WISH will send you items that you never ordered, they will process and ship items you only looked at and not ordered, then they will still ship items even after they canceled the item for you... and they ship it priority mail.

So now i have 4 items i NEVER ordered and they want me to pay shipping to send it back to them.

GRRRRRRRRRRR!

Not a scam

I waited over a month for my item to arrive, only to see the shipping date keep getting extended. I contacted customer support. They replied within one hour with knowledge of the order. They offered to refund my money and let me keep the item if it arrives since it has "already shipped." From my initial email to my refund... less than 3 hours. So, if you're willing to possibly not get your item, but know that you should be getting refunded if you don't, it's worth a try.

I learned my lesson

Found Wish online a few months ago, and thought that I would see what items they had. I was interested in several rings, and decided to order three rings as a gift for my mother-in-law, it took over a month for the items to arrive, and needless to say, two of the rings did not look like the picture. When I order these rings, I also order a ring for myself, waited and check each day on the status of the shipping, when the time pasted for the ring to be delivered, the shipping date was moved up by a month, I still have not gotten my ring as of the date of writing this review, very disappointed, as this was an anniversary gift from my husband. I finally received a refund on this item, and was told "if the ring comes you can keep it as a gift from us". This company needs to check their sellers, and their items and then if the seller does not send the merchandise out, then delete the seller from not being able to sell any more items, but in reality I know that this is not going to happen, I will not be purchasing anymore items from this company, " As it is said, buyer beware".

I ordered 5 necklaces for my grand daughters and with an after thought, I ordered one more for myself. I immediately asked them if they could combine the two orders and they replied no not at this time. I received an email that they had processed, and then another that they had shipped along with a tracking number. Upon trying to track, this is when I realized that it was coming from Malaysia... WHAT? Ok, fast forward. They/it never showed up. I emailed to see where my package/s was and today I received an email from Glenn, saying "Thank you for writing back to Wish Customer Service and I'm glad to hear from you again.

I understand that you want to know the status of your orders. Upon checking, It shows that your local post office has attempted to deliver your parcel but didn't reach you. With that, I can recommend to please check with your local post office to see if they can re-send your parcel or pick it up there." EXCUSE ME!?!? I informed GLENN that I live in a small community where everyone knows everyone and that this was absolutely not possible, and further stating that if this issue was not resolved to my satisfaction that I not only would NEVER do business with this company again that I also would be writing a review of my experience with them. Well guess what! This evening I checked my email and there were 2 emails from WISH stating that they were refunding my money and 2 emails from PayPal confirming the refunds! Well this tells me that Mr. GLENN flat out LIED TO ME! NEVER, EVER, EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered bridal pins off wish it was supposed to be here oct3_oct6 haven't received my item and I can't contact support about it because it doesn't give me the option to say I never received it! What the hell is going on I have ordered more items to now I'm wondering if I'm going to have the same problem?

Mixed Reaction

I have had some bad experiences and some good with this site. I ordered a shirt in 5x and it showed up, it was 4x and too tight in the chest area. I wrote to the vendor and they refunded my money AND let me keep the shirt. However, I have also gotten junky stuff that when I complained, received no response. And gotten some stuff that was actually good. So it's definitely a crap shoot. I would not buy clothes from them because of the size discrepancies and items not being as pictured. I definitely would not buy anything that was more than a couple bucks.

I ordered 5 items 6-7 weeks ago. Each one shipped separatly. The arrival date was pushed back on every single item. NOTHING EVER ARRIVED! Ever! The inly good thing - they refund w/o question. What a waste of time though. I don't know how they stay in business. Never shopping here again!

My partner ordered 2 shirts. I showed up and looked like a toddler would wear it and the other NEVER SHOWED UP! This was 9 months ago...

WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!

This company has made me livid since day one. For starters l, I spent 70.00 in July and it is not october. I have yet to receive one of the 17 items i ordered. No tracking numbers are involved. No real person from support emails you back. They are all bull$#*! automated responses that don't help. Also, when I ask about my order I get an email saying it has been refunded. 1, I didn't want a refund... I WANT MY STUFF I ORDERED. 2, my bank account shows no track of it being refunded back to the account. Would not recommend to ANYONE

I bought a necklace that I have no tracking # for. They said my card was not charged and that my payment was declined. That is a lie it showed up on my statement as taken out. I never received my refund as promised and no necklace. Needless to say I will NEVER buy from these people again!

I ordered a necklace, the 17 september, they said it will come before 27 october so i think ok. After some time passed, they stopped giving me updates on the item(its location tracking system). So i ask support for an update. Then out of nowhere: "we have refunded your item. Thanks for shopping at wish". So i ask them about this refund *, and they said that i cant have the item, and that they are "sorry". * wish, i waited like 5 weeks, just to have this * thrown at me. *

Received the last of my orders from WISH.COM best part of it is I just deleted there app I won't be doing business with them ever. They mis represent themselfs. The quality is poor you order a 2XL and receive child sizes paper thin. Could of did better at DOLLAR TREE!

Stolen photos for products

I was browsing Wish to see what it was, and I found my photos from my Etsy store advertising the mermaid tail blankets. I sent an email to customer support and the response I got was basically that they can use any picture they want to and that the picture was theirs. I then sent them a link to my store with my photos that still had the watermark, you can see in wish photos that my watermark has been blurred out. I suggest anyone double check pictures as well as making sure they aren't scamming you.

I have bought over 25 things from Wish. You really have to pay attention to the reviews, the amount of people buying the product, size charts, and what the reviews say the size runs. There have been a few things I bought that the clothing item did not fit, and I just took that as a loss on my part. Not worth sending back. There have been many things that I found for VERY cheap and are actually pretty expensive (example: matte lipstick! Found in stores for $20 and got it for $2 on Wish)

I usually only buy things that have actual customer photos with the stock photo. There are a lot of products that they use a different stock photo than what you're actually buying (example, sunglasses, It's happened to me.) Those photos can show you what you're actually buying because sometimes the fabric is different than what they show for the stock image.

Just be aware that these items are coming from overseas, you're paying a very small amount for them, and just pay attention to what you're buying. The shipping WILL take weeks. The fastest I got something was about 13 days.
