I order a lot from Wish. They have great communication. If something doesn't make it to me, they are very quick to refund. Remember, you are dealing with China and customs. Plan accordingly. Well worth it for the great prices.

I ordered item from Wish, they gave the hotlink of the tracking page that is lost tracking. I think it is a fraud company. Please don't order anything from Wish! Too bad, I can't give it less than one star.

Yes, not the best quality of products, but what do you expect when everything is so cheap! Yes, it takes long for delivery, but you are already informed. Plus, it's being delivered from CHINA! Yes, did not receive some products, but customer service was very helpful and when emailed that I was getting a refund, I received the refund. No problem. I enjoy this website and will continue shopping.

They will only change the order status to refund to keep the customer's mouth shut but they will not process it through the bank

Many tempting buys on the website. I ordered severel items early November. Items never arrived. Imcontacted support, they told me to wait it out a bit longer (5-7 days) stuff never showed up so I asked for a refund. I recieved a notice sayin I have been refunded and In my profile on their site it shows that I have been refunded but I have NOT BEEN REFUNDED. Don't order from this site.

I ordered my item in late November. Delivery was promised by December 2,2016. Never came. Then it was promised by December 30. Didn't come. I have repeatedly tried to contact customer support. What a joke! Their response emails just say "refund processed". HORRIBLE. CUSTOMER. SERVICE!

Just don't! It's utter garbage. Even going 3 sizes bigger it was too small and the stock photo shows a much higher quality faux fur and higher quality workmanship than what you actually receive. I wouldn't put this on my dog. Buyers beware.

Don't order clothing. Any clothing. The sizes are for children. NO JOKE! With the exception of lingerie, which is beautiful and very cheaply made, u may get 2 wears. Everything else I've ordered has been pretty good. And I've always gotten refunds no problem.

I placed two orders with wish.com. I have been charged for both. These were placed almost a month ago, however when I log in to track my shipments, it's says I have no purchase history! How is that so if I've been charged!? I've emailed their support team with no response. There is no customer support number. I feel like I've been robbed. Can I give them a negative 5?

I noticed that they have items on here that you can buy a lot cheaper at your local store. Why buy something and pay more and then pay 7 dollars for shipping when you can just drive to your local department store and get the exact same item for less. Screw you wish you suck.

I can't give it less than one star, if I could, I would. Still haven't received my items and have 19 email responses from them, each one giving me a runaround response and not one addressing the issue of item not shipped/received. If you want frustration, aggravation and a loss of income, then use this company. STAY AWAY, YOU WERE WARNED
