No matter how you try to update any information wish is asking from you, through their payment update page or contact support, wish states you cannot contact support until you give them updated identification or payment verification information. However wish has made it impossible to do this preventing any contact with them under any circumstances. My last order never arrived and I'm entitled to a refund, however because I cannot update what they want because it's impossible to do so, I cannot obtain a refund or order. I even tried to deactivate the account and that was prevented by wish. I don't advise consumers using this website/business.

Not 24 hrs later I received a text from Wish contextlogic on a link where customer support can be reached. I returned response and am currently waiting on a reply to that response from Wish. I will update everyone as things change one way or the other.

I will never buy anything from wish again second time i get the same product lucky i got refunded on the first order i made they sell fake product and i tried to contact them they told me that if i'm not happy with a product i can donate to charity, what the hell is that i paid so much for the product

I have a habit of searching on Wish.com and I find so many items I like. Everything is at a decent price but you do need to make sure it isn't the same cost somewhere closer to you. (Example: A footbath on Wish.com could be $20, and at your local grocery store it could be $25. Shipping out of the country could add up to the same or more as if you got it locally.) If you order from Wish, it could be 1-5 weeks for delivery, so you have to weigh the pros and cons. I have gotten a few great products from this website and a few not so great, but I always test my luck because of the selection and price. Clothing can be tricky if you like form-fitting clothes. I have noticed that a good amount of clothes I did get would fit, but were not form-fitting at all. I will continue to get more items from wish.com, but most likely not clothing unless it is a "bandage or Bodycon dress".
I have items that state delivered that never arrived. They are not offering a replacement. Some items simply haven't arrived. I paid them, I am due products.

Pentru produsele care nu au ajuns deloc, Wish îți garantează ca îți rambursează banii. Mie mi i-a rambursat, dar în credit wish. Problema este că tot Wish face șmecherii și nu îmi mai da voie să accesez creditul Wish. Cum întru în cont, îmi cere o poză de pe un act și când îl încarc, apare eroare "hopa, ceva a mers greșit" și nu ma lasă să trimit poza iar ei nu îmi mai răspund la mesaje. Am toate printscreen urile de când m-au blocat pentru a nu mai putea folosi creditul și până în prezent.

Before writing this I was going to contact BBB but I see they have already been contacted. I will write to them next. I have only received half my order the last 5 times I ordered. I don't mind waiting a long time for my order or even when they send me the wrong thing, but I do want my complete order. I have ordered things 5-6 times and still haven't gotten it. Customer service is a waste of time. They have it like that on purpose. I've spent thousands at Wish but they must not care if they lose valuable customers.

Don't bother with purchasing from these guys. Shady as $#*!! The last time i ordered, which was my first time, i never got my order! Excuses upon excuses i got. Basically Wish IS a scam site! They SOMETIMES give people their orders, as they obviously do not want to be shut down. Its FULL of fake / false advertising / images of the product. Quality of items i have seen, from friends who bought from wish, is often very low grade, cheap plastic, and i won't even get started on electronics! Advise people, that wish is a scam site. And to spend their money elsewhere!

First of all, everything they sell is such poor quality it belongs in the trash, not on the delivery truck to your home.
ZERO customer service - ZERO. They publish all sorts of ways to contact them. NONE WORK. You cannot return anything, speak to anyone, complain. ZERO customer service. ZERO You phone the PUBLISHED customer service number and get a recording telling you they will not answer the phone ever. ZERO ways to deal with any issues whatsoever. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING EVER

They have deals that get canceled, missing parts and information, and when a deal was said to be canceled you would expect it to stay canceled. I ended up having a Christmas tree refunded because they didn't say they were unable to deliver it. There should be a refund option for that type of thing when it does happen. Some things are what they say they are, other things not so much, a blacklight laser pointer was shipped instead of a blue one to my friend, be careful. Also wouldn't suggest getting a collar from there, the only time I used it it didn't have enough functionality to hold my dog back, it was a light up LED one too. Other delivery companies actually have better working deals and communications on what is and isn't available.

This is in my opinion one of the wrong companies that I've had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. Cancel order with customer service via emails and people continue trying to have money debited out of my account and never received product.

Wish fraudulently charged my credit card. For starters they charged me double per item than the advertised price. Two ilI ordered only one but they sent five and you guessed it they charged me for all five. Three the delivery took a crazy amout of time over 5 weeks.

I ordered 2pir of trousers with quoted postage of $4.70 after payment they had charged $34.00. Try to cancel and they push you around various computer generated time wasters.

Back in 2020 made a huge amount of orders from this company and got everything I wanted. Now here it is 2022 and made three orders and this company is telling me that I abuse their Return Policy. The crazy part of this is I haven't ordered from them since 2020 and never returned anything. Here is the problem with companies who decide they want to use just auto answers instead of real humans to solve problems. It's going to bite you in the butt. You can't get customer service over the phone so the customer will just go somewhere else like I will be doing. I am so sick of these companies not realizing people need to speak to people to solves issues. A bot cannot solve the issues for a person.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
