I ordered 8 items which only 3 arrived and they were not what they seemed on the photos! The biggest thing that upsets me is the other 5 items I ordered (cost me $140 in total) have not arrived and it has been 6 months - each month I tried to find out where my items were or if I could itleast refund me and they won't even do that! Shocking I will never buy things off this again
Just placed my first Wish order yesterday $7.68 + $1 shipping. I was surprised shipping was so low but thought it must be part of their sales model. One item shipped right away but I attempted to cancel the two unshipped items because they swapped out the item for a cheaper quality version that cost more. $17.68 now spent and can't cancel the order. I tried to cancel before the 2 items began to process, but their chat bot insists it can't be cancelled because it shipped. I just added a pic to show Wish advertised the product at 2.06 but they billed me more than double that for 2 items that are worse quality. Customer service won't help or allow cancellation.

Purchased disposable gloves, on 8/2020, they told me it would be here 10/15/2020, I contacted them on 10/31/2020 and they issued me a credit for the shipping (which was about 1/2 the money). They said if it wasn't delivered by 11/19 to contact them and they would provide a full refund. I'm now trying to get a refund and they tell me it's too late, it went past 11/18. There's no one to call and paypal won't give you a refund because you received a partial refund. What kind of scam is that. When you deal with these companies from China you get scammed. It was for only $16, but I hate when they do this on purpose to rip people off. I will call my credit card tomorrow

wish.com is a vehicle for theft. They will advertise items, then deliver garbage. Nothing close to what you paid for. They make returns and refunds impossible. Do NOT buy from wish.com. You will NOT get what you paid for.

I use to thoroughly enjoy shopping on wish. Sure it's mostly dollar store quality but given the prices not surprising. However, after recent shopping experience I am absolutely done with WISH! Several items I ordered are marked as delivered. Yet I've not received any of them. After contacting customer support if you can call it that was told "your items were delivered ". I have a locked mailbox box, couldn't have been stolen, neighbors didn't accidentally receive package, and mail courier doesn't have it. Plus I have security cameras at all entries of my house. There were no deliveries made. After relaying this information to wish, their response is sorry, here is a tracking number and our records show delivery was made. Summary save your money snd avoid the headaches don't buy from Wish!

Wish is a scam, I ordered a jacket on special discount, the monies immediately withdrawn from my account still over 50 mins left when I compleate this order, yet 3 days later sent email to me that order not purchased in time but you took my money right away, I had 50 mins left to shop, but order not fulfilled?... was a scam just to suck me in buying other crap I didn't need. Very dissatisfied no customer service just message back wish cash refund or return payment just for that item, but not the others that payment went thru

The package I received contained what I can only presume is trash. I am very upset. The frustration of being scammed and blatantly disregarded as a customer (as the replacement item represents a lack of even attempting to foreign an oversight) is exacerbated by waiting for my product with little to no feedback on where my shipment is located as well as having to comb through my purchases to try and disern which company ripped me off. I had to carefully peel back an added label to reveal the tracking number underneath. I am very much less enthused about purchasing anything else from wish and am anticipating a reoccurance in the following weeks because it has unfortunately become more than an anomaly.

Be very mindful do not order large ticket items they hold your money forever then the day that is supposed to arrive at your house they cancel it's saying call products available even though they said it was shipped very disgusting I would never buy from them again Shady Shady Shady they have your money held up and then give you a wish refund I would never buy from them again watch yourself don't bother. First, I waited much too long for the product. The product was not the quality I expected. The pillow was packaged poorly. It was torn open and the pillow was dirty. When I went to purchase the product, the price vacillated back and forth until by the time I was in the check-out the product was $6 higher (that should have been a bright red flag)! It is not the same as ordering from Amazon or even an Ebay venture as was indicated by someone's review. Mine was a poor quality product. I finally had to send an inquiry without a response. When my product arrived it was a soiled product in a torn piece of plastic. A shipping label from Los Angeles was superimposed on the label with Chinese characters and a statement apparently regarding the sluggish shipping which indicated "A - Super Standard." I did not have a problem with the product's origin, but I did wonder if it came on a slow boat.

I ordered many items (at least 10) from wish and never received any of them. I requested refunds since i didn't get, they restricted my account due to "abuse of return policy" when I never received my items. And then they put some funds in "wish cash" and i have been requesting for weeks to have the funds sent to my bank account, and they have responded with everything but giving me my money back, and now they have done a password reset that is going to take days. Going to file a complaint with BBB now. If i could give a negative rating i would!

So, most people know of Wish by now. It's a website where you can order extremely cheap items from China. I have ordered things from Wish several times. I typically steer clear of clothing items. My experience is mostly ordering baby items, like Baby moccasins, baby toys, etc. I have ordered a couple of electronics like nightlights and a light that changes color on a faucet. Ordering is very easy with their app, shipping on the other hand takes forever. A month or more, most of the time I would have forgot I ordered the item by the time I got it. For the items I ordered (again, safer to not get bad quality) the quality has been OK. Usable. Acceptable. But not amazing. You get what you pay for. In some cases on Wish I think it's worth the money you save to buy a few things there, but I would be cautious when ordering clothing or large items. Overall the experience wasn't bad if you don't mind waiting forever on shipping and you order items less likely to be bad quality. I have never returned anything because it wasn't worth the few dollars I paid for something to mess with returning it.

The prices are too good to be true. If the item you ordered for a minimal charge is "unavailable" (which is 98% of the time) you have to go through a painstakingly long process to get a regund (when ordering numerous items in a shopping cart). Zi am beyond disappointed in this site.DON'T DO IT!

I've used Wish for the better part of this year. Had no problems with ordering or receiving items other than the often long wait time for arrival. However, within the past month, I noticed there were compromises to my security and privacy. The language was changed to Russian and my profile information was changed. Do not use them. They can't guarantee your online safety.

Orders either don't arrive, or you get the wrong items, and they refuse to accept returns for items that are broken or not what you ordered, I do a lot of online shopping and this company is the worst by far. I would give them a negative rating if I could. Customer service is a joke. They refused to refund until I filed a complaint with the BBB.

Wish is a scam or it allows scammers to sell stuff and scam people. I ordered a cleaning robot and I got a cheap key chain instead. I contacted the customer service and they asked me for a picture. I sent them a picture of what I received with the USPS tracking number. But they want a picture of the internal tracking number that was not shown on the shipping label or included inside the package. Even though the USPS tracking number on my picture associates with the internal number they asked for. They still denied me a refund because I couldn't send them a picture of something that does not exist. If a scammer wants to scam people, why would they include every necessary information? STAY AWAY FROM WISH!

I ordered 3 dog beds. Two packages showed up. One small and contained a red dog bed.
The other was a larger bag and contained just one blue bed.
After confusion I discover one package was to contain 2 beds.
The packer forgot a bed.
Wish will not ship the missing bed. They say that I got it since I got the package.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
