Some people says its not worth it, my friend bought a phone case a ring and some light up shoes too and she got them, but the only thing was that it look 3 weeks! I just say because there from China. She said it takes forever I have not bought anything, but people say its good I'm trying :D! !

I just hate those comments" fake items". This site is not for purchasing high end products or high quality items. For some little things is awesome, read reviews and customer pictures (when available) definately not for electronics, jewelery or even clothes. Would you buy this items at a dollar store? I don't think so. But let me tell you from my experience, I ordered a chandelier from wish, after reading all reviews, it looked gorgeous on the pictures, then I checked eBay for the same item. But comparing stores ratings, the one at wish had better rating so I gave it a try. It delivered less than a week, seller from US, and beautiful chandelier, beads not even plastic, everything glass and crystal, came with the light bulbs and even spare ones for just 57 $. So, bottom line: be a savvy shopper, research, do the homework before ordering.not only from this site. Also, you always can ask for a refund if wish does not solve the problem paypal will ( if you check out with paypal) as I do.
Wish has a good refund/ return policy, so for those who complain about getting low quality or garbage items, don't be lazy, just start a refund process and next time dont have high expectations on items that you can find in a dollar store. Common sense, but let me clarify something, not everything is low quality, they have items that are really like the originals, for example a beauty blender and a make up brush, identical to the ones you find at sephora for ridiculous prices.

If you love Wish, try there other sites... Home, Geek & Cute. Have ordered jewelry, cosmetics, nail care products, iPhone products, fishing products & more. Almost always get items before due date. The items I have not received or have taken to long, have always been refunded. I think they're great. Have never ordered clothing, there sizing is always small & the reviews usually say poor quality. But, very satisfied & cost is low.

I had come across online advertisement for pendrive and some other products at Wish (it came as promo of the product on my email) I tried to purchase online and placed order for couple of items including pendrive
After waiting for more than 2 months the product did not arrive and on contacting wish.com and complaining the customer care first said it takes minimum 30 days for delivery of any product and when I mentioned it's already more than 2 months they said I have to give token number etc ( I told is it not their responsibility to see which product is delivered which is not delivered and take appropriate step to solve problem rather than putting entire onus on customer when customer has already made full payment for product by credit card and waiting for same.
I did not listen further from this company, This company cheats customers
Better be aware and avoid such online thieves.

First, if you want to order something, read the reviews. The products are from China and like the dollar stores, not everything is worth it. If there's uploaded photos, definitely look at those too, just to double check.

Second, I asked for a refund on a package that took over a month and received one no problem. As well as an order I changed my mind on.

Some people are literally whining about 2 dollars. I could spend $16 at Walmart or $1 on this app. If it's not exactly right or broken? Get a refund. There's no downside. The only problem with this site is that people don't use common sense and their reading abilities. I received my first 2 items in a week, and usually receive others around 2-3 weeks. It's coming from overseases, it's going to take longer. If you're that impatient, like I said, then just stick to shopping at Walmart. Personally, I live this site. Don't ruin it for the rest of us.

The saying goes you get what you pay for. People see a usual expensive item that is so cheap and think "jackpot"... but in this case it was crap-pot. My hubby bought a smartphone watch that was "intended" to be used with the IPhone but when the watch came it was noted the watch was not applicable with iPhone. To set up you had to go to a website that is not in service of course. All instructions were in Chinese. Customer service did contact him but said they couldn't refund him because the company the watch came from is out of business. But they could exchange the watch with a $4 item. Well he paid $16 for the watch. Overall I never trusted this site and with all the bad reviews I have good reason.

A few months ago I started ordering a few things from Wish and I LOVE it! As long as you keep in mind you get what you pay for you will never be disappointed. I order clothes for my granddaughters and jewelry for myself plus small gifts for my family! Check it out for yourself!

Hi I am Sojan Abraham from Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia.

I bought 9 different products on Dec 2015 and this is my first time shopping thru wish.com and I won't do anymore.

DELIVERY: All products arrived within 30 days except one item. That item not delivered till even after 3 months and I am not expecting anymore.
QUALITY: Products are very cheap quality (price also cheaper), for example the shoe of the photo in the website looks like Nike but once delivered it was duplicate and producing a very smell. Then I returned with a long note but no information after that and no refund.

T-shirt was not proper size and bad material.

Don't trust the review posted on wish.com, it's totally fake. I bought two ladies watch but even not worth for 50 cents I put it in the bin.

I got one response from Wish.com about my complaint but it was not relevant to my question and afterwards no response from their end.

When I saw I could get a potato slicer for a dollar I was thrilled yet I was also suspicious. I went ahead and ordered it thinking why not. 3 months later I finally get it in. Definitely was right to be suspicious. It was something you'd find at a dollar store. So while I technically got what I paid for it wasn't what the description picture showed and I was upset. You get nowhere with their customer service reps so don't bother trying. Save your time and money and don't order from Wish.

In the beginning they had great costumer support, would answer in almost hours or minutes. Now the products don't arrive, you question them and receive no answer at all. Its ridiculous and a total lack of respect for the client. I guess the success of the app is over.

Never ever order from this seller. It probably the seller collect money from millions of people n put in hold for one month deposit. So, the seller will have free money from interest. I will give zero start (1 must enter). Hopefully this will have for people want to shop on wish.

As a company, i strongly believe there should be some inmediate contact with their representatives,
There is no phone numbers to call if any inquiries about your order, email takes days to reply & also their email format is not proffesional at all. My fmaily and I were looking thru their website wishing to buy some items, we added to the cart & never completed the order because we had to leave the house real quick, 3 days later i check my bank account and three transactions were completed, transactions we never finished! But ironically some how they were ordered? How does that happen? Thats fraud! I meed answers but who knows when will i get them! Clearly this business or whatever they are called are not as profesional as they say, theres one phone number going around & when you call their " voice mail...
Is full"? How? Business with voicemail for customer service? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE TO ANYONE.

Not a question a coplaint, it is the worst shopping experience ever ordered in januarary 2016 still haven't received my orders, and can't get ny answers, I do not wish this experience on anyone, you can't get in touch with anyone to find out where my parcels are if there are any at all, took my money got nothing in return, shpuld be a law against this, won't happen again.
