I wish I had read reviews before buying. Site said nothing about product shipping from China. Took almost 2 months to get here. I ordered 3 products for the kitchen. None of them work as they should. Sealer doesn't seal, 5 blade scissor doesn't cut. Blades are too close together. Lastly the Rotary Multi-function peeler will only take chunks so small they are useless. All items are pure garbage. The worst $39 I've ever spent. Nothing about my purchase deserves even 1 star.
Only received about half my items I ordered. They would change delivery dayes all the time. Everything was a cheap dupe.
I have been oredering from WISH for 2 years now and have never regretted buying from them. Reason being that the item is cheap, however not all the time is good item (only some item were encountered not as described).
Once I encountered any flawed item, i would write to Customer service and they would reply me INSTANTLY, EVERYTIME. WISH always puts customer at the forefront without any excuses.
For me, WISH have surpass some online shop with their positive response and customer welfare FIRST.
I made the mistake of ordering 3 things from Wish, because the prices were so attractive. But I learned my lesson... this is cheap crap from China, nothing more. And the chances of your items looking like they did online are not high... of the 3 items, only one is even remotely wearable, and it's still not what I thought I was ordering. The other two went straight to the trash, they're completely unwearable. In all cases, the fabric was much cheaper and flimsier than what was shown online or described. And the fit is very, very iffy. One sweater has arms that are so tiny (even though the body fits) that I can't even put it on. One shirt was supposed to be a tunic, and it barely comes to my waist; it's such shiny, fake material that it's really ugly, and the colors are nothing like online. Buyer beware, and save your money!
I ordered alot of stuff recently from Wish. Most of my stuff is late being delivered. And they lie on their prices. It would say one price then when you go to purchase it the price is higher then what it's advertised for. Very disappointed.
Ordered two blouses that showed up as one order. Neither fit so I wanted to return them. What an F'd up process for returning stuff. Took several attempts to get the job done and they just decided to not respond to two of my messages. When I finally got the refund they only refunded me for one blouse. Made 2 attempts to "message " them asking about the remainder of my money and they never responded, again. There is no phone number and no real customer service. This place will rip you off. Thank goodness I'm not out a lot of money but I will never purchase from them again and I will never recommend them either. Going to write the same review on the app site. I'm usually diligent about reading reviews on products before I make a purchase. I will begin to do the same for distributors. If I had seen some of these reviews before making my purchase I would have never ordered through them.
Was going to order snow boots for myself and mom for listed price of $5 per pair. When I went to checkout, they were $18 per pair. Sounds like a scam bait and switch overseas company. I won't be ordering from them. If it sounds to good to be true it usually is!
Im having awfull trouble with placing my order everytime i enter my bank details it says to check my billing address! But my billing add is correct i never have this problem wen ordering from any other places and i shop online alot its driving me nuts bcoz me and my boyfriend spent about two hours picking out stuff for xmas gifts he hates xmas and he thought he got away with having to come shopping every weekend between now and xmas bcoz I LUV XMAS lol so hes not impressed that our order hasnt went through we will keep trying and see will it accept our order any advice would be greatly appreciated! We are waiting for a reply to our comment from the contact us form bcoz we cant find an actual email address does any one know an email add for customer support?
There is a reason this company just had a big writeup on yahoo and other news sites showing that they've made over 3 billion dollars in the last 3 or 4 years. They take upwards of 2 or 3 days to reply to an email (There is NO excuse for this) and when they do, they make it nearly impossible to get a refund, so I'm assuming most people just give up and they lose their money as wish.com owners laugh all the way to the bank. Products are junk, never as described, and can often be found on other sites for cheaper, even amazon. If you are gullible enough to believe that ANY of their "retail" prices are honest, you deserve to be scammed. I have seen watches that show they retail for $400.00 that you can buy most places for 23.95, full price, not on sale or clearance.
Would highly recommend you stay away from this junk.
The quality of the material is CHEAP. They advertise an item and send you a FAKE Imitation. You can not return or refund. No one to contact. Do not waste your money and time!

I was super skeptical when I first started using the wish app, so I ordered only a few things then when they weren't showing up I began to get worried, but they eventually showed up!, they are coming from China that's why they take a while lol I have only had a few problems and wish has either corrected my order or refunded me my money. I love wish I use it all the time. When ordering clothes I suggest ordering 2 sizes larger than what you buy in the store. It is my go to for clothes, phone accessories pretty much everything. As far as quality it is hit and miss ha i've gotten anything from Victoria secret to some random Chinese brand that i've never heard of, but i am usually always happy with my orders. The shipping is not always updated for example I may have received my order, but online it says its almost there or on its way. But for real I love it haha
For a company no contact number number or chat or email. We are looking at a company that probably based somewhere in mt. Everest. I bought one item from them according to the scale it almost there. I don't think ill be buying from here again.
The jacket I bought looked nothing like the picture and was really cheap quality, like plastic.It was a totally different colour and didn't fit anyway. I received no paperwork with the order and no returns label or information about how to return. I am now going back and forth on an awkward message system online to try and understand what to do and why do I have to pay the return? I don't know why I got caught here I never normally order clothes online - avoid.
Got 30% of the items so far I have ordered and the rest are missing. Refunded only another 30%. And the rest is in their pockets.do not waste your money for wish.
The worst company to work with. They give you a free first gift so I picked one of the watches on the list and they refunded my $1 in shipping saying they couldn't fill my order because they were back ordered. So I was like ok big deal. Then I couldn't get them to even process one order. I've sent pictures of my ID and card to prove it is me and all for nothing. I have tried to contact the company at least a dozen times and they constantly send back form emails and have no phone number. I have a good feeling they are a huge fraud company. I think I'm going to cut and move on. Stick with Amazon. Remember the old saying if it seems to be to good to be true it probably is?
I have been a wish customer for a couple of years... yes shipping takes a long time but there is a date that the items will ship before... yes the sizes run small, but there are sizing charts that work wonderfully. In all my time as a customer I have had 2 items that werent up to standard and I was refunded on both within 5 days. It is my absolute favorite shopping site!
I have 3 kids and I am always ordering items online. My 8 year old son loves Pokemon, he wanted to use his own money to buy Pokemon cards. He found wish.com and showed me how amazing the deals are. I was skeptical, it just looked like a scam site. I registered and ordered $19.95 in Pokemon cards. My credit card was charged the day after the order. That was on October 5th. It is now November 14th and nothing has arrived. I have never received a confirmation email that my order was received and have no shipping or tracking information. I have sent 5 emails to their pathetic customer "no help" department. You cannot call them and talk with a person. Their email team does not read my gripes. It is a total bunch of crap. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY trying to buy from this company.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
