Recently I ordered a dress through your company and the dress that I received 3 weeks later is not the dress I ordered. I expect to get a my money back and a way to return the dress.

Don't waste your time. They will have ten different people talk to you and say stupid stuff like the dress you ordered is the right size, etc avoiding all quality issues then offer you a 6 percent discount. Total scam
