Apparently their idea of customer service is that they have me do their work for them. After not receiving my item in the prescribed time although they told me it was delivered. So gave me a LIST of ways I could do their job for them. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Their customer service is nonexistent.

I bought a watch from Wish to 'tide me over' till my own watch was repaired. It took 2 weeks to come and when it did the screen was so dark you had to push the 'light' button to read the numbers not much use unless you have two hands free! I also discovered that the protective plastic, over the face of the watch was fitted INSIDE the glass. I received a full refund but I really needed a watch! Photo1 without light, photo 2 with light two handed operation not much use in a watch.

I ordered a phone from them. The phone was advertised as US sellers, but it took almost 2 mths to get it. It was a fake phone, fake cameras, the battery inside the phone didn't even fit inside. It was small, not even connected to the wire inside the case. I got my money back from my credit card company, but please people, do not shop from them. Wish.com will sell you the lowest throwaway garbage that I have ever seen. Oh, I contacted them via their website. They said they would get back within 3 days. I bought some stuff from wish for the 1st time they are all garbage plastic they look fake they are fake they say you get what you pay for by wish you get less what you pay for I wrote a review and it just not showing they want allow you I want to return my items there's no way that I can return them they are fake scammers stay away 10,000 miles from them

They had a deal for large 3 light outdoor solar light for $14. (With act fast count down) bought 2. They sent confirmation, correct description, but different photo of small led wall light. Sure enough after over three weeks they sent the small walk lights.
Odd that they automatically took funds from Paypal. Did not have to log in! Scary.
Filed complaint with order and attached photos with correct description title and they said they sent correct lights. After going back and forth without resolve... tried Paypal dispute and it says this transaction is not eligible!

I ordered some items on with that were over $90 after they never shipped and i asked for a refund i found that wish deleted my order histery and never returened my money after they said i would get it back with in 2 weeks or less! Lucky for ME i have wells fargo on my side. They still have records of the transaction! Wish is a TOTAL SCAM! They help there people cheat and steal your money! The vendor had no way of deleating my order histery only wish is able to do that and they do! Sad over $90 that is way pathetic!

I have ordered multiple items from this site and have received less than half of them. I contact customer support and I'm told to contact the carrier! Meanwhile, a bag I paid $40 for is showing delivered and they could care less. Total crap and will NEVER shop with them again

I ordered 10 clothing items from Wish.com. None of them fit so I have been attempting to return them. I keep getting the runaround and so far have not gotten them to accept any of the 10 items for return. Their emails are friendly, though condescending, but do not respond to the issues I ask for help with. In order to return the items I have to go through a lengthy process with each and every item separately. This includes taking a picture of each item. After completing this they are now saying that the pictures are not sufficient or are from the wrong angle, etc. They are asking for new pictures that show both the tag with the size and the entire garment in a single picture but when I take a picture of the entire garment they say they cannot read the tag and vice versa. Also some of the garments didn't have tags to begin with. The cost of each item is around $30 dollars. I have shopped at high end stores with garments or shoes between $100-$200 and even then have never been asked to submit photos before. Their emails continue to state that no returns will be accepted after 30 days and I get the feeling that they are trying to make things as difficult as possible so I either give up or run out of time. I was also charged an enormous amount of shipping, for what its worth.

They stole 30.96 from me
I ordered a 20.00 rompers, they charged me 11.00 for shipping plus taxes. They day I was notified it shipped I told them they shipped to the wrong address and to please fix it. They said I had to wait u til October 20 which was several weeks away. They sent me a notice it was delivered to the wrong address and I needed to contact the mail carrier. Both mail carrier and address where they claim to have sent it said they never had the package. So after doing all wish told me to do come Oct. 20 when thwy said they would refund my money they are fighting me on it. Some 30.96 I spent on a package to never get to me and they said they would refund and now they are dragging their feet! Dont buy from them because they are liars and thieves. I never received my order!

I ordered a white sculpture from Wish. I received a pair of FAKE Louboutin sneakers that smell of cancer inducing chemicals. I'm now back and forth with them, speaking in circles of course, about a refund. Apparently they send the shipment from China to a facility, then the facility sends it to you. They put a new tracking # and sticker on top of the one with the customs info thus making it unreadable. I also ordered 18 brooches and received 2 pairs of horrendous black boots. Same thing. Although this time, I was able to peel the local sticker off, indicating the original sticker clearly saying "brooches." DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered a pet grooming table. It showed a picture of a table, described it as foldable, adjustable, usually $198 but today $38. So I paid and waited for it to arrive. When two dog grooming brushes arrived I guessed someone had simply mixed up the order, but when I went into my Wish login there was now a picture of the brush. The description was still a grooming table but the picture had changed and 2 dog brushes had been added. I contacted Wish who responded that I had clicked on an offer of a table OR a couple of brushes (not true by the way). I contacted PayPal who opened a dispute and I will be requesting my money back, closing my Wish account and posting on every scam site I can find that Wish is dodgy.

I ordered the crimping set. They didn't send the terminals. They keep handing me off to customer support. What a waste of time. The picture of the items shows clearly that the terminals are includes in the deal. NOT. Beware of their bait and switch attitude. Never again.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
