Ordered mid December 2021. Received nothing as of date, March 2022. Customer support does nothing except to pass it on to another team.
I knew I was going to get a total piece of junk knockoff. I ordered a OTF Microtech knife. Let me reinterate I'm no idiot, I expected junk. What I got was worse and not even the piece of junk knife I ordered. Then they had the balls to put Benchmade w/ the logo on the blade. Bet they would like to know that. Trust me Benchmade is top notch and wouldn't piss on this knife if it was on fire. I found out what I knew all along. Don't ever order from Wish, unless your curious like I was just to see how bad they are. I mean it could have been at least a knockoff of what I ordered. Rot in hell I really WISH you would. One star because I had to. Wish deserves - 10 stars.
Products are very poor quality and wait time is ridiculous. They charged me over $60 in shipping and that was not disclosed until after I made the purchase– FYI

Order was sent twice and charged twice. Have been told that I didn't respond quick enough to receive a refund. Can't return! No refund! Cancelled order immediately, but item sent anyway. Out $130. Box was damaged but unopened. Didn't matter, NO REFUND!

...-But, if you do not get what you ordered, you are screwed... Wish is a platform for different sellers, both with and without morals and ethics. I have recently been scammed by the seller "merwhile", and wish customer service are refusing to help me. After buying an item, the seller sent me the wrong item / a cheaper item - and now, they refuse to fix the problem. This is the reply I got from Wish customer service: "if the package arrived without quality issue, would you like to keep it? We are sure it could be helpful for you in the future. If you return, as the policy, you need to pay for shipping charge, it cost much time and much money, it is not cost effective. If you don't like this product, you can donate it to a charity or give it to someone who needs it". After I have stated clearly that the fault is their own, and that I have no use for the recieved item, they refuse to take the item back, refund it or send me the right product. Instead they offer to refund 15% of the price (no freight included), so that I am likely to pay 93% of the total cost, because of their fault. Also, sometimes you can spot the intent of comitting fraud in each ad, as the main picture in the ad is different than the actual product being sold. In every ad there is an option to report such conduct. BUT - Wish never takes such reports seriously - every ad I have reported, is still the same, and the scam clearly continues. It seems clear to me that Wish as a platform, has NO interest in making shopping safe for the customer. Instead, Wish customer service helps the seller avoid any responsibility, and continues the sellers attempted fraud. In short - Wish is NOT A SAFE PLATFORM TO BUY FROM, you might get lucky, but when you come across a seller with no moral integrity - you are on your own, and no one will come to your aid.
Wish is supposedly got your back, but in reality they have your wallet instead. I had a combined order of several items shipped at once in 1 package, and 3 of the items were not packed inside and after trying to resolve this for days with about 6 bots with different names, inform me that because the package itself was confirmed delivered that they would not make it right. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE IT WAS THE PLAGUE!

Basically, seller decided they wanted more money. And basically, there is NO customer service!
Ordered an item for $12. Order was canceled by seller because they "could NOT ship". Only to see the same seller now has same item for sale for $18. BTW, Wish does NOT have human customer service representatives. Wish responds with canned verbiage (which does NOT come close to the issue at hand). Best to avoid internet businesses like this.

I ordered many clothing items and when they arrived all the sizes were wrong. For example, one dress was marked small but it clearly was a medium.
A pair of boots that are labled size 10 are like a size 9.
I contacted wish about this and all you get is a robot that does not cater to your needs. It feeds you answers that do not fit with your problem.
Please do not buy on wish. Do not encourage this company to exist.
I have even written a letter to corporate offices in SF and have received nothing.
I am going to the Better Business Bureau.
... and worse, "Bait & Switch"! Wish Customer Service advised that "Stores on Wish reserve the right to change the price at any time". Imagine if you go to any big box grocery store like Walmart or Kmart, buy a trolley load of items based on the ticketed price on the shelf, only to be charged 3-10 X as much at the cashier... does that sound fair?! I should think not! So why should it be deemed fair for Wish to change their prices IN THE MIDDLE OF A TRANSACTION? Only way I can see around this is for EVERYONE to call them out on their BullSh! T and stop buying from them. Please, do your bit to bring fairness back to online shopping.

Update: Some time ago I had actually vowed never to buy from Wish again... I hated the 'bait and switch' practices and the increased prices once you got to the cart (NOTE: Always, ALWAYS check price before checking out... don't be pressured into rushing by the 'beat the clock for bargains' type game). However, I had forgotten about this and found (what I thought was) exactly what I wanted on the Wish site.
I particularly wanted a 'ruffled' denim skirt and saw one on Wish advertised as 'ruffled' in written description, and shown with ruffles in picture. However, actual product arrived (quite quickly, I must add, from China to Australia) as a 'knock-off' of that illustrated. Nice... but not as advertised. (were not 'ruffles'). Sent photos and brief letter to customer service (very easy to navigate the Wish site to relevant help section). And lo and behold, within a few days I got an email from PayPal to say I had been REFUNDED AU$47... AU$37 for item + AU$10 postage, without the expected rigmarole of 'pay for return postage to send back and hope it arrives at return destination', etc.
WISH, I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT (in this case)!
Thanks again... I will DEFINITELY be changing my mind a giving Wish another go!
The store I bought $80 worth of pampas grass on delivered pink and yellow pampas instead of what I bought, which is white. On no planet is yellow and pink ever mistaken for white. However, Wish customer support denied me the right to return for refund saying that what I received is exactly what I ordered. They side with stores to defraud people. In the pic - on the right is the white I purchased before. On the left is the crap I received.

Okay the site is like EBay or Amazon only a lot more scammer's. You can not trust all sellers and Wish support will not help if a seller performs a simple tracking scam where a fraudulent seller will get a real tracking number but not for your item or your address. Wish is satisfied that someone in your general area received something, they don't care that the tracking didn't come from the sellers location or that the item wasn't delivered to your address! So if you want to play Russian roulette with your money try it!

Every electronic device I have ordered arrived broken. It's a fake or no quality control from the manufacturer and these items have to be properly disposed of at the dump which also costs money and is bad for the environment.
Smaller household items have been wonderful and they don't hassle you when requesting a refund. They also don't require you to return the item.
It's hit and miss when it comes to any type of electronic device.

Wish is a very good website that can be used for shopping worldwide. Their services are topnotch and exclusive the prices are cool also.
This place sucks for customer service when ups says they delivered my purchase, yet it was never dropped off at my house.
I told them that my cameras would have captured the package being dropped off. Which they never did.
I have gone back and forth with wish and ups neither one is willing to look at this properly.

I ordered a humidor from WISH. This was NOT a cheap $1-2 item! Total charges were $81.
Item showed delivered according to the UPS tracking number. Item was not delivered to my address! I have a small front porch and a RING video doorbell. No one came to my house!
Contacted WISH. They said the item was delivered, thus no refund! Told me to contact UPS.
I contacted UPS. The tracking number provided on WISH was to a different person at a different address. I asked about filing a claim. UPS said that I have to be the shipper or the recipient of that tracking number! Which I am not!
I tell WISH these details and they say the same thing - issue resolved, no refund, contact UPS! Even after I give them this information! What a SCAM!
Until I finally get resolution, I will hit every social media site that I can to push this issue! Then, I will permanently remove my account from WISH! Which I have purchased from for 5 years!

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
