I am a customer since over 4 years and I was realy statisfied up till now. Because my latest package is, due to tracking, ready to pick up in Irvine, California although I live in Belgium and never ever was anywhere in the USA. And the WISH helpdesk is a computer, I can not reach a person anymore.

So much fun

They have all sorts of items that you didn't know you couldn't live without. They also have some items that are practical or fun or good gifts. Great stocking stuffers!
I have a very few issues in the year that I have been ordering. I find them very easy to use. Any issues with products were refunded easily once or twice I had to whine to the customer service area, and my money was immediately refunded. I had one return on an item that I missed ordered, and the return was somewhere in California, which was no big deal. You do get what you pay for. But it's fun. You do need to pay attention to the shipping cost for each item to make sure that it's cost-effective thing for you to buy.

Grandkids love looking

I was told before hand about the wait for delivery by my nephew so the grandgirls and I look order and forget it so when it does come a 4 -6 weeks later its a nice suprise. If i had not known this I would have stressed over it as they would have ask everyday. Alot of the things for a dollar are like dollar tree but alot are dollar store 5-10 dollar stuff for a dollar. The 5 dollar things might cost 10-15 dollars in others places. The more it cost on here is still saving u a lot if u dont mind waiting.

Firstly, people who order and think that it will only take a couple days. I have one question. Do you know where it's coming from? Lol

I LOVE wish.com and have got all of my things in about two weeks. Some have taken closer to three.

There was one item I did not receive due to it being sent back. I asked for a refund and it was refunded back to my card in two days.

Prices are great! Items are great. Don't let these other people scare you away. It's a great store and very trustworthy.

I mean. I took the time to write this. Trust me. They're awesome.

You Get What You Pay For.

This is a really fun sight if you love to shop. Prices start at$ 1.00 +$1.00 shipping. You can browse for hours and save items to your "Wish List" so you can go back and decide what you really want to buy now and what can wait. Soooo many items that I have yet to get thru the whole realm of products available. You do have to remember that sizes run about 2 or 3 sizes smaller than normally worn because much of this comes from China or Hong Kong. Also rememmber than with clothes especially, you get what you pay for and items will be exactly as in picture but not high quality. Fabrics are much thinner than expected. If you love shopping and have a low budget though, this is really fun. They do accept returns and items are exchanged and shipped again promptly. If you see an item you want it's smarter to add it to your "Wish list" first and usually if you keep looking the same product will pop uo a couple times for cheaper. MY daughter and I have a blast with this site. Its like Christmas. We both love getting mail and love shopping and comparing our "Wishlists" It IS ADDICTING. I am warning you now.

I ordered a charger for 7$ expecting maybe 3-4 business days come to find out it would be 2 months... huge regret ordering such a waste of my money. If i wanted a charger in 2 months id go to the store in 2 months

Seriously i kept having calls from China asking me if i asked for a loan of $10,000. Every single day I'd get calls asking the same thing. The products are sometimes good but omg don't trust this site ever!

I ordered my "free" gift which by the way is NOT free. You have to pay for shipping. Anyways they say you get it in two weeks, I'm still waiting and it's been 5 to 6 weeks. So right there are two lies. I DO NOT recommend this app to anyone who does not like to be tricked. I would give it stars in the negative numbers however sadly they do not exist.

Excellent Customer Service

I decided to try out this app/website after reading some reviews of it. Most of the reviews were negative, claiming that the items took far too long to arrive. Most of the items do come from China, and most of them cost $1-$3. If you expect to get an item that inexpensive without a little compromise, you're a fool.

I have made several purchases on Wish, and I've been extremely satisfied with each of them. I carefully read reviews, and I purchased only items that were "Wish Verified" (items that have been carefully inspected by Wish for premium quality.)

The items arrived separately and took between two and three weeks to arrive. Obviously, none of these products are real gemstones or name brands, but they are convincing imitations.

Customer service is fantastic. I ordered a ring that arrived three sizes smaller than I had ordered. I contacted Wish and included a photo of the defective item, and they issued a full refund (+shipping) within 24 hours. They said to keep the item and not worry about sending it back.

I have only ordered jewelry and makeup products on Wish, and they've all been fantastic. Be sure to read customer reviews and look at customer photos before ordering.

I've been using Wish for over a year now, and I personally have never had an issue with any of the items I have received. ALL of the clothes I ordered fit perfectly because I measure myself and go strictly on what people in the reviews say PLUS the sizing chart they provide (the merchant, not the Wish app) and I always know beforehand what parts I may need to take in or alter.

The only problem I ever had was a pair of earrings that I didn't receive (which I found out wasn't Wish's fault because there was a lady at the front desk where I stayed at the time stealing our mail) but Wish still refunded me happily, and they respond when you submit a ticket. At least in my experience they do.

This app and website isn't all just one huge store. This is similar to ebay with lots of different "mini stores" that all sell their own items. There are some people who really hate Wish's service and who are upset with people like me for not hating it with them, and I am very sorry that they had negative experiences. That's just how things are sometimes. Just like with ebay and amazon and other "trusted" sites, scammers can hide everywhere, even on Wish. But just research your items if you don't know about them like you'd do anywhere else and for the most part you will be okay^_^

DANGER AVOID PLAGUE

Your item will take forever to arrive and wont be the item you ordered. Also alot of the items they offer don't even EXSIST! (1TB flash drive YEA RIGHT)

Avoid China online businesses like you would the plague.

I ordered a bluetooth watch at the end of August through the mobile website, order went through OK but I didn't receive an email confirmation. Ok, I thought, I'll just log into my account and check the order. Nope. No orders appeared under my account.

So, I then proceed to raise a ticket with their customer services to get a copy of the order confirmation, since perhaps the email was mistyped when the order was placed (possible, although who knows?).

CONSTANT email string asking for the same repeated information. Clearly nobody is reading the email dialogue, different people responding every single time and asking me for the information from the email confirmation WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I AM CONTACTING THEM FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE. Would call them, but I'm not paying £2 a minute to call their premium rate number.

Short story - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (OR GEEK.WISH.COM). IT'S TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE - YOU'RE JUST WASTING YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME.

Update 19.09.2016
So, my bluetooth watch finally arrived in the post. In terms of the product quality, it seems good. I'm just letting it charge up then I'll have a play with the watch itself. Instruction manual was in Chinese and English, although the English does seem to be partly google translated, but I was still able to piece together the meaning.
Overall, seems like a good deal based on the quality of the item. Will just have to see how it stands up when I start properly using it.

In terms of the customer service, they were eventually able to get to the bottom of the query, but that was after 20 emails back and forth to get to the bottom of the (very simple) issue.

So, I've increased my review to a 3* based on the product coming through and not scamming me out of that. However, I would still advise avoiding their customer service team like the plague.
