I was ify about ordering from this company since I had such a bad experience with a company called Rosegal but as it turned out, this company is so not like Rosegal. It is 10 times better. Super affordable things, nice clothes, shoes, etc. You can find just about anything on this website. It does take a couple of weeks to receive but no more than 3 weeks. I definitely will be ordering from them again. They are a trustworthy company

Just because you have never been scammed by wish.com doesn't mean they are honest. It just means you got lucky. Its like dancing with a crook and hoping he doesn't rip. You off. Why do business with them?

Fact: they overcharge many and over run many peoples credit cards. That is effectively stealing

Fact: they charged me in a different currency and made me pay 25% more than i agreed on

Fact: all products are from china and cheaply made ( people. May say you get what you paid for. Which is true. BUT this is your best case scenrio. Get crap items for cheap and hopefully dont get ripped off)

So for people who have "gd experiences" with them, don't discount the facts of others. Stop vouching for them and acting so surprised you didn't get ripped off.
Look how many people are disatisfied with them and be thankful it didn't happen to you.

I clearly will not recommend them and their customer service is the most horrific experience of all time. More good reasons not to do business with them. There are so many vendors in the world, look at the amount of discontentment with them. 4/5 of everone here gave them 1star. So if you are the lucky 1/5 woohoo great for you. So the chances of you getting ripped off is 80%. Hopefully you belong to the 20%? I don't know about you, but if i knew this beforehand I wouldn't have been a victim.

Why would you take the risk? Why would you work with them? I had such a horrible time with these theives i am just trying to warn people about them, so people wouldn't fall prey like I did.

Ok, so Wish.com has great deals, hands down the best deals anywhere. It's also relatively easy to navigate and purchase items.

The issue with wish.com is, that you can expect about 25% of the items you purchased to:
1) Never show up, or take 2 months+ to arrive
2) Be the wrong item
3) Be the wrong color, style, or size.

That being said, most of the sellers are willing to fully refund you or send you the right item to make up for it.

Having now bought 100+ items from wish.com myself I would personally say that it's worth it.

If you want fast shipping or demand designer quality wish is not for you. But if you're willing to wait 3 weeks for a faux winter jacket that only costs $12 and it looks like one you seen at Walmart for $198, then this site is for you.

There's no intentional scams that I've seen, the prices are legit. Items are usually lower quality, but the prices definitely reflect it.

Please do not waste your money. It takes weeks and weeks to get your order and the quality is terrible plus you do not get what you order. I ordered three items and none of them were as ordered and all were worthless at the end of the day. I ordered a plus size dress and my 7-year old granddaughter may be able to wear it if she doesn't grow too much this summer! This web site should be entitled "WISH I DIDN'T EXIST"!

This is a perfect example of all that is wrong!

Ordered some goods on this site, they took my money but failed to deliver the item.
Despite several Customer Support messages they gave me the run around and said that I had gone past my 30 day money back guarantee. Problem was that I had never received my item!
What can you do?
Contact PAYPAL and lodge a consumer complaint against them.
PayPal will investigate and you may get your $$ back if they believe you have not received the item you purchased.
I will never be using Wish again, they are fraudulent and hard to deal with when things aren't delivered as promised.
