Rip-Off

I ordered something by mistake and within 3 minutes cancel the order the money $187.56 was taken out of my bank account 4 days later. I have sent email after email I have sent copies of the bank statements showing that the money was deducted and they still say that they put the money back in my account. I have spoken with my bank and sent them the bank statements and I still cannot get my money back. Do not order from this company all they do is ask you to jump through hoops and when you do everything they tell you to do they still will not fulfill their responsibilities.

I have never ordered anything over a few pounds and never clothes, I have always received my orders within 4 to 5 weeks, I also receive an email asking me if I have received my item or if I want a refund. The only thing I wasn't happy with was some shelves which were very small and I was given a full refund no problem.

SCAM DON'T DO IT

I ordered merchandise from this company and the order was never filled completely, no way to speak with anyone other than through emails and that's a joke. Merchandise is broken, no refunds and no new shipment. This company is a complete joke, do not waste you time or money. This company should have their doors closed and sued to return all money owed to their customers for damaged or non shipped orders.

It seemed a great website for cheap items and I don't even mind the long wait. However I have bought items that just haven't turned up even after the month wait. The product I'm buying will have been deleted from the website. Yes they will refund the money quickly but I just want my items! Stressful, waste of time and money.

I ordered a case for my phone, which was near impossible to find in a retail store due to my phone being pre-paid. Finding the product was simple. Ordering was simple. The site gave me step-by-step notifications for each stage of process my order was in. Charge came off of my bank card almost immediately. I received my order 9 days earlier than scheduled and I am very happy and very satisfied with the services and promptness of wish.com. Is recommend them to a friend in a heartbeat! Thanks, wish!

It's Hit or Miss...

I ordered 10 items September 24,2016 and as of right now (October 30,2016) I have only received 5 of them. The quality is good on some items and really bad on others. Order at your own risk, it's hit or miss as to whether you will get what you ordered.

I received nothing but poor quality, counterfeit items,... typical of China, GAS MONKEY fake items!, all clothing is cheap & poorly made, probably in sweat shops!, every item of clothing is tiny, made for Asian people, just a crap Web site & should be removed from the UK Market.

If you want extremely cheap crap and can wait 6 or more weeks for it... Then this is the site for you... Out of 8 items ordered over a few weeks time... 2 months later I only received 6 very cheap imitations... The other 2 I had to request a refund because I never got em. And I have to wait 7 days for that... Use at your own peril.

I paid $160+ on clothing on august and It still hasn't arrived. Right now its October 28th. I checked the orders and it said refunded but there was no money. I was sent an email saying my money would be refunded and its been 2 months now and I haven't gotten my money back.

I ordered some tattoo needles because that's what I do for a living that was Sept. 22. I receive an email saying it will arrive by Oct. 18 no tracking info then after the 18th I get an email saying the 25th... still nothing, now I'm waiting and keeping my fingers crossed on a refund. I will never buy through them and I warn others about them being a scam. What a waste of time.

I ordered several items from Wish on October 19,2016 and was advised that this item would arrive by November 18,2016! I wasn't too excited about the length of time in receiving the item but wanted to see how the product would turn out since it looked nice online and the price was definitely appeasing to the eye! I would like to start out by saying that don't like that the Wish app doesn't allow you to apply discount codes to your items. I had a code that would provide me with free shipping if my items totaled $60 or more but when it was time to purchase no such discount box appeared and customer service was of no assistance. However, the item arrived tonight, well before the arrival date so that made me happy. I am attaching a picture of the item purchased and the way it looked when I ordered it. The material is a texture like cotton but I can tell that it's cheaper but you get what you pay for and it only cost $10 for the sweater hoodie! I purchased this item for my girlfriend and she normally wears a Small in USA sizes but because I read the reviews I was advised that in some items to get a bigger size so I ordered and XL in the USA size and it fits perfectly! I'm not too crazy about the way the strings are positioned on the hoodie for tightening but that's a minor detail for the overall hoodie!

On the 1st of October I placed an order with Wish for a micro SD card which I knew was coming from china but for the $3.99 I was paying I couldn't pass up.
They sent me tracking info which I have been checking daily. Suddenly, the tracking STOPS on the 17th with no more updates (today is the 27th).
When I contacted them they sent me a link to the same tracking info I already have. Then they told me the item is still in China but will be delivered by the 29th!? According to what I see on the tracking the plane from China arrived in the U. S on the 17th so basically they have no clue what they are talking about.
I most certainly will NOT be shopping with Wish ever again. On a side note, I ordered something else from a site in China on the same day and after reading reviews of that company fully expected to never get my order but guess what? -It showed up over a week ago.

I ordered 35 days ago and still haven't received item! And the shipping charge is way to high if your not getting item in reasonable time like eBay and Amazon do. They back up thier reputations.

Ordered apart from them Sept. 10. They stated up to 30 day delivery time. Webpage confirmation changed delivery time to 10-15-2016. (35 days later!) Didn't receive item.
They sent message saying sorry, we refunded your money and you can keep the item, when it is delivered on 10-25-2016!
Did NOT receive refund, and did NOT receive parts on 10-25-2016.
I am reporting this company for FRAUD to the authorities!
