Wish is very quick to steal your money and then REFUSE to provide shipping information for you to trace products that have not been received. It's about time the authorities prosecuted them for fraud.
Wish.com has no phone number and apparently no live person handling Comfort customer service. I've been trying to reset my password for several weeks, I never received an email that will let me do that, and I cannot get any response from wish.com other than the same automatically generated email telling me to do what I've been doing. I can only conclude there's no one at home. My order is several days overdue and if it does not arrive within a week I'm going to contact my credit card company, the FTC and my local authorities.

Their so called customer service model is a total disaster. Merchandise, especially clothing, is very substandard. There is no live person ever, to help you. They don't even an email service. They say they do, but they never respond. Everything is done via their website, which is UNhelpful because they don't speak English. All communication is done via their website. If you go out of SCRIPT, they are lost, and will tell you that someone will contact you in 2 to 3 days. Right now I am trying to get a refund for items I sent back, as a result of the very poor quality of their clothing. (more than $200.00 It is like pooling teeth. You can't get anywhere, and the one answers you'll get, are the ones they have on SCRIPT. "I am sorry about your experience, blah, blah, blah. Nothing concrete comes out of these back and forth communications. Also, they make the customer take photos of the merchandise, and send those photos to them. Then, they will send you labels that you must print, before sending the merchandise back. By the time you comply with all their requirements, you will have spent hours, if not days, making sure their demands are met. Extremely frustrating... I will never buy anything, from them again. Very sorry I ever came across this website.

So around 140 emails have been exchanged between myself and Wish and still no resolution. They sent me pyjamas I ordered which arrived with stains on the transfer. They were a gift for someone which I have not been able to give. I wrote to customer service explaining this and also the fact I do not have an order ID as I was not sent an order confirmation and the item is not in my order history. But asked them to look up item using my address which you would think is simple. Not for them! They just reply with generic emails not even in relation to what you are wanting them to sort out, so tons of emails later im still left with a faulty item and no resolution. I have sent them screen shots of the transaction and other info to track my account but nope, they are useless!

Every purchase made is always a great price along with discounts with your purchase at check-out. Always a great bonus. You typically can't ask for more. All items are exactly as described. If there is ever a problem, Customer Support is right there to immediately resolve the issue. I'm a very satisfied shopper.
This the worst online shopping place I have ever came across. I did order a couple of things from Wish in January 2021 and it's almost end of first week of March 2021 and I am still waiting for my parcel which was supposed to be delivered by 12 th of Feb. I am not even sure if they would refund my money ever. Further, when you buy anything the initial price is different and when it comes to check out the price is almost doubled then it was appealing before. They do charge shipping fee for every item independently even if you buy everything together. If you have extra money and patience of waiting for years then you should use this place to shop. Pathetic after sales services. I will Never use WISH. I am completely failing to understand why even they are running this business. Seems like a scam.

I ordered a security system from wish it contained in discription 1 dvr, 4 cameras, manual- all i got was 1 camera, i text wish 3 times and all they say is they see what i orderd and what was sent was wrong but they wasnt going to do anything about it- i have contacted the state attorneys office of consumer fraud and my family attorney. This is not over by a long shot- since i am in the broadcast industry my tv station will be doing a long report and broadcast on wish and it fraud ways of taking funds from hard working consumers

I have purchased a few things from wish. It is a gamble if they end up being good or bad products. The worst thing about wish is the customer service. Basically there is none. Just automated replies. Even when you leave a message for customer service you get automated replies after a couple of days. I know this as I tried many times with different messages and got exactly the same reply which didn't solve the issue. If you do order just pray there's no problems with the product.

Ordered a item which is made in the USA and should be shipped from the USA, but find it is shipped from China. I requested to cancel due to this being a knockoff. I get a response on how to track my order from them. They paid no attention to my message or what was said. Also I have my product I manufacture for sale on Wish at $170. Wish decided to list it $60 higher making it $230 making it less likely to sell. I contacted Wish via message and ask why the higher price; do I receive that amount? I didn't get a logical answer but was sent a link. This link said I would get what I had it listed for basically at $170. This tells me Wish keeps the extra $60 plus a percentage of the sale price. They are crooks taking advantage of sellers and buyers. They are selling knockoffs cheap that will not last. I am taking my listings off the Wish site as I do not want my USA quality product to be associated with them. I also noticed that products made in China are listed cheaper then USA product. What do you expect from Wish which is a CHINA company. I hope trump runs again in 2024. Bidden will not do $#*!.

Please do not use this site. It is a brilliantly put together scam. While you may get away with buying small items without being scammed, please, please, please do not risk buying anything large on this site.
So this is how the scam works:
1) Wish.com advertises some item for a crazy low price
2) The item is in Stock, so you order the item.
3) The item never arrives (in fact never gets sent - as it probably never existed at that price anyway)
4) You go online to seek a refund (there is no call centre or chat function - no humans)
5) Online system asks you "Do you want to receive a refund or a Wish Credit"
6) If you answer "No" you get no refund at all
7) If you answer "Yes" you get "Wish Credit" to be used against future purchases.
8) There are no other options
9) Wish.con will then refuse to make a refund claiming that you chose "Wish Credit".
10) Congratulations Wish.con now has your money, and there is nothing you can do about it. Even closing the account will not result in a refund.
This way of marketing is actually illegal in my country (UK). The Consumer Rights Act makes it very clear that forcing customers to accept vouchers when not even delivering goods is illegal.
Basically just don't use this site - it is not worth the risk - there are many other similar sites like Lazada, Tokopedia etc. that do not try and cheat their customers.

I've purchased several items on Wish.com over the past couple of years, and up until my most recent experience would have rated them 3 stars (cheap but alright). However, one of my items never arrived, and after trying to contact customer service (*******@wish.com, which I did after the in-app automated system), they said "That must be frustrating" but refused my request for a refund because it had already been after 30 days since it was expected to be delivered, AND they ignored my request to resend it. They blamed me saying that I took too long to reach out, and that they tried to reach out to me earlier but I didn't follow through with enough information. I do remember marking "not delivered" when they reached out, but do not know what they are referring to as needing more information. When I asked them what more information they had requested, they ignored my question. Now, when I log in to view my order history to verify my purchase for this review, they've wrongly marked my order as delivered. You can tell it's still in transit by the tracking information. I will never use them again. I understand I didn't lose a lot of money, but it's unethical to treat customers that way. Who knows how much money they're raking in by simply refusing to refund honest customers who never receive their products. At least resend the item!

Firstly They took my money directly from my PayPal account, even didn't continue asking my details, secondly all purchase are the worst quality.Not same as advertised.

One of the biggest scam ever seen, they confirm to you two orders till you feel trust and order more where it'll never received.

I used Wish.com for the first time in 2020 and ordered 3 relatively low value items to try the site out. Unfortunately my order coincided with the spread of the worldwide coronavirus pandemic in 2020, so travel was limited and airports were closed. So I wasn't too worried when my items didn't arrive in the promised time frame. I did log a support query and was just told "wait". Eventually, many months later, 1 of the items arrived. When travel started opening up again, I logged a query about the missing 2 items and provided all the info - order number, tracking numbers, etc. I could see from the tracking numbers that these 2 items had not been shipped to me. I got a response saying "sorry, you are past the 30 day refund window". I replied to say I didn't want a refund, I wanted the items, where were they? Same response from Wish, but from a different person. I replied can you find out where they are? Another person then asked for the order details. I sent them again, same response "Sorry, you are past the 30 day refund window". This went back and forth over and over, each time a new person asking for the details then saying they can't refund. Every time I said I didn't want a refund, just track down the items. It is now February 2021 and I have given up. I am clearly not going to get the items and Wish aren't interested in following up. So I would advise anybody buying from Wish, be prepared to lose what you paid, because according to my (one and only) experience, there is a 67% chance that the stuff you order will never be delivered.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
