Do not buy from this site anything! Such trash i did not see in my entire life and i am over 60 yers old. The cloth are made of nylon the shoes are made of rubber to look like lather and everything else you see on the site is garbage. I believe that anyone that gives Tham 4 start is an employee of the company or the owner himself.

I purchased an item. UPS delivered to the wrong address. I contacted wish because you UPS showed the delivery of the item only it was not my address. I contacted Wish support. They said because the item was delivered that they would do nothing. They said I had a contact UPS. UPS will not reveal any information as to where the item was sent to do the privacy laws. UPS said Wish had to contact them and they can rectify the situation with them. Wish refuses and says I have to contact UPS. So I never got my item and I paid in full and I'm not getting a refund.

Bought car mats suppose to fit a 2018 escape as advertised. Waited weeks and mats are not for this vehicle. When i took pics and sent in the complaint all i got was a Dear John letter. Wish is a dissaster! Wish is a dissaster! I placed an oder and after 2 months I did not receive it yet. It is now saying it may arrive next months. Waiting for 3 months is absolutely ridiculous. Amazon purchases are delivered in 2 or 3 days. Never again Wish. Total fraud.

Its a scam you never get what you want or to be fair I got maybe 10% correct and I think the sellers are not correct with Wish and they are scamming the buyers other than you get your stuff after 4 weeks

Bought a jacket, what arrived was horrible, smelt like something had died. 3 sizes smaller. It's going in the bin as so bad I would be embarrassed to take it to a charity shop. Do buy from a reputable company not some rip off company. Their employees must feel dispiricable.

Wish is non honorabl6. I purchased R C CARS. I got pencil lead in a 2 oz package with the tracking number for the cars. Wish says they were delivered, and wont make the order good or give a refund. FRAUD I've had nothing but problems from wish on orders. There is a out 8 items still not delivered. I got a notice from them that a package was delivered yesterday. NOTHING IN THE P O BOX! Wish is money mine app to purchase goods with waiting period that can't be supplied, they refund lower dollar rate than original purchase price. You loose. Either getting items of low quality or never getting and loosing dollar value in the end. Wish scores
It's a SCAM site the item never ships out of the country. I can't get a refund for my item and contacing support is a joke. Support is just a bot that cycles responses and asks you to wait a few more days. It's been near 3 months the item never shipped.

I ordered two items on 8-22. I never received either one and when I checked it indicated delivered in NY. Needless to say, I don't know anyone there. I repeatedly sent messages to Customer Service, but they kept giving me the run around stating wait another month. So I made a complaint with my bank. Quite interestingly Wish then said I would have to drop complaint with bank before they would do anything. I don't think they responded to bank, so the bank refunded me the money for the larger item, but not add on one. Please please steer clear of this company! I sure plan to!

I ordered several items that were never received and now the return window is closed. The Wish Support Assistant app kept telling me to wait a few more weeks and contact Support at a later date. I waited and then the Wish Support Assistant app would not refund me once it was 30 days passed the delivery date. Shipment Tracking shows that these items were never shipped. I emailed Support and they keep telling me to go through the Wish Support Assistant for a refund though that is how the email to Support was generated in the first place. Wish engages in deceptive and unscrupulous practices.

Let's start talking about WISH and their lies. Everyone knows they sell phony knock off merchandise, that's a given. However, I will provide you consumers a list of additional lies that Wish.com extensively uses to reel you in and scam your money. First, the "Exress" icon is a link to items that are supposed to arrive in 1-2 weeks at most. This is a flat out lie. Even using the "Express" shopping, the items still come from overseas and I am waiting more than two months for several items. Secondly, when you contact customer support, it is 100% automated. Regardless of how much you think it is not, or if they respond and have a name at the bottom, you can quickly see that it is a blatant automated LIE because I received the exact same responses from four different items, on multiple contacts to customer service... the same responses from the same person. NONE of those responses dealt with the question I posed. They only blamed COVID delays and refused to acknowledge the fact that WISH lies about delivery times with leads to the final thing. Lastly, WISH sells you something with a date that it will be delivered. That date is a lie. Upon reaching that initial date, WISH will then go into the system and change the date to one that is at least one month further out than the original date. If you are lucky, it may show up then. WISH lies and will not acknowledge that they do this. I research scumbag companies like this and try to protect consumers, I have over 96 orders with WISH and they have "almost" all ended up in disaster. I would avoid them like the plague, or COVID to be more modern.

I received a notification that wish charged my account over $225 for an order I did not place. I tried to cancel whatever order they placed for me within 5 minutes and was told it was too late my order had already been processed and was being shipped in that 5 minutes. I was then told I had to wait till the items were shipped to me before I could start my refund process. After receiving the items I tried to start my return process. I was then told I had to pay for shipping to return all the items that I did not order. The cost of shipping back all the items they want back is more than $225. They are refusing to give me my money back. They are a very fraudulent company and I will never do business with them again

I ordered an XL shirt and received a small shirt with an XL tag. I even put it up to one of my XL t-shirts purchased here in the states. When i described my issue they responded that I got exactly what i ordered. Ok. THAT ALL IT TAKES FOR ME. IM DONE PERMANENTLY WITH THESE THIEVES!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
