Received a defective product, custom measuring is a joke, customer service is the worse I have even encountered. If you ask me the dress is unwearable as is and it should go in the garbage, thankfully we had VIsa and now in dispute.

Don't waste your time. They will have ten different people talk to you and say stupid stuff like the dress you ordered is the right size, etc avoiding all quality issues then offer you a 6 percent discount. Total scam

Hi Hilda, Our return policy is as follows: 1. Before shipment, we will send you final dress pictures for you to check the final design. Any reasonable alterations are welcome before shipment. 2. When you receive your dress(es), please try them on and check the sizes. If there is any fit problem due to our mistake, you can require a full return. No, the reviews aren't fake. Sounds like you just didn't get what you wanted. It's too bad that the company won't work with you to resolve it, but if you have a complaint, you can always contact your credit card and refuse to pay. Your credit card should protect you. Since the websites don't take cash, you are always protected by the credit card you used. Just so you know - my dress was perfect! I guess I got lucky...
