I have shopped with wish for over a year, I haven't had a bad experience yet mind you items comes from China it does take awhile to get here and when your item does not arrive by the date you can ask for refund and they don't give you a hard time. Just remember to read the description.
I spent over 200.00 for gifts. Each one was crappier than the last. Everything was made in China. I searched everywhere to see where this stuff was made, but it didn't say anywhere. All items were soooo cheap, I should have thrown them away. Trashiest site ever. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE...

My mom and dad both tried to buy me a pair of light up shoes for Christmas. I had an account with wish. They kept blocking the cards, refused to unblock them and then did not email me to resolve the problem. There is no way for me to contact them to resolve it. I ended up buying the shoes from Amazon
Got a email that my purchase shipped on 11-27-16, got email with tracking number which is useless, tried emailing the company half a dozen times with no response, not any way to run a business!
I placed my initial order thinking that the stuff I ordered was going to be low quality. I am truly amazed. The quality is excellent. The shipping is a little slow, but everything I ordered has arrived. I will continue to order from them.
I've been reading through the reviews, and wanted a more clear picture to why some may believe wish is a scam. Wish is not a scam at all but instead an international shopping site. Meaning there are merchants from everywhere selling items. Just be cautious and know who you are buying from. Here's a link to some very valuable information about the site. I order the items in Oct, estimated delivery 19 Dec, then it was changed to 26 Dec, never arrived,. I asked customer service to know when was going to be delivered and after all this time waiting, theu decided to refund, and I haven't asked for that. Very dissapointed, I also think is a scamp.
I ordered a laser pointer from the site. A package arrived 2 weeks later it looked like the laser pointer I ordered. But when i opened it up I realized there was no working parts inside! Complete scam - save your money and stay away!
I ordered 4 different items for my son, all of which said they would be here before Christmas. I still have not received any of them. At first it said delivery would be 12/22 then 12/24, then 12/27 then 12/30 now it says 1/5, I am really starting to think this sight is a total scam

The first item I got from here wasn't too bad (a little tight and had a miniscule stain, but was okay besides that and I got compliments on it), so I decided to use Wish again for other items. So far, anything I've received from them beyond the first item has either not arrived (after over 2 months), or has been complete and utter garbage, and not what they advertise at all. The pictures of the items do not correlate to what the item you receive will look like, and all of the clothes items run incredibly small (their XL = S), or are made of toxic-smelling materials. A lot of the items do not really have many reviews, or they are in other languages and you can't understand what the people have said about them.
Their ETAs always change. Almost all of the things I've ordered in November that gave me an early/mid-December ETA have all change to mid-January 2017 now. I also asked for a refund on something I ordered on the same day, and they did not give me a refund. When I contacted customer service about it, they told me that they did refund it (even though I got charged the full price on my bill and there was nothing refunded.)
Do not take a gamble with this site unless you want to lose time and money; go with Amazon or a thrift store instead - it will be a much better use of your time.
The first week in October I ordered for delivery to Canada 7 items (18" doll clothes) from Wish. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts. Two of the items arrived within the time frame given. For the other 5 items, I waited one week past the due date, and then requested a refund from customer service. Customer service was excellent. All refunds were cheerfully given and received on my credit card within three days. It's been almost three months since I placed my original order, and since receiving my refunds, two items have shown up in my mailbox (1 just today). So... Don't order anything you absolutely have to have. There seems to be no guarantee as to what will arrive. One of the items that failed to arrive actually had a tracking number with Canada Post! Be prepared to wait MONTHS. The prices are excellent, and the goods that arrived were well worth the price. I had no difficulty getting refunds. But, for a few dollars more, I could get similar items at Walmart.
I ordered 2 different times one day after another. It was confirmed. Claimed that it was being shipped. Next thing I know. My second order was immediately refunded and they claimed that my first order was as well. It didn't show up on my bank statements as refunded, but it showed the second as refunded. Then the second order didn't even appear on my bank statement as ever being withdrawn. The first was finally refunded. But they never explained why! I never got anything from it but days worth of headaches and let downs. Absolutly Horrible experience! Don't even bother!
WISH! I never had a bad experience. Great service and products. Always read the description and the reviews. Their sizes do run small but getting a bigger size is your best bet. Excellent return service. Love, love, love wish. Usually my orders come faster than expected. No worry. They have your back. Will shop at wish often. Love browsing through Wish to see what else they have. I usually find something. Try Wish.
I shop on wish, frequently. I have only bought items such as jewelry, sunglasses, some makeup and cell phone cases. So my experience may differ.
1. The shipping does take at least about a month lol. But I understand this. I also track the packages. Only on two occasions, my shipping order never arrived - I was immediately refunded AND shipped another item!
2. As far as ordering clothes, I have no idea how small or large they run. But my advice would be to first - stick to items such as sweatpants and sweatshirts. ALWAYS buy a size up. Then once you have some experience as to how the clothes run in terms of sizing - then begin to buy blouses and other fancy tops.
3. I personally wouldn't order shoes from the site bc I always like to try shoes on before I buy.
Overall, this site has worked for me. I have had only two issues with shipment but I was immediately refunded and received another item for free! I stick to non clothing items, but hopefully one day I will be brave enough to venture out to buy clothes and shoes from them.

I received my items in 6 weeks as projected.
1. The purse organizer is excellent & only $4.
2. I wear a medium, ordered a large, the blouse was skin tight & had to be given away.
3. The blouse had lace & would have been beautiful had it not been for the many holes & loose stitching of the lace (sized too small).
4. I took pictures of #3, emailed them to WISH, who refunded my money.
I order something that i never received.
After 3 weeks i wrote them to complain and they refunded the money.
They also said that even if they were refunding the money, they would have send the parcel to apoligize for the service.
Bull$#*! because they never did.

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
