I have ordered 8 different items from Wish, I was satisfied with the products, did not even mind how long it took to get them.

I get a call from my bank about suspicious activity on my card. Someone had stolen my card info, made a clone card, and spent $539 with it at a Best Buy in Georgia.
I have not left Kansas City, Mo in years.
This was a relatively new card and the only place I've used it was Wish. They also attempted to steal another $2,000 but it was declined. This might not happen to everyone but after reading these reviews it sounds pretty risky.
I have heard many people say they are nervous about ordering from Wish. I have ordered multiple things and never had an issue. Some items look cheap but remember what you're paying for the item. Overall I love this site and will continue to order from Wish.
I have purchased many things on this website. One particular item I never received or was stolen, I don't know. Anyway, I notified wish by email and I was refunded the money within a week.

THEY WANT YOU TO UPLOAD A PICTURE OF THE ITEM YOU WANT TO RETURN. THIS IS A JOKE. DONT THEY KNOW WHAT I HAVE PURCHASED FROM THEM. I DID GET A REFUND FOR 3 DRESESS ON THE SAME ORDER, I HAVE 4 MORE DRESSES THAT I DONT WANT AND WANTED TO CANCELL THE ORDER. I HAVE BEEN GETTING THE ROUND-AROUND SINCE 2/11/2016 IT IS THE 28TH OF THE MONTH. I WILL NOT GIVE UP, ALSO I WILL NEVER PURHCASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN
Never give them your card number because it's to many of upset customers. It seem to me that these people don't care about who ever buys from them. To many red flags!
My boyfriend purchased two items for me each were just a couple dollars each, this was about a week ago. We saw that the conformation said it would be about a month before we got out items but whatever. Tonight we got a series of 4 texts in a row of purchases we never made which came to a total of $50 before we could get ahold of the card provider and cancel the card. The only new site we have made purchases from that could have gotten our info would be WISH. DO NOT USE THIS APP if you want to keep your identity secure, you never know who's operating things like this.

I ordered almost a 100$ in stuff on Wish.com which I'm really regretting. I'm not one to just blow money but I really thought this was a neat website. I guess it was too good to be true. All I had to do to see that this was really a joke was just looking at the pictures of people who were wearing the products that they purchased. They all look so cheap. I hope I get a refund. I'm very disappointed to find this out. This website should definently be shut down.
I bought a dress in a size 2*bigger then I wear and when it arrived it was smaller then a size 0.
After spelling my name entirely wrong and i couldn't get my from the post office with my id, i send a tone of messages to refund my money. It's the weakest costumer support i've ever seen. Unexistant! They keep repeating a message that i have to follow some instructions. I couldn't have access to their site because in some way the sign-in procedure malfunciones. And i'm still unsatisfated. I don't recommend this site to anyone!
When I got my led up shoes they did not work so people that mad the shoe ovisly did not make them right
This has been the most disappointing online shopping experience I have ever had. They owe me hundreds on returns that "they" have. I returned items to address they sent me. Now "they "do not know what I am talking about. Do not deal with these people. No phone to call them back, email is ignored until you threaten your distress by posting on social media. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BIG BAD WOLFE! They have my merchandise, my money and don't know who I am.
Have ordered in the past and the items have been fine and received on time. My son ordered ONE pair of shoes last night but they sent an email with TWO pair to ship. He and I both contacted them and they said; "sorry, we don't cover shipping" but will refund the price. The shipping is ten dollars on each item. Even though he just ordered the item last night and contacted them via email before 8am this morning. At this time, I would recommend NOT shopping with WISH due to this experience.
Update, I received a email back from customer service saying that the item already shipped, (yeah you waited a day until it shipped to get back to me.) To their credit, he said I could refuse the package when it is delivered and they will return it to the manufacturer. Problem is, they usually just knock and drop the package, not waiting for an acknowledgement. Will wait and see what happens. Welllllll, package came and knock and drop so no refusal. To WISH's credit, they contacted me several times regarding the refund. My son ended up selling the second pair to a friend so we did not send back. Don't know if we would have been charged $20 for shipping but will give them another star for communication.
Oops, another update. Removed the second star as I have Unsubscribed to their email list SEVERAL times but to no avail. I will put them in the spam filter as they obviously, in my opinion, value their time and money and no one else.
From cheap faulty products... That don't work... And to Xmas present orders showing up 2 months later in the end of Feb... Don't waste your money or time... You will be disappointed in one way or another!
I have ordered mutiple idems ranging from a coat to smart watches. The products have all arrived some faster then expected. A lot of people seem to have a problem with reading because they do warn you that sizes are different compared to US. Just have to open your eyes. But there are a lot of ignorant people out there. Other then that the prices are great value. I have even compared pricing with Amazon and wish along with their partner Geek beats them every time.
I have ordered from this website twice and both times had nothing but bad experiences they lost my items both times. How do you lose the items when you have tracking numbers & shipping orders? I am normally an extra small, but to be safe I orderded a medium and it was WAY to small. Not to mention I paid extra for fast shipping. I placed my order in December and took 2 months for my order to come in and only to come to find out I wasted75$ on such terrible clothing quality. Not impressed at all, However, the only thing I would trust buying from Wish is their jewlery, The price actually matches the quality.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
