Order placed Nov 16th. Money taken asap. First delivery date Dec 21. These were Christmas presents for my family having their first Christmas in Canada as they are from Australia. Never got parcels, date changed to Dec 21. Then date changed to Dec 28. They have gone home now and I received one small item yesterday. Still have 9 items coming. Will gave to post these if they ever come otherwise will cancel on my card as not received.So pathetic almost 2 months and 1 item.

I have purchased a fair amount of merchandise from Wish, but noticed that the price advertised is not always the price you pay. All items sold for 2 to 5 dollars more then ad price plus shipping. Found a really cute coat and was advertised for 9 dollars. When I got to the point to pick a color. The price was 30 dollars plus shipping.
They don't give you a way to ask why they advertise one price and charge another.
I don't recommend Wish anymore.

Let's just say everything that I have ordered from them hasn't arrived. I was given a delivery date, the items never came by date, then asked for a refund because this was suppose to be my Dad's Christmas gifts, and only got a partial refund. They also changed the date of delivery once I stated it was late. Now maybe you don't think that I shouldn't be upset but this has been going on for over 2 months since it was ordered and over 3 weeks late. That's not even the best part. Once it "leaves" China, you can't track it. Can't find out where it is, how close it is... NOTHING! Now I still have a bunch of packages to come that the delivery date hasn't past yet but your first 3 deliveries have failed in my books. Keeping my fingers tightly crossed that I'm not out more money that I already am...

I've ordered ivory Ella shirts and they looked way different and is a totally different material. Also I got a marble phone case and it look glossy and not exactly glass but way different then what I got it feels like a really cheap material again. Also the pictures they use are click bait. I also ordered a popsocket well over a month ago and it says the delivery date is January 10 and you would think stuff comes early but that is not the case for wish

I have ordered forr a hoodie from Wish.com. After nearly waiting for a month I kepy on chasing them, but no use. They kept on assuring me that the product is on its way and extended the deadline.
Finaly after nearly 2 months they could no morevtake my mails and refunder the amount. However the money has still not come back to my account.
It is a waste of time, money and effort. PLEASE REFRAIN FORM USING WISH.COM!
Better to spend more and ordee from popula sites like AMAZON.

I think this site is awesome! I've bought many things and I never expect them to be super nice, and anybody that does is just naive I suppose. Everything is cheap and comes from China, so of course they're not going to be brand name quality products. I've bought all sorts of things from body jewelry to clothes and it all arrived when expected and met my satisfaction. I do a lot of artsy-craftsy things and go to Wish for my supplies. Heck, I even order my nail supplies through Wish. You just have to love a good deal, and be careful to check out the reviews and the sellers themselves and READ THE DETAILS... and personally, as far as anything electronic, I'd go to a different site.
There have been a couple items that weren't recieved and one item that was wrong but that was only 3 things totally maybe $10(including shipping), and comparing that to the $100's I've spent on this site, does not tarnish them in my opinion. Everyone and everything deserves a little room for error. Overall, the good has by far out weighed the bad.

I expected the products I bought to be cheaply made but hoped they were usable. I have received products on their expected date of delivery. Some were usable, some were not. I hope my TV streaming box is up to par. If not I will immediately send it back because I paid much more than a dollar for it. The main thing I do not like about Wish is their delivery can be more than a month away. So, they are using my money and everyone else's money to make not only a profit on the products they sell, but also earn interest on our money while we wait for our product.

Mixed feelings

I brought a number of clothes and the quality is cheap and they don't fit so I have thrown them away, I did buy some chair covers and they are fantastic. One parcel was lost and they did refund the money very quickly. I would not buy clothes from here again.

So, I do keep in mind that almost everything is one dollar or very cheap. So, I always click the filter where the reviews are at least 3 starts. I've only ordered 2 items so far and I understand that they will probably arrive a month from now. I've looked at a lot of clothes and jewelry but I bought some make up brushes and if the quality is good enough for me to use them, then I will continue, carefully, shopping on wish. I'm looking for a lot of things that aren't always cheap and accessible in nearby stores so this is very convenient and again SUPER CHEAP! I will write another review after receiving both orders!

I've ordered quite a few things from the site, they've only lost one item and customer service was very nice about it. Not only did I get my refund day but they told me if the item were to arrive I'd get to keep it free of charge. Now I would look at the item description, the sizing chart and the reviews before making a purchase. Also, check the stores review. Can't be to careful :)

I ordered a pair of light up trainers. After wearing them four times and recharging only twice one of the shoes stopped working. They have told me that because the 30 days are up I am not entitled to a full refund. Consumer Rights Act of 2015 says that I am so I am going to fight this until I have my money back!

I ordered the magnetic charger cable for the iPhone on 12/24/16 and all I can get is status as ordered and paid. Can't get a tracking number and customer service hasn't responded to me. I'm calling my bank to reverse charges and reporting them as a fraudulent scam site.

I ordered 5 items of clothing and not one fits or looks as stated. They are very badly made items and disformed and lopsided. When I called in the complain they sent me a label for return shipping and it would not open correctly and you have to pay to ship back to them for a return which makes no sense as the shipping costs more than the item purchased. Very upset. I am disputing with my credit card company to get my money back. I am angry! WARNING THIS IS CHINA JUNK!

I made the mistake of ordering something from them (a magnetic power cord attachment for a smartphone for $9.95). The shipping -- ready? -- was $25! And for that, they say it takes five days process the order and another two weeks for it to arrive! Since I ordered (11 days), they have yet to send me any kind of tracking for shipping, and have ignored several emails asking about status. They refuse any refunds. They need to be out of business.

I bought a top from wish.com and was so happy when I received it. It was exactly as I had seen it on the model in the picture. The size was perfect too.
They had said it would take 2 months, so that was a little disappointing but low and behold, the package came as stipulated on the approximate date of arrival, a little just before expected date.
I'm happy they were honest about the shipping time. Can't wait for the other goodies I ordered. Should be arriving soon
