Take my advice! I wish I read all the reviews people posted before I ordered my mother of the bride dress. The quality is poor and the dresses are knock offs. I request to return the dress, provided the pictures they asked me for. I even provided the picture of the "same" dress I tried on at the bridal store. They will not budge. They say, "Sorry, there is nothing wrong with your dress. It cannot be returned in this case. This is the final conclusion. Kind regards, Roger". So I will continue to write reviews on any blog I find about wishbrides.com. They steal your money. Complete RIPOFF. VERY DISAPPOINTED. And they claim they have excellent customer service! NOT! Use caution before you proceed with them. The picture of the light silver is the dress I ordered from them. The dark gray is the dress from the bridal shop.

I was leery of ordering online for my daughter's wedding, but the nice reviews on the site reassured me. What a pack of lies. The dress arrived in a timely fashion but it was obviously not cut to fit the measurements. Customer service asked for photos which clearly showed the dress falling off my shoulders and draped on the floor. I was told that the dress was correct to my size. If you are anything other than a standard size, I would not waist the money.

I just wasted a couple of hundred dollars on this crappy site. We bought my mothers dress for my wedding because she fell in love with the design. We even sent out our measurements as they said they can do it in custom size. I don't know how they read their measurements because when I told them it doesn't fit at all, they said the measurements were done exactly how we provided it and that we should just best consult with a tailor to have it altered. This site is a scam. China quality too.

Stupidly, I did not even know that there were Chinese websites. I will never ever make that mistake again. Also to my discredit I did not read their "small print" return policy. Too late I realized their policy is that they return nothing to you including a reply. I ordered a mother of the bride dress, with special instructions on the sleeve size. The dress arrived awfully fast, and it is the ugliest dress I've ever seen and without fail, the poorest sewn dress, I, in all honestly, have ever beheld. Their is a hole the sleeve, that by the way doesn't fit, their isn't a straight seam in the entire dress and some of the lace is hanging, unattached to the hem. I am so mad at myself. There is no recourse for me. Please save yourself money and anger, never order from this company.

I fell into the WOW category of great price for a custom made dress! When I first open the package my heart sunk... I had ordered a GOLD Chiffon gown for my son's wedding. A Dark Mustard Yellow is what I got. Thought I could work with it but once inspecting the garment I found so many defects in the sewing that it will take me weeks before I brave to even try it on. My 4-H students can sew better than that! The material on the bodice is so stiff it would probably rub me raw before the evenings out. I wrote a review on the dress but they will not post it, guess they only post good reviews. I should have done more investigating before spending the money. Thank Goodness I have time to look locally for a dress.

Only wish I had read the reviews first. The dress was so stiff that it would have been like trying to wear a potato sack. Horrible material and lining. My dress came ripped with large pieces of material hanging off. Was nearly three inches too small (could not zip up) and worse, one sleeve made completely different than the other (one round, the other with a split like they had run out of material). I contacted service and they told me to get a local tailor! That's interesting. It's such a piece of junk that I wouldn't waste one more nickel. I am going to spend my money trying to insure that others don't get ripped off like I was. This is a scam. Don't be fooled by cheap prices and good pictures. This is one case where pictures lie and can't tell you about bad practices.

I order a custom make dress from Wishbridal for my daughter wedding. What a huge mistake! When ordering I was very specific if the dress could be made knee length. They said YES. I was shocked and in tears when I open the plastic bag it was send in. The bottom half of the dress looked like it was missing. The back seams of the dress where the zipper is was all gather and bunched up. The hem line was all crooked. But my biggest disappointment was my arm did not fit the armhole because the shoulder were made to tight. (At NO time did they ever ask for shoulder measurement.) I send them pictures of the dress. They finally told me that the dress looked fine and if I did not like it to take it to my local tailor and fix it myself.

I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding. The color I ordered was burgundy. The color I received was red! When I looked at the color on there site it is not the color I received. I emailed them right away and the reply was..."That is the right color. Our burgundy looks like red". No refund, no nothing. Sorry that is the color. I am out $149.00 and cannot wear a red dress to the wedding. This website is in China by the way. Package arrived from China.Do not order unless you order black or white. They can't screw that color up.

I ordered a custom dress from Wish Bridal. It was ordered one week ago, & was at my door today, exactly one week later.It is everything & some. Perfect fit as measured. The hand beaded applique is stunning. It does need to be professionally ironed, but that is minimal as to what I paid for & shipping. I would & have already recommended Wish Bride to a lot of my friends & family. We have many up & coming events I can wear my stunning dress too. I am extremely happy with service & the garment. TEN STARS! Fabulous. Thank you Wish Bridal, I will be a beautiful Mother of the Bride on 8-1-15.

I place an order from this website a few weeks ago for a rush order to get her prior to a wedding I was to attend. The order arrived and a size that I've worn for over two years suddenly didn't fit. I made multiple inquiries, emails, and requests and have yet to hear back anything from customer service about processing this return.

To add to that, there is no number available for this site to contact and just a billing address, don't let the good reviews on this site fool you. I bet there were placed there by employees. Don't waist your money ordering from this site, it's a SCAM.
