I learned something about wish.com not to long ago. Most of their products can be found on amazon. So here is what I do. I find the actual name of the product. Example jw18 which is like a "fitbit" type that into amazons search thing and read the reviews. I wouldn't buy any high dollar items off this site. I have bought a few cheap things and believe it or not they are worth what I paid. Its not going to be 5 star high end quality but you didn't pay for that kind of item. Just remember. Its cheap for a reason.
I like wish.com if I know what I'm looking for. Many items are made cheap, however some items you can buy cheap and thats ok. For example, I buy boutique clothes for my daughters. Many are just catchy sayings on tshirts and Big bows and trendy shoes. While I wouldnt recommend full out clothes shopping I found a couple of the boutique outfits that are being sold for $20 $30 in Facebook groups for like $6 and $9 on wish. I had to wait like 3-4 weeks to get it but I saved a lot. The wait didnt matter because I didnt need the item I only wanted it and my daughters have lots of clothes. That was just an add for a steal of a deal. However if you need something in a timely manner. Then Wish is a NO. You cant get in touch with anyone and no options for fast shipping that I've seen.
How dare you guys open this online shopping company? Your quality not even there. You guys eat my money. I demand a refund!
I placed an order on February 11th. Still no tracking info. Have sent 3 emails and no response from Wish. I don't recommend using this site.
I ordered what I thought was a rain coat from them. According to their size chart I wore an XXL so that is what I ordered. What I got was a size 6 and not at all water repellent coat. It was a nice coat but would only fit a small person (Think Jr. High). Not good for the rain. And came no where near fitting my size 16 body. When I asked if I could get my money back they replied with "Are you sure the coat does not fit because you have likely ordered things in the past that were the wrong size? " I think something was lost in the translation but still very arrogant and rude of them. Stay away from this company. There are plenty of other sites to order from.
This is a total fake site. Who make People fool. I waited for my product for 45 days. All the time I got reply its on the way. And after passing the delivery date, they shall we ship again or you want your money back. Never ever buy any thing from them.
Let's be honest if you think you are going to get high-end merchandise for a few dollars your shopping on the wrong site.:-) However, for 2 or 3 dollars their stuff is great and if it does not last long I'll shed no tears. That said, everything I've purchased been great for the price. One month when I was on a spending spree (LOL), spent $21 including shipping for a bunch of things that would have cost me over $120 in a local store. I would not have been willing to spend that much to begin with but if I did I'd be mad if the product didn't last. Ordering from Wish I'm happy on all accounts.
I only had one item break and it was a necklace from a $1 order which included five (5) necklaces. I had zero illusions any of the necklaces would last so as I said...

Omg I swear I will never order from this company again first, I ordered shoes and got a gold plated huge angle baby necklace. But they had the shoe label on it. Soo hard to get a refund I've been fighting with them for almost a month to get a refund. Secondly most of the pictures are very deceiving when you get you junk you ordered you relize it's NOTHING like the pic, and you probably could have bought the same item at the dollar store... for cheaper. Thirdly the long as wait for you junk and your soo excited you finally received your order just to be let down cause you gotta throw away that 5 dollars plus tax toothbrush holder cause it's broken and looks like $#*!. And its not worth the hassleI Iwill Never Ever order or recommend this ridiculous site again. It's not worth the money or the headache.
My daughter and I have been shopping on Wish for a while. We've received everything we ordered, and yes, it takes time, but consider the price. So far we have been pleased with everything we've purchased! Just look at the dimensions of an item before you buy it, the main complaint I've heard is the items are smaller than pictured, so keep that in mind. You can't shell out a few bucks and expect high dollar items. For the prices, I think their stuff is just right! Will continue to shop Wish!
Purchased a contour make up pallet over a month ago and I still have not received my it. Under my tracking info it says that it has been delivered to me, but it has not. Customer service is no help even though I have wrote them around six times already.
I bought a couple of items from this website and chose to pay when they shipped (they said they would take out the money when it shipped) and they haven't taken it out, and they have the nerve to send me a letter saying I have to pay them or they will charge more! Customer support was useless and actually said there was nothing they could do, and there is no way to actually pay it myself. This site is a load of bullsh*t!
You're paying some times literally a tiny fraction of the normal cost of something. Yet you're $#*!ing about long shipping times? This is stuff coming directly from the almost always Chinese manufacturer, it's not going to be Amazon-style shipping. Because frankly, it's not paid for. Here are some tips: Look at the reviews for a product - if several people who have ordered that item say it's a POS, there's a good chance it's indeed a POS. In regards to the clothing, most items are going to be made in Asian sizing proportions, which are just smaller than US sizes. Back to this, most things have a review section, and right there people can say whether or not the item was "true to size", too large, too small, and also detailed issues about the item. I'm pretty positive the "name brand", luxury cosmetic items (Kat Von D, Lime Crime, Anastasia Beverly Hills, etc.) are fakes, so I would watch what you buy in the above mentioned brands of makeup unless it's from a reputable source. Haha. I personally haven't had anything I have ordered from this place just NOT show up, however one item took upwards of a month and some change to arrive. But they sent 2, so I'm not sure if that makes up for it, or...? Just understand that you get what you pay for in most situations, and read as much as you can about each item that you order- meaning description, reviews, everything. And look at the photos, while you're at it. The photos uploaded by users are a huge help, if they're available for the item. They show what an item actually looks like, since some of the super catalog-style stock photos are a bit um, off, when it comes to how REAL they are. Use your common sense when choosing what to order from here. Also, factor in the possibility of a bit of a wait when deciding whether or not to order. The customer service is all via Internet, and mostly automated. Take this app for what it's worth, and your experience should be (mostly) good. :)
I cant believe they are still in business. I placed an order and 3 days later I get a message to contact them but all you can do is email cause there's no number. Then they tell me that I set off a fraud alert and to allow 14 days for my money to be returned. So do like they are the frauds to me.
I have been dealing with Wish for almost a year and I have gotten good items as well as some real garbage. I had made many orders last month about 40 different types of items. About 15 items were not delivered. Oh... I get refunded but I will no longer be wasting my time and money on a company whose sellers can't or won't deliver on time. Most of their ratings cannot be trusted since they are probably using employees... shills or possibly even using random photos of persons illegally just to give them an air of a great company. I have online debates with them all the time and it's always hit and miss with them. Don't buy electronics from there BC they are not the real deal. I am starting to order only minor items from there since they can't be depended on. They got better for a while and then went back to their old tricks.
I order some stuff off of here and it had the wrong address and now I have to wait 30 days for a refund which I don't understand if I'm never getting the stuff I ordered I recommend not ordering off of here.
Just opened it put batteries in and NOTHING grandson going to be disappointed if I even give it to him won't be ordering anything else till I'm impressed with something
I have ordered a smart watch on Jan 2nd 2016. My order never deliver to me as of now. I have sent couple of notes to customer service, no response from them. It's a complete fraud site. Please stay away from Wish.com.
My order was never delivered so I went online to track the order. When I got to the web site, I tried to log into my account and it said I didn't have an account. Wish had been sending me order updates to my email address but they said that there was no account with that same email address. I contacted customer service repeatedly and explained that I had never received my package and was unable to log in. I was sent an email by the customer service team with instructions on how to log in 3 separate times. After I told them I couldn't log in because my email wasn't showing an account they sent me instructions on how to change my password. Total scam of a web site. STAY AWAY!
Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
