First off, they take your money very quickly. Then, the products are sub-par and typically do not match the description. Worst part is their support email is nothing but a BOT. You won't be able to get answers to questions like: how do I return an item. They also charge a "restocking fee"if you do manage to return something which they do not tell you up front nor is in their shipping policy. And, they don't tell you how much that fee amounts to. They have a phone number; however NO support there, they just tell you to contact the support email which is a BOT - SO IT IS A VISCIOUS CYCLE. I cannot actually get any answers to my questions. I want to return my items but there are NO instructions and they do not respond when asked through the (BOT) support email. Had I known all this up front I NEVER would have shopped there. I will be contacting American Express to try and get my money back. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING unless you are certain you will keep it. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.

I thought it would be a good idea to have my items delivered to local store. What a MISTAKE! Apparently when Wish came up with pick up time frame they didn't take Covid into mind. Items arrived went to pick up after 14 day quarantine just to find out items were returned and I got a partial credit so they said. This was in January, Monday will be March 1st and still no refund. Never trust low prices because you wind up paying somehow!

Ordered around 20 small items and a few not so small, like a mini drone ($80) Most are from China and you get what you pay for, mostly RUBBISH. I had items missing and some items being sent to me that had not been ordered by me, Wish said it had to do with the association of my 'delivery address' from a previous purchase, which was expensive and was OK. If its cheap you will get cheap items, simple. Don't bother asking for refunds, they wont do it! There are lots of disclaimers on the site that you don't see until you need them... Too Late!

When I placed my Wish order, there was a picture of the item on the order page, but I received something quite different - accessory parts. I also had received an order delivery confirmation with the same picture and description of the item. When I contacted wish, they denied the problem, they instead listed a description of the item I received - which was in neither the order page or delivery confirmation email. Wish claims I received what I ordered - not correct. I'm no Internet rookie, I've never had a problem like this before.
I should have checked the reviews before ordering anything from Wish.

Well! I'm contacting the attorney general and the FTC. It's time for a class action lawsuit by Americans. I ordered 358.oo dollars of products I August 2020. Wish said delivery October 26 2020. Zero from them! Nothing sent. They won't answer my texts. They don't even have an 800 number. They send folks 50percent back. I want 100percent back. And I'm going to get it back! I haven't met a person yet that wish.com hasn't commit fraud on! Enough. They need exposed and shut down. I have my bank statement to prove I purchased from them. Trump shut them off so they routed thru Burma. Thailand etc.

I ordered a watch from them. Deliberately chose a low value item for my first order to see if they were reputable. Good choice, they're not. After about a month I received an email saying it was delayed and did I wish to wait. Naively i said yes. Still hasn't arrived so I contacted customer services. Couldn't have cared less. Told me I was supposed to know that I had 30 days from the due date to contact them, in spite of the fact they'd contacted me re delay, and that I'd lost my money. I doesn't even show in my account so I strongly suspect it was never sent. It's a scam site. Don't use.

I tried for 3 weeks to get a refund and it never happened! Terrible Customer Service! Just AWFUL! Please do not give them your credit card number when setting up an account. It will be charged! This company is the worst I have ever dealt with, by far.

I used wish for the first time and already got disappointed. I placed first order including my information of address and visa card, than second order went through without even me knowing it. When I try to cancel the second order within not even 24 hours the website telling me it is too late. When I called my visa I was told the wish already got my money. I try to call to wish but looks like they don't even have customer service to speak too. All communication going through website and email. Now they blocked me asking for 2 pieces of identification.
I don't even know if I ever receive my order or my money back.

I bought a product from Wish in December and that is why I gave my credit card details. At the end of January a payment appeared on my card for products I didn't make and at the beginning of February again. Beware! I am now in contact with my credit card to see that the money is returned.

When complaining about wrong products delivered I have been asked multiple times to present picture evidence. Wish divided my order into two orders because I ordered two different colours and in spite of me sending pictures of the defect different products they keep coming back and putting the same questions about the number of products time after time. I have given up! Never EVER anything more will be bought by me from Wish. They treat you as an imbecill.

10 days passed delivery date I called "Customer Service". What a joke, it is a long voice recording of offers for services, no customer support agent. Then the voice tells you to call a new number and guess what. A new long list of services and no agent. NEVER AGAIN!

Terrible delivery timing too long to wait. More than a month of delivery was so unacceptable only from China to SG. I ordered items before from another online store, it won't take 3 weeks for items coming from China. Once you paid for it, that's the time it will reveal the delivery date & time. So no more chance for you to cancel it and their customer service online telling the same, the order already confirmed so they cannot file a return & refund for the item. Don't buy on Wish if you can't wait for more than a month of delivery. That's the reason why it was so cheap because of the delivery period was so unacceptable.

They charged me for an order that didn't go through and keep replying the same messages over and over again. I did not have an email or reference number and Klarna said that Wish havent even informed about a refund. I have already waited for a month. It seems like a scam.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
