I bought quite a few items from this site. 10 clothing items all but 2 run 6 times smaller. I wear a medium i ordered 3xl and they were all skin tight. They make it hard to return anything. WARNING EVERY ITEM COMES FROM CHINA. If i knew that i would not have ordered from them. Also i odered my items beginning of Nov. They said would ship by xmas. I won't get some things till Jan. 2017 Wtf. Do not buy anything from this rip off site.
Shortly after ordering from Wish, my credit card started being used for purchases around the country. Thankfully I caught it before too many fraudulent charges occurred.

Christmas gifts that won't be!!!
Well even though Wish is a bit inexpensive, the things are of pretty good quality. This brings me to the 3 stars. You have a 50-50 shot of getting your items, usually only the orders with tracking will arrive, very late but the do areive. All though quality is pretty good and price is right. It's another thing if you get it.

Some things ordered was nice but some things not so nice. Sizes of clothing run way to small. I ordered some out door lights the pic looked way different than when we got them 1 came in don't know where the other 2 are they done got money
I've never even been able to purchase anything through Wish, neither through the app nor Wish.com. I created an account, browsed a little, and when I found something I wanted to order, the app informed me that Wish needed more information. They requested I send a picture of my credit card and/or card statement. Whether or not I should have, I complied. When I emailed Wish customer service to ask why I was still blocked, they were supremely unhelpful and pointed me to their Terms of Service, but didn't tell me what I had done wrong. Now I'm short a Christmas present and a bit ticked off, but whatever. If others have had okay experiences with them, that's great, but generally you get what you pay for in life...
I ordered a product for Christmas for my son, when I checked out I received a confirmation email with a delivery date of december 10-13. The window came and went. When I checked the status it had been changed to January 6. They could not resolve this issue because the product was in transit but still wouldn't be delivered til January 6 and would not explain the why the delivery date had changed. I have asked for a refund and to cancel my order

I ordered two products, and expected a long wait for delivery. Both estimated delivery dates passed, and nothing. I contacted Customer Service, and was refunded promptly the same day. I was told to keep the product at their expense if/when it arrived. That's fair.
Ordered Christmas gift December 9th. It was supposed to arrive between the 14-16. That didn't happen and they changed arrival date to 23rd of December. During all this time they had a UPS tracking number but no product was ever delivered to UPS. Then today 3 days before Christmas they have refund on information. So basically this company takes orders on the basis of it being a 50/50 deal if they'll ever get you the product. You can't talk to anyone because of no phone# so your stuck using their crappy website. I wish I had read these reviews before trying to do business with them. STAY AWAY!

I've bought 15 items from Wish. Two swimsuits, which took at least 2 months to arrive, but were absolutely impressive quality, nice material and well-lined. I was shocked. I was hoping for "ok" and ended up with "perfect!" I got a knockoff Creaclip, kitty cat purse, nail decals, 2 anime figurines, a men's hat, an insect screen, black henna, a menstrual cup, a kids' necklace (charm on a cord). The only things that didn't work were clothing items. One size fits all nightie/lingerie was not as pictured and was for sure XS. One size fits all leggings-- XS. Fit my teen daughter perfectly, though, just not me. Kitty cat panties, thin and cheaply made. "Small" light-up dog collar wasn't small. It did light up, though, would've been fun for a larger dog. I should have paid more attention to the reviews on the collars. But hey, it was $1.
If you read the reviews, you can usually get a good feeling about what is "as pictured" and what is a waste of money. Or just know what to expect. The Cat purse, for example. I love it. My daughter loves it. However, in the product photo it looks really big. The reviews told me it was smaller than pictured, which was fine with me. Today I saw a pretty wig for $5. Reviews said it's a piece of garbage. Did not buy wig.
I also make purchases knowing full well that it could take months. If you want a swimsuit for summer, order it now. It might not take months, but it definitely could.
It's no good I was getting these shoes there late it says probably going to come in 34 days wth I mean this is the worst I only trust Amazon for now on it might be more expensive but better Srry if this to hard but it's the truth I asked for a refund
Have ordered several times. Items always late, ETA changes several times. Quality of clothes very poor. They quit responding to my refund requests and I still haven't received the item after several weeks.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
