up and called my Visa debit gift card customer service who put me through to the dispute department and they showed that the card was declined by Womanwithin but there was a pending charge showing and for some reason the hold did not expire until January 25,2022, 10 days later, even though it had been declined. The agent said that was unusual and he assured me my account would be credited after 11pm on Jan. 25th. If not, I should call back to dispute that charge. My advice is to avoid placing any orders with Womanwithin because if you have any issues the customer service department (and their rooster) are quite rude and not at all helpful.

My elderly mother made a return with the FREE RETURN label they gave her. The post office even said it was free. All of then sudden there is a $9.00 charge on her credit card through Comenity Bank. She was told the charge would be taken off. Well... 5 months later there is a balance of $200+. I found all this out when Comenity Bank started calling me, her son. I don't live with her or have anything to do with it. I spoke with a lady from Comenity Bank and she basically gave me all my mothers information because she thought I was her! This is a major security concern. So NEVER ORDER from this company or use a Comenity Bank card unless you want your identity stolen. They like to bully yhe elderly. Bait and switch. Preying on the elderly. I am filing a complaint with Pennsylvania's Attorney General Shapiro.

Buyer beware they are not flexible. This is one of the worst experiences. I tried returning something that was received just past the return date and they sent it back to me. I never had an online retailer do that they already had the item and could have simply given me the size I needed. Instead they left me with something I cannot use or give to anyone.

Denied delivery of merchandise beginning of June 2021 since ordered clothes early May. Would not commit to delivery date or let me cancel. Online reviews mainly negative so when order finally arrived I denied delivery from USPS. Filed dispute with VISA. WW tried to get check from me in addition to VISA payment they already had. VISA credited back my $81.87 after investigating and confirming I did NOT receive merchandise. End of December 2021 received notice Woman Within turned non existent claim into a Collection Agency out of Madison WI. Called VISA and they informed they had worked with Woman Within when they settled my dispute and that they had no legal claim for monies. Obviously there is something really wrong with this company. Wish I could charge them for all the time and trouble they caused me.

I'm so frustrated & disappointed with my experience with this company. The customer service seems to lack ability in helping people correctly. Today was the last straw. I made a complaint but may have fallen on deaf ears. I ordered a large order pecifically using my gift cards since you can't get refunds. I missed the fine point regarding that. So I get the bill trying to get it straightedge out that my gift cards weren't used, not my fault! No one can go & apply it now so basically I have to pay the bill, return the items when I get them & start all over with additional gift cards to use. How can you rely on customer service after going thru numerous people last week & this week! I wouldn't haven't a star at all if it wasn't for one young man!

I want to caution people who make returns to Woman Within. I have had to nake multiple calls to try to get my refund for returned items. I shipped my package back using their label on December 9th. I still do not have my refund. I have called twice and seem to be getting the run around. Now I was told I had to wait until January 11th. If I did not receive the refund I should call them back. That will be call number 3 for the same issue. I do not think I will order from them ever again. Used easy returns with the Avenue and what a simple process.
I consider myself a former Woman Within customer and now a dedicated Avenue customer.

My 77 year old mother ordered in March, returned in March. The bill said she owed, called and they said it was a Wearhouse problem and they would get it fixed. Next bill said she didn't owe anything and had a 2.56 credit. So she didn't worry about it. December she gets a bill for 220. I called, she called no one could explain why. Finally last night after being on the phone with MULTIPLE people from the catalog and the credit company one lady said (and how no one else of the 30 people told us this is beyond me) that they sent my mom a gift card to her email. I said what email account, she said let me check. Oh you don't have an email so we mailed it. I'm like NO we didn't get one - well it was mailed. I asked to speak to her supervisor, her supervisor which was probably the next door neighbor said you're just out of luck, it states it on the bill that if you use our return label you get a gift card - my reply we got no gift card! She said we can't do anything about it. My reply - so my mom is just out $65 with no merchandise and no gift card, yes she said. Called back to the WomanWithin credit card and finally talked to the nicest lady and I explained my story for the 15th time (oh one lady said MA'AM I can't understand you, you need to call back, I said give me your direct line and I will - oh I can't do that - funny thing the other 10 people heard me just fine) So the end of the story - they took off the late charges buy my mom still had to pay the $65. I told the catalog company that I would blast our story on any social media I could find! WORST COMPANY EVER! Thank goodness Mom had kept the post office copy of the return and the tracking number!

I was a long time customer, until I had to return two items. Their customer service is horrible. The company insists I was sent an email with a gift card which I never recieved. They claim that they purge their gift card information every 90 days. Fighting with them now through BBB.org but even if this is properly resolved I will never purchase from them again!

Ordered a physical gift card on the 15th of December and it never arrived. Wasn't billed for it but didn't get it either. Finally two days before Christmas I get an email saying they have been trying to contact me but didn't have a phone number. Well, use the email you dummies. Talk to them and get no details so decide to order an e-gift for a late Christmas gift. Get an email a day later saying additional information is needed. Leave a voicemail and no response. Finally 4 days later, called them and they just need a verbal to go ahead and process the order. WTF. Not only is that an exceedingly stupid process... it's one without any warning. If you're only taking verbal orders like you're a general store and the year is 1842, then turn off the online ordering you dummies.

Answer: I don't know about charging for each item but you are always charged a shipping fee for returns even if the mistake is their fault.
