I made a grave mistake in falling for a cheap item on Wish Wbsite,
Made One order, but Five other items has been added to my order and is showing on my credit card statement.
I have been trying to contact Wish Customer Service but to no avail.
If you want to loose your money, then it's ok to order on Wish website, otherwise Don't and again Don't

Recently ordered 2 items of which clearly aren't what I ordered. Wish has stalled and denied wrong item sent on 1 item and am still waiting for a settlement on the second item.

Please do not buy from Wish. I purchased a simple product and they said it would take over 3 weeks to get the item to me. 2-3 days before arrival, they said they could not get me my product and offered alternatives, none was acceptable. I asked for a refund, but they sent me to a site that did not help. I tried to call but no way to speak to a real person. Their robo e-mails were useless and only offered alternatives, not cancel and refund. It's now been over a week and still no resolution. Fortunately, I paid via PayPal and they're trying to get my refund. Oh... I went to Amazon (should have done that first), found the exact same product for less... and received it in 3 days! Save yourself the aggravation and avoid this company!

The low priced items are only in XXS, none of the prices and all of these illusions of click now to unlock a lower price never works out. Like with most cheap clothing from China, they don't out right LIE they just advertise a 3 dollar deal which even for poor quality I'll buy that for a one time thing, but it's never true, the fabric is usually very badly sewn together and you can see each stitch, the dresses are never more then fabric cut from a pillow case or a from fabric like at the dollar store, and the 1 to 2 size difference has NEVER worked, ive only fallen for it twice won't be fooled again, oh and the China post loses A TON of mail, I've had other items that I didn't know where coming from China bought on Amazon claimed to have been shipped I've paid my price they have taken money only to never send it or for it to be snatched from the mail. Anyway, wish sucks

Please avoid. For example that 30 quid smartphone that looks great in the adverrt is utter rubbish. Tools are brittle, in fact nearly everything is junk.

If you feel like you need to be ripped off, just visit Wish.com today! Wish.com is nothing more than an extremely shady front for ripoff artists worldwide. Apparently there is no vetting for sellers on Wish.com. It appears that anyone can sign up and start selling imaginary products, make tons of money and there is absolutely nothing anyone can do about it. I placed a $388 order on a Monday morning. I did not receive any type of order email, no receipt, no order confirmation whatsoever. I went to contact Wish.com via the telephone number listed on the site. However that is just a recording stating that Wish.com does not provide customer support. I tried clicking "Contact Customer Support" via the website. However that is simply an automated popup screen that just provides basic information on how to order. I searched Google and finally came up with an email address. Two days later I received a response stating that my order "will be processed". I immediately went to cancel the order but low and behold, once you place an order... you can't cancel it. "Your order is close to being shipped, and therefore cannot be cancelled". But wait... I had still not received any communication from Wish.com whatsoever. I emailed back to cancel my order immediately or a chargeback will be filed. Amazingly enough I haven't heard back from them. My credit card has been charged and now I will have to file a chargeback on my purchase. Wish.com is so extremely and blatantly a plethora of illegal ripoff activity it is mind boggling that this fake company still in business. FTC are you listening?

Normally I would not shop on Wish as the advertised price is generally incorrect spin doctoring is normal, I finally found some super special item I would really enjoy the $1.00 special style, Wow I thought. So I Ordered 3 different items only to receive refund emails the following day. First they take the money confirm the purchase then oh no we don't have any... then they take the money in 5 minutes but 14 days for a refund. This site is just Dodgey. My recommendation is shop elsewhere

Sone products are quite obviously fakes or of cheap quality. This aside, my only complaint had been delivery times.
That is until a June order. I haven't received it, it has shown intransit for months. The tracking number is fake and I can't get the vendor info. I'm told that I'm outside the refund window for something I never received. Buyer beware, this purchase was my largest and my last.

Near the start of the pandemic I purchased a comforter from Wish for $60. I've bought a lot of really cheap crap from them over the years but the is the first time I spent real money. I also purchased 5 or 6 other small items that day. It took months for everything to come in but the comfortor never arrived. It said it was shipped and I know everything was delayed because of Civid so I patiently waited. One day I looked at the tracking and it was returned to the merchant. When I contacted customer service all they tell me is that it is too late for a refund due to their policy. WISH STOLE $60 FROM ME! PLUS SHIPPING! NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered a shoulder bag in leather - got a wallet in brown! The item was also smelly and of a fabric which wasn't even real leather. You wont get what you order. Immediatly throwed it away, total scam. Photos don't match reality.

Very bad online shopping site. Items received not as advertised. I ordered 10 items 3 of them had some issues:- I got one item instead of 2 items advertised when contacted customer service they replied that they r sorry and will contact the warehouse to check it then they sent me a discription of the item.
The second issue also I got one solar light instead of 10 of them with irrelevant answer and excuses.
The 3rd order has 2 items one of them damaged not working.
Their prices are tempting but no credibility at all. When u compare it with Amazon. Wish is a big headache and scam.

6 to 8 week delivery if at all. Cheap materials 2 to 3 sizes too small. Cheap come on adds. Pictures nothing like actual product. Trust me got screwed. Oh and beware shipping is more than product.

They sent a totally wrong product, claimed they refunded the purchaced but never did. SaidI had to wait upto 14 business days for refund which I did, still no refund. Every time I contact they claim it was processed, which it never was. Had Bank verify that no refund was given but they continue to claim they did.
They just string you along till you give Up! I am always going to stick with Ebay as least they are honest and do resolve any issues.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
