I ordered a sat nav. It was cheap but it has never worked properly. Tried to get a refund or replacement through their refund policy and explained what the problems were. They asked me to send a photo of this but how does a photo explain the problems?

I placed the order on December 5 received the email on December 9 stating my order was shipped I got the UPS tracking number tracked it on December 19 and UPS said the tracking number never existed that they never scan that into their system total rip off and scan have to go to the fraud department on my bank to try to get my money back sent 10 emails to this company and never received a responsethis website needs to be taken down it is a complete fraud
My daughter wanted to buy a bunch of items from wish.com. After reading all the reviews we decided to try it with 3 smaller orders first. The website is easy to navigate and the deals are amazing! The first item arrived sooner than expected. The other 2 items arrived at the same day a week later. I didn't keep track how long it exactly took since we were not in a hurry, but it was around 14-21 days. This is what the website states very clearly. The items came straight from China, most likely from different manufacturers, although it could be the same warehouse too since the packaging was very similar. The quality is exactly as you can expect for the price.
We will order more from them when not in a hurry.
Delivered goods not as advertised and refused to provide a suitable way to sprt out problem. Will only accept a tracked return to another continent that will cost more than the goods.

The items and listings are misrepresented. If u want to return it you have to pay to send it back even tho the stores lie about what they are sending you. Do not use this site you will regret it.
Wish serviced my needs very well. I will not receive a hoodie I ordered for my puppy before Xmas, but that's minimal considering I ordered about 20 different items on Dec 7th and have received almost everything so far. Also missing a couple pair of gloves and a 'Tree of Life' necklace which were all ordered for me, but I guess Santa comes a little late for mom. Every item my 16 yrs old daughter picked - I read the reviews. I read whether the sizes ran small or kinda big (mostly small)... scrolled through ALL pictures until I saw user-added pictures and decided out of the 30 items she picked which ones to order. If you notice, every item ships from a different 'shop'. Wish is simply a site/app that compiles all different inexpensive items that ship from various different shops around China. Pay attention to the reviews, what you order and be a conscious consumer and you'll get what you ordered. If the reviews say it's not good - DON'T order from that shop (that item). As for my Wish experience, I give it a 9 out of 10 score. Also, if trying to contact Customer Service, make note that they are in CHINA. If you call during U.S. business hours, you will not be successful contacting anyone. HINT: Be conscious of the time difference. In summary: Simple and easy shopping for any shopper with web shopping knowledge. If you keep all of these factors in mind, your Wish(es) will be granted. --Dee in Ohio
I never received the item. I filed a refund complaint for customer service and they never put my money back in to my bank account! STAY AWAY FROM THESE APPS AND WEBSITES!
I ordered a 2 wheel balancing scooter that they said was delivered to a wrong address. When I contacted DHL who delivered the package to another state, told me that the package was not a balancing scooter it was fiber optics and was meant for the person who signed for it. Which means they never shipped what I ordered. I will never order from Wish again.
Placed and order of $57 received it in individual packages. ALL OF IT IS PURE JUNK. Opened a couple items and threw them away.

I ordered some stuff from wish for halloween, had inputted my card details and clicked 'pay now', and presumed it had come out of my account... Recieved the items around 2-3 weeks later. Got a letter 2 months later saying I had an outstanding payment and they had added on a delayed payment fee, saying that even if I had payed prior to the letter, I had to pay the delayed payment fee! I am only 14 and have not signed any credit agreement and therefore I should not have been sent the products - it is illegal without a parent, they are in the wrong! Checked my account to make sure I had payed but the money hadn't been debited. The letter referred to another reminder for payment which I didn't recieve, and as the first letter they shouldn't be so threatening. I had ordered christmas presents for my whole family a week before recieving the letter and have no money to pay it - what do i do!? Can't they mark addresses if they refuse payment?
Ordered three items on November 25. One was received two weeks ago. The other two allegedly arrived in the US (in CA) on December 9, yet here it is ten days later and they have not gotten from CA to AZ. I have contacted the company two times, both times they told me to wait 3 - 5 more days. No updates on tracking since December 9... so apparently the company and the carrier have no idea where the items are. When the items were purchased, there was no indication they were being shipped from out of the country, otherwise I would not have ordered them. Will be filing BBB complaint if they are not received by Wednesday. I would recommend you shop elsewhere. This company's practices seem to be extremely questionable and they are not responsive to customer inquiries or concerns.

I can say i dit a Test bay on Wish because i was not trusting this werry chaep Prizes but i can say onli that im happy wit that wat i got an in The time wenn i got my Stuff! Okay so I get everything I order but one think u may not know is when it says $3 and u buy it with or credit or debit or whatever u pay with well it actually end up costing you like $20...! I'm not saying don't buy from here but u should be more cautious. Your not really paying the prise they ask but higher at some things..
Lets assume you make a mistake and order the wrong item. Oh waut i did just that. Never even closed the app before I requested the refund. They had no problem gettung the money but i did make a mistake and spent 56.00 dollars now 3 weeks later i still cant get my money returned. And each time i ask they say please allow more time please br patient great that works for the fist week but almost a month later please. And it gets worse. If you actually get items you ordered keep in mind I ordered all these items at once. Items available for purchase are horrible cheaply made or bottom of the barrel crap. Then if once you get the item. Now know I won't get a return I can't send it back cause now you have to pay for shipping and you most certainly get a refund so your stuck with garbage. Here I am trying a site for the first time. I guess that's what I get for trying to find a deal. I ordered 2 items on the same day. It's the 18th day and still no tracking info change. How can a package be in route to JFK and 10 days later be back in China where it originally started. I strongly advise to make sure it's not shipping from China. The second package finally left China today. 18 days from order date.
I was excited that they giving out free product plus $1 dollar shipping for new customer, so i joined them, grab the item plus an extra $200 worth of product. The order was paid out right on the spot via PayPal. Waited for a week without any update, so i file a ticket with them, later they say my order is declined and put me on "Fraud Alert". JUST WTF?

My account was charged $208.05 for a $10.00 item. This caused my bank account to bounce. I am noticing there was a second withdrawal attempt in the amount of $210.00, that did not go through because of the first withdrawal causing my account to bounce.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
