If ever u read that Wish does not steal your money don't believe it and this is how u will find out why specially on buying the cheaper items as I found out. So a good 98% of refunds given to me I was refunded the cost of. Items+$1only for shipping+gst where i paid for. Items+$18 for shipping+gst & other items was refunded items only with no shipping+gst cost of which i paid item+ shipping+gst always & referring to their refundsFAQ policies ther is nothing stating that they can do this which they will keep telling u to refer to as they did me along with. U donot get refunded of full price of items where promos & discounts of items are concerned... yes thanku Wish I understand howeva shipping+gst does not & did not & was never part of promo or never discounted but do u think they would agree... HELL NO imagine spending $146 all inclusive & only being refunded $19.30 lol ya gna wana bust sum faces yeh. This is the WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with! They are scamming and ripping me, and so many others off and can do so because the support people and products are in CHINA! What can we do?! Fly to China?! They dont even have phone support! They make money the dirty way... selling extremely CHEAP POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS and when we return them because they are too unacceptable to keep, like the NON-WORKING computer I bought, they CHEAT YOU BY NOT GIVING YOU YOUR JUST REFUND. I've spent HOURS on this, they owe me about £250, and I'm so pissed off to spend so much of my valuable time, unpaid, for nothing, no satisfaction, no resolve, no justice. I will be posting this in EVERY review site to warn people. Plus I am calling WISH headquarters in San Francisco tomorrow and plan on being a bee in their bonnet, all the way up to Pietr/Peter, the Founder/CEO and I will not cease until I am treated properly. WISH takes advantage, especially of poor people who desperately need the deals... it's absolutely DISGUSTING AND DEPLORABLE! There are soooo many negative reviews, I just might bring a class action against WISH... someone has to do something to stop such poor business practices, sub-par goods, and obvious thievery!

Here's what I found when searching for just about any consumer products. For the items that aren't that "hey, IF you're the first to grab this you'll get it for a buck" once you click on the options at the side for colour, size etc., the price skyrockets. Then even if you order 3 different types of items and note that IF you were to order just one of them at a time their respective shipping costs, this lousy company will NOT combine shipping charges BUT WILL add them all up. It's where they get you for so much of their junk, inflated shipping costs. I do look over some of the reviews from others and sometimes when looking very closely at an item-say a bluetooth cannon-shaped speaker, I'll find that Wish indulges in some pretty deceptive practises. "Jumbo or Huge Speaker" and it turns out to be smaller than a soda pop can. Of course prior to ordering anything one should always look at the specs. But I also know that a lot of people will miss those. EBay buyers are sometimes like that and when say a charger is shown in the phone of an item, what you later read is that somewhere down below it's noted that the charger IS extra. Same for a cellphone case, lure you in with a price of $1 and showing a gold case. Before you BUY you have to click on a drop-down menu and what you'll find is that the $1 one is a clear case and the gold is then $9.99. Lots of companies do this but Wish IS really bad! I no longer buy from them and pretty much anything you want can be found on Amazon and often enough free shipping. Sure, sometimes Amazon is a little more expensive but they're fast, return policy is outstanding and probably half the planet trusts them.

I didn't get half of what I paid for but waited patiently as asked because of Covid. Finally I demanded to know where my purchases were and told them to refund my money. It was easily $200 I lost. I was told it was too late for a refund. The items I did receive were gennerally junk. I've read defenses for this company and comparisons to Amazon. However there. Is nothing like Amazon. Going on at wish. I am a long time customer at Amazon so I can tell you they go beyond the call of duty and do things right. Wish is a rip off. Boycott.

Non responsive support, wrote to them over a 2 week period and got the same automated responces... No refund given despite item being counterfeit.

This company is a fraud. They draw you in with all sorts of stuff and never deliver orders. They simply cancelled my order without even informing me - probably because I used my Discover card and Discover would have taken them to court. But if you use another payment method, be prepared to lose your money and never get the goods.

I use wish and the products 80% fantastic
But I've noticed there are many products now that wish sell are definitely misleading
They will promote a product that is cheap ex tool kit or air jacks for your car when you receive this item it will be a small plastic box or 1 spinner instead off the photo
It's like buying a car on line and you get it delivered and it don't have an engine
My advice is only buy off wish if it is one SPECIFIC item if not sure definitely click on exit
But to their credit I did complain and wish reinstalled my money
So my dealings with wish as I said were 80% good but 20% need so attention
Pictures and descriptions do not match what item you get. For instance I ordered a computer and got a case, ordered a metal detector got a stud finder, plus many items are wrong size, colour or defective, if shipping cost is over $5.00 then good luck getting a refund. Just don't install this app, it's ALL Chinese garbage.

This is another Ch*****e attempt to steal all our contacts... Do not buy anything from this site.
They have no contact persons, the shipper from Los Angeles are fake, they don't answer. Customer service will block your email id and show a 404 error image. Keep checking the credit card that you used as they might be stealing more money from it... this is another company whos is going to blow up soon for their fraudulent activities. Call the numbers from the image and see if they pick a call... so if you decide to buy... just pray...

I ordered the toolkit they sent me a wrench! I placed my order the picture stayed the same but when I tapped on it, the ad change to a wrench! By that time it was too late for me to cancel my order I received it and never got reimbursed for it! The ad and switch in mid-flight!

Scam! They seller sent a wrong tracking number to wish, first I did not get the item second wish is incompetent to resolve the issue.
The tracking given was for another person almost 600kms away from me and wish answered me twice to say that I have to ask at my neighbourhood if somebody have my parcel.
Despite screenshots, despite having a clear view on my account and order to see the city it was supposed to deliver and the city were the delivery happened (600kms away), they still ask if one of my neighbour did not get it.
I also precise that I have contacted the carrier and the carrier told me that it was not my name or my address for this parcel, but still got the same robotic response.
I wish they were competent but they are not.

First of all, yes if course you can vet some nice items. But of course just in poor quality. Complaining about the items wont help. All you would get back is the money for the item. Not for the shipping. So do the math. This website gets the main income over the shipping costs. Stay aaay from this site. I complained about the shipping and tracking. Useless to say that i didnt get any good answer. I learned my lesson. On the ling run you wont safe any money on wish.

The products sold from wish.com are of poor quality They take forever to get shipped The sellers describe their products but the descriptions are blatantly false I bought jewelry that was described as sterling silver but it was not sterling not even good quality metal They advertise an item for $1 but when you click on the link for the item the price increases to 3 or 4 times the advertised price. Then the shipping is always 2 to 3 times the purchase price of lower cost items and they wont let you combine items in the same shipment so you have to pay the exorbitant shipping costs for each item even if it comes from the same seller After you figure in the shipping fees and the increased cost of each item I guarantee you that you can find that item for a lesser price on a different site and it WILL be of better quality. And as an added bonus you will not be frustrated and angry trying to get a refund from wish

I was looking at some items on wish when getting ready to check out. Some fishing reels popped up to up sell me at a really good price I said why not. So I bought 3 of them and the other product I was looking at because now I was buying something. I get a email a few days later saying the deal is no longer available you can have a refund on them or in store credit. I wouldn't have bought the other thing if a was get the good deal on the fishing reels. Trying to email them with no responses do not recommend wish at all

I have been requesting a refund since 22nd November for some boots my mum brought. Product was awful nothing like the picture, poor quality and the wrong size was sent. All you get back from wish is the same message asking for the same thing numerous amount of times. I've never experienced such poor service but guess that's what happens when you only have robots to deal.
Will never ever purchase from here again.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
