Placed order for several items. Some arrived, but were NOT at all as represented, i. E. decorative pillows were pillow CASES that required pillows of abnormal dimensions, not for sale anywhere. Additionally, The most pricey item I ordered was on backorder. Then suddenly it showed on their site as delivered. Which it was NOT. It showed on their site that it had been refused into the U.S. and returned to China, yet they insisted via email THE POST OFFICE delivered it. On their order tracking site, they state FED EX delivered it. Another contradiction. I live in a gated community and have a ring door bell camera. No evidence of any delivery. However, they refuse to issue a proper refun
Never buy from this company! I ordered a dress for my birthday two monthlater, I get an email its out of stock! To get a refund is a hassle! They should be out of business, promising items and not delivering! Better off with Amazon! I ordered 10 items and 3 only came!

Never ever buy anything from Wish people. They don't tell you that it will probably be 4-6 weeks before your item arrives. And you can't speak with anybody at wish or correspond by email. The worst customer service ever. I'm never buying another thing from these con-artists.

I had ordered before and waited months for delivery. Of course many of the items were not what I ordered. However the most recent issue was I ordered items and was provided a tracking number because my items were shipped. Fake tracking number. Months later items never came. Wish stated the delivery address was not a valid delivery address. What? Other items made it ok. Now they say the time is past refund! You got to be kidding after you gave me a fake tracking number so I can't validate any of this? Such a scam and I want my money back. Customer service sends me to a AI loop talking to a bot. Run away don't shop here!

Great options to buy things and soooo many ways in which they could trick you into essentially buying "wish.com" cash - ordered products that appear not to exist and trying to get a refund was like trying to get a lawyer to think with their heart. Classic capitalism at it's finest selling cheaply made products with so many pot holes you might get sucked in and accidentally give them your money for nothing. BUY LOCAL INSTEAD.

They will change prices to a much higher charge, example the item says it's a dollar you will be charged 69.95. Then when you contact customer support they state they cant refund your money because it's already processed. I went to delete my credit card and it won't let me. Also there $#*! is cheap china crap. If you order an large shirt it will fit a 5 year old. STAY AWAY! THEY STEAL MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT.

1 star is as low as they will let me rate. I have been waiting nine months for a blanket I bought for a friend. In this amount of time a person could have gotten pregnant and had baby before wish sends out the item you purchased. Wish should change name to maybe. Because maybe you will get your order and maybe you won't maybe a representation will respond maybe not. Wish.com sucks.

This company is HORRIBLE. Not only did 2 things I ordered in May STILL not arrive, they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO EMAIL, NO PHONE NUMBER and NO WAY TO ASK A QUESTION ABOUT YOUR ORDER! When you TRY to get the customer support, they PROVIDE the question to ask and not allow you to ask specific questions and sent a pre-typed response. DOES NOT do any interaction. And the stuff I did get, was of cheap quality, pictures are misleading.

Be aware Wish is not same as Amazon. Wish don't check their sellers properly. The sellers are adding an expensive item pictures but selling false products. Wish is not a will controlled or legit buying online platform.

I ordered a few things from them since MONTHS AGO, and only ONE item I received(and the spread wasn't the best quality). The other items we're supposed to be delivered on November 23rd and I'm still waiting. Today is the 29th and nothing. They claim they will refund my money and I'm waiting to see if that will happen. I will NEVER order from this website again, nor recommend anyone to buy from them. They have you waiting FOREVER for your items OR you never receive them AT ALL. I must have placed 70 ordered for the limited quantity items. They all got cancelled 24 hours later. I was actually Ok with this part of it. The part I was not OK with is that they charged your credit card for every item before they were approved by who ever needed to approve them. Then you have to go through a e-mail to get a refund that will take 14 days to get. This is ridiculous. Why can't they wait to see if it is still in stock before they charge your credit card. Not sure if it is a scam yet or not. Will see if I get my refund or not. Still not woth the hassell in any case.

Everybody who will read this, do not continue placing your order. Believe me this is totally fraud. They offer you a lot of discount to buy more and will let you wait for nothing! I never received my order. My package was marked as delivered but I never received it. In 15years of my residence I never had a package stolen so I know it wasn't stolen. Wish is a scam. It's a gamble to receive your package and from what I've read it's a gamble to receive your package as ordered.

There are so many ways you will get burned by this company. False ad: vertizing for one. Dont recieve what you payed for watching it moving your way by tracking it reporting it late they offer to pay for shipping if you wait a little longer only to find out you waited to long now your out the money for merchandise plus shipping cost. They made you feell stupid. Welcome to wish and there cheap and i mean cheap chinese crap. I got a few good deals but that dont make up for the four out of five bad ones and again the ones that out number them all are the ones you dont get at all but they get there money your money. Made a number of purchases in May this year, 2 items never arrived, they have a long wait time then a 1 month window to advise it hasn't arrived and claim a refund... but they don't tell you that date! Then when you try and claim a refund after that date you're told you can't make the claim! Ripped off! Won't be buying anything through WISH again!

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
