I ordered a mother of the groom dress for a $175. The dress was small on me. I ordered a size 12 to be on the safe size and it didn't fit me and the dress jacket was made for a child not an adult. I emailed them several times asking them for a refund but the only thing they told me was to take it to my tailor and have it adjusted. If I can give them a zero I will. Now I have to go out and buy a dress for my son's wedding that's going to happen in 4 weeks. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE

I purchased a dress in a size 8 and it was way too small. I thought, my mistake and ordered a size 10, it was way too small too. I always wear an 8-10 in everything, no matter where I buy from. I tried to return it and they said to have a local taylor fix it. Well after two dresses at $150 each, I was so disappointed, a taylor can't add to the size like they suggested. Stay away from this company, that do not refund or exchange. I went to eventually went to David's Bridal and purchased a dress in a size 8 and that wait if I loose weight before the wedding, I could size down. :)

Well, since I had a positive experience the first time I ordered a dress for my tall daughter, I thought I would try to order a graduation dress for my extremely petite daughter. Big mistake! I provided custom measurements, and the dress did not fit properly on the shoulders/bodice and the length of the dress was entirely too big/long. I contacted the company and was told to take photos, which I did. The photos clearly show that my petite daughter was swimming in the to large dress.

Initially when I measured her, I even provided the "hollow to floor" measurements, and all measurements were correct as I am a seamstress, and I know how to measure! The computer system gave an error message that the hollow to floor length was too short. Well, apparently they decided that they should make the dress based on someone else's measurements because the dress they provided didn't even come close to fitting.

So disappointing was that the customer service - I complained, provided photos, and was told that the dress was custom made and so they didn't feel that not fitting was their problem. No way to return it, and no refund of any kind.

Rather than throwing it in the trash (it was beautiful fabric and beautifully made, wrong size), I decided to give it to my very tall daughter (who is 6 inches taller than her older sister. She zipped it up (thankfully both girls are really slim, but busty), and pronounced that if she didn't breathe too much she could wear it.

No customer service, and no admission of mistakes. No refunds. Would not buy from them or recommend them to others. Bad news all around.

My mother spend almost 200 on a dress and the dress does not fit at all and they will NOT work with their customers, only our money is good. My mother has attempted to return this dress and they requested pictures, after following the return procedures they gave her, they continued to email her saying she must alter the dress (WHICH IS TOO SMALL) to fit her at her own expense. Somehow they are stating these are standard sizes however every review found states otherwise and they refuse to return any money back. Upon stating these are standard sizes they continue to say any sizing issues is on the customers end, and they should be ordering custom not standard (which she has NEVER had to do). The only way to receive the return label is through them and they refuse to provide one.

They continue to email her requesting her measurements for "record". I suppose to pictures they initially requested was not good enough.

Please do NOT give your business to this company.

We have reported them to the Better Business Buraeu and I hope others will do the same. They need to be shut down.

The dress that I ordered did not fit properly, the quality of materials didn't match at all with the dress shown in the picture. The dress came from Hong Kong, I had to select another color and finally the materials used and tailoring was a no go. I had to buy in store another dress for my son's wedding. No return available, they offered a partial refund after paying for tailoring to fix it or a 10% refund which wouldn't pay at all for all this stress. I lost my money and I have a dress that I would never be able to use. Be careful, do not buy from this website!

I received a dress that does not look like the one I ordered. My dress arrived with patches of lace attached in the back! Not even sewn in properly. They will not allow a return or refund. There is no contact number. Their refund policy states you can return if there are manufacturer's defects. I received my defective dress and there response by email was I should fix it locally. Even though I gave exact measurement, the dress is too tight and i'm not able to even zip it up. My daughter's wedding is in less than a month. When ordering they promise the world, but when there is a problem they act like they don't understand what i'm saying. Horrible place to shop. Don't waste your money. Just have to trash the dress that cost $165.

I am out almost $200! Ordered a dress for my daughters wedding, dress arrived, horrible! Did not fit even though I ordered one size UP, straps fell off shoulders but so snug in waist couldn't even sit down. This was NOT a custom order. Color was hideous. They demanded pictures and when I sent them they then wanted my measurements, sent them those. Their response was I ordered the wrong size, mine was I ordered UP a size so if I needed any alterations I could have them done. Still refused any refund said it was custom made for me, ummm no it was not I ordered a size none of MY measurements were sent in for customization. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! CROOKS TAKING PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY. If you read any of the "positive" reviews, read carefully, BROKEN ENGLISH JUST LIKE THEIR EMAILS. #RIPOFF#dontdoit#keepyourmoney
