Items tend to be SMALLER than they appear in the pictures so make sure you read the reviews regarding size (jewelry, wall decals, stuffed animals, etc). Clothing is treacherous, as their sizing is way different from that in the USA. Be sure to again read the reviews for recommendations on how many sizes UP to order. Also, items with long sleeves have VERY THIN ARMS! Very tight & extra long! With these things in mind, shopping can otherwise be fun & inexpensive! You must have patience for the shipping.
EVERYTHING I ordered was crap! I'm a size 7 and ordered something that was 2X just to make sure it would fit & I couldn't even zip it up! They will send you any color but the color you ordered & who's going to pay shipping back to CHINA? Too good to be true!
I have been reading all the reviews and looks like everybody is complaining about one thing or another. I placed my order on sept but I haven't received it. Its not a car just a small little thing that can be put on a box and might weight about 500grams not hard to send. I wonder how many people this site has scammed.
You see items they price for £300 and reduced to £30 - you might think amazing deal. Just take the item name and google it. You will see the STANDARD price is probable cheaper than their so called great deals.
Really not worth shopping from them. Use a bit of sense and check before you buy.
I ordered 7 items and only 2 are keepable and one of those is questionable... however that really isn't the issue. Items I ordered do not fit or are not as they were presented on the site and I have tried to return these items and don't even get a reply to my return request. I just received the two item I had ordered. They are of a very poor quality.(they look like halloween custom). No details. Hate them. Will not ware them. And will not shop at Wish ever again.
The pictures they have on products are pictures they take from other websites and the products are not the same material as what is shown. Very disappointed in the clothing I ordered.

So... I ordered about 40 things from this site all in one night couple of things have arrived and I thought I would follow up on when the rest were due to find that they have cancelled and refunded about 35 of the items saying they are not available. What a load of rubbish! Why list them on there if they're not available... what a waste of valuable time and now I have to go and find alternate Christmas presents. Not even an email to advise me of this! I had to go looking. Terrible...
WORST. App is fine but experience is awful. Christmas presents not arriving in time because they cancelled my order with no communication or notification. Because it was a big order and they want to verify my identity - which is fine, but they didn't tell me AND CANCELLED the order. I only found out because the system alerted me when I went to buy something else! And then the system wouldn't allow me to provide the information it was asking for anyway! Contacted them but they don't care. STICK WITH EBAY!
I leveraged Wish.com, skeptically, for my son's birthday party as we needed a bunch of items that would cost a fortune on Amazon and they came through for me. We even went through the effort to line-up a back-up ordering plan if the site was not legitimate. In the end, the purchased items were delivered about 2 weeks earlier than expected and the quality was exceptional. Further, I had some questions that were immediately answered by the Support staff. All I can say is that I am very pleased with them.
Can anyone please help me - how do I contact these people or report them? They said they refunded my full order (10 items) due to not in stock - 3 weeks and still no refund then say my acct is blocked and send them my id credit card and bank statement... um wth for? Please help me get thru if anyone knows how
I order from it's sister site Mama and I would say I'm happy about 70% of the time. If course it takes a while to get the items as they are coming straight from China. Also, 90% are smaller than you'd expect so male sure you read other people's reviews before you order, also the description tab that should list dimensions! I think this is the biggest issue. If you live in the US and has a Dollar Store or similar close by visit that first because that's still a better deal! Quality ranges generally from less than standard to a western customer to "okay", but sometimes you can get pleasantly suprised.
The only problem is that customs hold all overseas products for up to two weeks so be prepared for a wait. This is common with all international purchases. Well worth the wait for the rock-bottom prices.
Ordered a hatchimal on the 18th. Received notification today that order was refunded re my request. I didn't request it to be cancelled. Never again
I admit I wasn't sure at first but I now have most of my xmas pressies from wish I haven't had any problems with the items or with the staff they r helpful n i will continue to buy from wish
I purchase 9 things from wish.com I only received one of them you will be given a tracking number to track your order for example it may say your order will we deliver on November 25th on the 25th to go to the mailbox and look for it and it's not there you check your tracking and all the sudden your delivery date change it takes a long time for you to receive your item there is no customer service representative that you can talk to over the phone you have to go on the app and email them yes it is cheap and yes they do have nice things but most of the things that they are advertising you never will receive this is a very bad company to buy from first thing if you guys don't want to lose money and never receive your item don't order from them if still order from them after reading my review I'm sorry for you
I'm very wary about buying from online stores and sites based in China but this was one of the best I've came across. Most items I've bought has been of decent quality as well as cheap and customer service has been much better than Amazon or Ebay ever has. I've had friends tell me that they don't like this site or had problems with it but I never had the issues they had. I've been using this site for almost a year now and can say I'm addicted to it.

Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
