I have ordered upwards of 50 items from this website. So far, I have received everything I ordered. You must be a conscientious shopper, though. Read the reviews, look at the pictures (esp the ones uploaded by other customers), and absolutely check the sizing chart. Items are by and large measured in Asian sizes, so you will need to go 1-2 sizes up from your usual most of the time. Also know going into it that the clothing is often replicated from the photo and may be a cheaper quality than you expect (which is why I recommend scrutinizing the pics that other customers have uploaded. You can usually get a better idea of quality from them.) That being said, not everything is cheaply made. Some of the items are actually nicer in person. I am very happy with everything I've gotten. It takes a while sometimes, but i don't think anything has taken more than about 4-6 weeks max to come in. I have had no instances of fraud in the 6 months or so of using this site. I see some others have complained about fraud, though. Perhaps it is because I use PayPal for my transactions? I have not tried returning anything, so I can't speak on that issue. Just remember what you are paying and don't expect the moon. Overall, for the pittance most everything costs, it is well worth it to take a chance--if one or two $2 items aren't exactly as you expect, write it off as collateral damage and enjoy the other 20 items you ordered and received happily.

Fraud and cheaters

They cancelled my order after 41days and still refund is pending. They are not refunding my shipping charges and item amount. They are the biggest fraud for cheating customers. If I dint receive my amount, I will file a complaint in coming days.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

Im writing this for my 16 year old son. He purchased a watch at £12 from wish and after nearly 2 weeks tracked the parcel to indonesia. That same nite he checked his account and had no funds to with draw as wish had made 5 different unauthorised transactions on his account for no reason what so ever. This has now been flagged up to banks fraud team. STAY WELL AWAY FROM WISH

So I signed up on the site and bought one product. Wasn't nothing major for I have read reviews about this site. After using this site and giving my email, I now get unwanted emails. I just opened my email to find inappropriate email that solicit sex and pornographic type emails! I am very upset that my email has now been compromised by these unwanted emails. They release and sell your information to other third party companies.

THIS SITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

Some things arrived at a decent time. However, two pair of earrings have taken weeks, literally a month to arrive and I'm still waiting. So, yeah... never again will I order from here. I could have driven there and picked them up for less time.
I will give them kudos for the dress and top I ordered, however, always order your clothing two sizes bigger. That says a lot as well.

My friend ordered from wish and received her item before the expected delivery date. She ordered a full body corset, she is large girl so she ordered an xl I tried it on and it fit me loosely, I'm a fairly small girl so if anything I would order a couple sizes larger than you normally wear. It's nice material and not paperey thin like I expected. I would follow what abother poster suggested and review the item beforehand, I'm assuming it's similar to ebay aND not every item is from the same seller and not good quality or not what you expected. Happy shopping

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

I'll try and be brief, although I can talk about this for about a week!

My first order was no problem. Shortly after I had placed my order my debit card that I used to pay with was debited for an erroneous charge. My bank notified me immediately. I had to get a new card and stop any charges from that card! I hadn't put two and two together at that point, so I started another order. I added a bunch of items into the cart, but never finished the transaction! I actually had forgotten about it until my bank called! So, the bank figured out that WISH was the company that frauded my account. In addition, they had charged me for the items still in my cart, and items I hadn't even looked at! This fraud had happened shortly after I placed my first order. Oh, I firgot to mention, they also frauded my PayPal account!

I contacted their Customer Service, and was told "We're sorry. Please keep the items that have already shipped, as our gift to you!" GIFT? They took money out of my account TWICE, and they were giving me a "gift?" I should have read the reviews online and on this "Sitejabber" resource. Woulda saved me a bunch of trouble!

Do not order from Wish. Never received product and since they and the merchant are separate? They cannot send another product since it may have been lost in transit. Did you ever hear of such a thing! Seems they are in China so this added to the fact that I never received my order after waiting two months, leads me to say thumbs down..

Horrible Company

I only give it one star because I can't give them zero. I bought numerous items. It not only took forever for the items to get to me (almost 2 months) but when I received some of the items they were misleading ads. Instead of getting a set, they only send you one item. You order a Salt and Pepper Shaker set and you get one not two. You order Meat Claws and once again you only get "1". You order Super Suction Cups and you receive one all of which the adds show a photo of two and come in sets. I tried a few times to contact them via email because there is no phone number and they never returned my email to return the items for a refund. I will NEVER order nor recommend them again. That is what I get for buying overseas. :(

I have a order that I received and it a driving camera and it's all in Chinese. I bought 4 of them at 11.00 each plus shipping. I went to Customer support and they said I would get a refund. How long does it take? It's already been over two weeks!

AWFUL CLOTHES TOO SMALL VERY BADLY FINISHED DONT BUY ANYTHING UNLESS YOU ARE ORDERING FOR A CHILD. They also remove things from your cart, I had a mad moment and ordered loads of things couldn't manage to send all back. Still got two awful wigs. THEY HAVE MADE AT LEAST 100£ from me, things you would only throw away + they also take things off if you put in a big order. Don't keep an Icon as they send you messages at least 5 times a day. Everything smells of petrol normal everything is made from plastic. God knows what chemicals you are bringing into your homes. Chinese people or expats have insurmountable problems trying to buy food, that isn't covered in chemicals and they have one of the highest % of the population who have cancer

I purchased a watch which suppose to arrive in one week but now they change the delivery date to 2 months. Can you believe it? I felt like cheated... if you can not deliver don't promise or quietly change the delivery date... $#*! up... website

I guess shopping online at these up coming make shift stores is just not for me. My oh my did I really hold my head on this one. It's ok to buy something elsewhere every now and then, but jeez can these ppl please be real about what they're selling on these sites. If your product is a little less in quality than the norm, please least let it be sized right. It just doesn't make any sense, and frankly I just have to be done with the whole thing. I'll just stick to order little knick knacks here and there, no clothes

What To Expect:

Wish.com is basically a "Get what you paid for" sort of system. Sometimes you do not even receive what you have paid for and or ordered. It comes straight from the manufacturer and most of the time they do not check to see what the picture states what you ordered rather than just finding a code and adding it to your order to be shipped out. Wish clothing apparel is based on Asian height and build. So let's say if you are a Large, then you might want to check the next three sizes available up on the chart because most Asian charts are usually two sizes smaller than that of an American chart. If it states it is cheaper than other places, more than often it is cheaply made and will not hold up well after a week or so. Some of their items are good, where others, not so much. Just be careful when ordering and yes, this company can send third party offers to you and possibly more. Good luck and be cautious of what you want on here.

Months ago I bought a pair of ok sunglasses, that took forever to send, for one dollar but after that I decided the site wasn't suited for me. I recently checked my bank account and noticed they charged me about $13 for nothing apparently. Please do not purchase items from this company because I am not the only customer they have attempted to make fraudulent charges with. Protect yourself from possible fraudulent charges with this company as well.

I ordered curtains... they sent the wrong color (they offered both colors)... they said they sent the right color... so either they only had one color and sold it as two or they just were arrogant with insisting they sent the right one... if they had both colors as they offer, then it is reasonable to make the mistake and make it right... I sent pictures and they still insist they sent the right one... they never made it right... DON"T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
