They have these shirts for really cheap that are supposed to be ivory Ella brand. I know people that have ordered it and it ended up being paper thin and the neckline of it was giant. Also it pulled so easily it was obviously FAKE. Definitely order it off the official ivory Ella website and NOT HERE.
I have nothing good to say about this company. Shipping is expensive. I ordered a bunch of items and within a month have only received two. And those both went in the trash because of quality.
I ordered from the Wish app for the first time last month, it tells you the timeframe to expect the items, most of the items are coming from China, so yes, it is going to take awhile, if you order from them, you should expect it, the items I ordered that I have received so far, came a couple weeks early, but don't assume that will always be the case. Some of the items aren't the highest quality, but if you are paying a $1 for an item, surely you don't think you are getting Gucci items. So far I am pleased with the app.

They put a price of let's say $1.87 for an item- then you click on it to buy it and the price says $5.00... this isn't just on an item or two- it happened MANY times. The descriptions of items are in broken English- the character items for kids are made of some strange materials. The whole thing is sketchy and too good to be true. Don't get me wrong- it's a fun idea which is what hooks you but it's a total waste. Resist temptation and go to Amazon and pay a little more. At least you know what you're getting, they will respond to you if there's a problem and if you need a return you will actually get your money... can't say the same when dealing with wish. Lesson learned- never again.

I ordered 2 items on 11/14/2016 and thought I would at least get them in a say two weeks but NO! My ETA is on 12/14/2016 - (Just praying that i get them though).
I never read reviews on this sight before I placed the order, like I wouldnt have. What surprices me most is the way management of this sight have given death ears to all the nagative reviews. Smh

Do not order from site I placed a order on 10 November have not received item. Paypal is now chasing them so then I can get my refund.

I haven't had issues so far with wish. You all have to remember. Don't order something you need soon. If you order from wish EXPECT to give at LEAST 3 weeks for shipping. Its coming from CHINA... so yes its going to take a while. Its not like ebay or amazon. And you still have problems with those sites. I mean think you getting something for DIRT cheap. Remember. You get what you pay for. This website is for people who don't have a lot of money to spend on items & get what you want for a discounted price. Just keep that in mind. I like wish for the most part I just order a TON of stuff last night so we shall see how it works I have ordered a bracelet and scarf before. Granted the scarf was very cheap material but hey I paid $1.50 for it!

I have ordered many things from this site, before I actual recieve them. Once I started to recieve them, I stopped ordering from wish.com. Put off about 10 clothing items only 2 are something I can wear. 1 actually looks like a Halloween costume. The Gadgets on the other hand ate not so bad. So far they all work. The shipping time is ridiculous, nothing I ordered came before a month.
Here's the thing they advertise an item that's very cheap plus shipping and give you time limited discounts. Of course! I was tempted plus that time limit discount double temptation! But because of that time limit BS i had to pay twice (BECAUSE THE TIME LIMIT DISCOUNT RAN OUT AND THE PRICE HAD CHANGE) AND that first order wasn't recorded.(BUT THEY TOOK MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT) and i contacted costumer service and asked for a refund. It happened in july and until now i haven't received my refund! HERE'S PROOF!
I have ordered a piece of furniture. After one week I have received an information that my order is delayed due to high volume of order's. I know that manufacturer have discontinued this range of furniture therefore I have requested to cancel this order. For almost 2 weeks my emails have been ignored. I have warned Homewish about consequences if I will not get my money back immediately. After 6 weeks I have finally refund. No apologies, no one even bothered to answer. I am buying lots of things via Internet but I will never ever consider this site again. Please stay away.
No one reads the emails. The have pre-set statements and just push a button. I have 26 emails going back and forth were they haven't even read what the problem is. Calling them is a joke, the phone just rings endlessly. I will never order from wish or house again. Worst services ever
This service is totally unreliable and ridiculous amounts of time for shipping orders. They advertise items that are not available and you do not realize this until they do not arrive after a month and you contact them as to what happened to your order. If you tell them you did not receive your order or you received wrong item but still want the item they will require a picture of wrong item and then ONLY, issue a refund and ignore your request for correct item. Then if you still want item you have to re-order item and wait another 4-6 weeks to find out if you will receive what you ordered. Stay away from this site especially if you want it in a reasonable amount of time and the correct item.

As always when buying from an app that imports from China i see alot of comments about clothes bot fitting always read the sizing chart as theit sizes are different then ours ice purchases many things in wish and other China import sires and yes some stuff is crap that's what youre paying for but they have alot of good items as well the close we buy in North america us almost all made in China or other places
If you read the sizing properly yoy will love buying on wish and the jewelry is great prices too I suggest staying away from make up ot anything that you ingest because the laws there arw different then here
I brought an item on wish.com and they took the money out of my acc but I tried to look at the recent bank history and it didnt say that I had made a transaction, dont know what to think or even if im going to get that item! Wtf?
I have been ordering products for months and I have been satisfied with 95% with items and items received. Their customer service is very good. I have always got a refund if I didn't receive the item. I even get to keep the item when it finally arrives. Stop complaining guys! Remember you get what you pay for. Don't trash them for you ONE bad experience.

They are not know for fast shipping, but what do you expect when a majority of the items are coming from over seas and have to go through customs? But I had to request a refund on 1 item due to it not being what I thought I ordered, no issue at all. I had my email the very next day saying it was back in my PayPal. Today Wish app sent me 2 notifications for 2 items I have not received yet and it told me to contact costumer service. I did and they are refunding me my money for BOTH items, and I am to keep the items when they do come for my trouble. Wish is trying to be a good company, it's just the businesaes who sell on Wish are the ones NOT doing a good job in getting items out. Wish themselves should set up some kind of penalty for the sellers when that happens. But fyi a little Google, and Wish itself is ran out of California.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
