I truly have ordered a lot of stuff from wish.com. I really find their stuff good quality and very interesting. I love the jewelry and I love the stuff I bought for my bedroom mosquito Nest bedding exedra. I have had a lot of fun ordering. Yes it does take a while sometimes for items to arrive and that's a little disappointing though once I get them they're almost always worth the wait.
These products come from China. It takes a while for things to arrive. However, I have received a lot of items that I have been very pleased with. I have never ordered any actual clothing though based on past experiences with other Chinese companies/sites. I'm skeptical that the clothing will be cheap, shotty representations of what you think you are ordering, as well as being too small. That is the typical China clothing experince. But the other items, the things I have actually ordered, have been good. Such as earrings, necklaces, rings, watches, knit gloves, cell phone case, USB wall charger and car chargers, wireless bloothtooth ear bud, crocheted boot cuffs, hairdresser scissors, and a super fun remote-controlled color-changing light bulb.
I ordered a 3D pen £55 I got a refund which was good of them but it worked the once and doesn't work anymore I have just ordered another £70 I hope this price is right and I hope it works all the time how do you know if you have been done
Just by looking at anything on this site you open yourself up to an incredible amount of advertising on not only that item but also a lot of stuff you may not even want to see. Warning... expect lots of strange new email.
I ordered in nov assured to have before xmas. After 4 weeks never received tracking wrote company they gave me a tracking number through usps says it was delivered never was, post office has no record either. Wrote to them and they said they will re ship and use different carrier and will get before xmas, still nothing and no response to emails I sent affair... have to now contact my credit card to see if I can get money back... DO NO ORDER FROM THEM
EVERY $#*!ING TIME I use it on Safari it tells me to log in then kicks me out and i have to log in every $#*!ing 2 seconds. The $#*! on there sucks anyway even without the $#*!ed $#*! glitch
I love Wish I get all of my jewelry from them it's is beautiful also shoes and some tops You just have to follow the size charts and read the reviews on the item you want I will continue to ship on Wish
I ordered two identical items end of November to have by Christmas. Once I got the confirmation email telling me it would be, at least four weeks, I attempted to cancel the order via email. The response I got was that I could not cancel as the items were with the courier! Well, it's been over 4 weeks and I cannot track this order. My credit card company refunded my money, thank goodness.
The only thing I wish is that i would have read the reviews before giving this company a chance. I'm sure I won't even need the coat I ordered by the time it arrives... if it ever does.
I ordered something in november and they assured me i'd get it for christmas. I even wrote to them a few days before christmas to make sure and they assured me i'd get it then. I live in the south and had it shipped to my parents address in pittsburgh because both of my brothers and their family were going to be there for the holidays. Today i check my account and they changed the delivery date to january something and my family wont be there to get it. You can't reach them by phone no matter how many times you press zero. They suck!
Wish won't accept my visa debit card even though I've tried so many times but still no luck. Money was in the bank to meet the payment so I don't understand what is wrong. It kept coming back to me that there was an error with my address and didn't correspond with my card. I have all my details exactly the same as what's on my card and bank statements. I have double and triple checked everything. Anyone have this problem?

Ordered item in mid November and expected by mid December. Tracking shows it was ship, opened by customs in China and closed by customs in China and being shipped. That was 9 days after placing order. No updates since. Total scam that takes money and runs with it by the time you are supposed to receive the item. Would NEVER recommend in a million years to anyone. If it sounds too good to be true it usually is. Horrible site and doesn't deserve this one star
Items arrived late, damaged, nothing like what the picture looks like, no instructions with many of the items, junky, cheap and sizes are way smaller than US sizes. No more ordering from them!
I will never use this website again. They had over three half weeks to deliver my packages in time for Christmas and I will not receive my packages until after January 4th that is over 35 days to ship a package. That is absolutely ridiculous.
I ordered 8 items for Christmas in NOVEMBER! It's Christmas and my items are still NOT here. Luckily for me it was only a couple of decorations. I've emailed back in forth with them about it and they want ME to contact the sender. One sender site was completely in Chinese which I can't read or understand. They never answer my questions period. I still have NO refund either Never order from them again. I understand the pricing is low but it's better to just pay more through Amazon
I ordered over a month ago and I am unable to find the status of what I ordered. If I had checked the reviews on this page first I would not have ordered. They have my money and I have nothing. If there was a option of one half or less of a star I would have chosen it. I clicked one star because it was the lowest to choose from. I will never order from them again.
Dont order from this site. I placed an order and paid... was 6 weeks into the order and it didnt come... enquired and they said as its gone over we will refund you the money and you keep the order when you recieve it as its reached your country. Well i recieved the refund but 2 months now and i still havent recieved what i ordered so i dnt think they posted it out... same thing happened to my sister so Beware!
Ordered some items before this Christmas. I had 4 orders. 2 of which arrived and we're very nice. 2 of which were over the date they should've been delivered. Being to close to Christmas I contacted the company. They were prompt in a response. Refunded the amount I paid and advised should the items come they were mine to keep due to the arrival date not being met. I will use this company again. I will however make my purchases earlier.

Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
