My husband and I fell in love with new wedding rings they had. We ordered them from China. Frist I don't know what's wrong with China but every time we order something from there it's wrong. I complained to wish and instead of getting my ring in the size I ordered they refunded my money. I told them I didn't want the refund but the ring I ordered in the right size. They couldn't do that though so now I have a ring that falls off my finger if I'm not careful. If you want the right order I'd day stick with Amazon. At least they make sure your happy with your order. Anyway I delegated my profile on there and am never shopping there again.
Unbelievably bad site. They sent the wrong size, then made me pay return shipping. When I forgot the password to my account they never sent a password reset email after several requests. And there's no phone number where a live person answers. Eventually i remembered my password and requested a return shipping label. You have to take a picture of the item and attach it to your refund request, even though it contributes nothing to the refund process. Then you have to take a picture of the box with the return shipping label on it! WTF?! I'm just hoping they actually send the return shipping label. Don't have very high hopes. Be afraid... be very afraid...
Ordrered 2 items, a shirt and a sling purse. Took 7 weeks to arrive. They kept pushing delivery dates back. I like the purse, but the shirt was suppised to be XL, thought I was playing it safe to order a little larger than what i usually buy here in USA. It looks and fits way smaller. I cant wear this. Thank goodness i didnt spend a lot on this. Very disappointed in my Wish experience and will not be ordering from there again.
Products not what you expect, pictures are very deceiving like they show a stuff toy beside a young woman and it's half her size you get it and it's not much bigger than your shoe. They show items for express delivery and then when it gets close to the day to get it they change delivery day to a later date, funny thing is they usually show multiples of the item with different prices and delivery date express delivery may be a little more $ but you'll get it sooner right! NO and you can't do anything about it.

It's been about a year now since I have started ordering from Wish. I have always received my products and most of the time they r received Inga fewcdays to a week. I had problems with a new mail carrier over the holidays stealing my packages. I was reimbursed for all seven (7)packages I buy all my make up and makeup brushes thru Wish. I do not buy clothes as they have the tendency to run smaller than American size. Keep up the good work Wish!
Made a small purchase to test the legitimacy of the site in December 2016. Item was a £1 laser pen with £1 postage. Tracking number seemed to work until it hit my local sorting office, then was marked as delivered on 27th December. Requested a refund on 10th January to be told they think it will still turn up and I have to wait... Shall be seeking my refund via PayPal, always pay with this option on here or you'll more than likely regret it on bigger purchases
Half of what I received could not be used as it was broken, not what I ordered, or smelled of gasoline. Had I known it was going to take 30 - 45 days to receive my order, and that it was coming from China, I would not have bothered. These we small simple gifts I intended for my parents (novelties) but not only did they not arrive in time (ordered on 12-01-2016) but what DID arrive I am too ashamed to admit I spent money for to give to them.
Read reviews, look at ratings, see how many other people bought it and look at THEIR pictures of the product to see if it is to your liking. I have bought jewelry, toys, lingerie, and makeup from Wish. I have yet to be disappointed. I order gifts for people 2 months prior to ensure it gets to me on time. It is a great way to save money. Just think ahead.
Where do you find any contact information. Their only contact is a tracking service with an USPS tracking number that has no record of the tracking number. Feeling scammed...
Oh well, I ordered approx. $29 so I am glad I didn't order 200$.

I ordered a significant amount from the company upon tracking my merchandise it stated it arrived in the county. After this my order status was blank they have no such order from me. What type of company is this a rip off company that takes ones money. It is in review and I am fighting for my money back. Will never use again!
I strongly advise against ordering from this company. I ordered an item to try them out my order was placed Dec 15th 2017, it's now Jan 10 2017 and I still don't have it. My son ordered a Christmas gift for me earlier in Dec and it has not arrived either. They also change the date of expected delivery several times, and don't give you a tracking number. The last location report of my order was Dec 19th. No updates since then. So who knows where its at or when I will actually get it. I had so many things I wanted to get from them if they were up to par. I guess that won't be happening.
Ordered a Christmas present in November. Said it would be delivered by December 19th. Never arrived. When I asked about it the delivery date was changed to December 26th. OVER 6 WEEKS AFTER ORDERING. Never again.
I got sucked in and responded to a Facebook advert. On investigation after, I could have got the products for less than half the price. Now I am told it will 45-60 days until I get the products. Finally, their cancellation clause is incredible - you can't cancel an order... That is illegal under UK law but I guess as its a US site, they can do it... Oh well, you live and learn

I just started ordering from Wish in Dec 2016. I did not have any expectations since I have ordered online items from other "China" companies. I absolutely love the eye liner. I had used it before from another shop, but the price here is much better. I have also received all items ordered. Some came very fast and others came a day or so after the estimated date. However, I ordered 5 watches of all colors at $1 each. They have leather bands and they work. I can't buy one watch for that price. I don't order clothing because I do realize the sizes can be extremely small even if they say 5XL. But for what you pay, even if it only lasts a couple of wearings, you can't beat $1 or $2 for jewelry and makeup. I like this site very much.
My sister has ordered me several things as gifts from and so far one item was broken but everything else great. Now here is where the problem comes in. I ordered stuff before she did 9 items to be exact. So far I've only received two. One was reimbursed was told to keep product as an apology, still never came then two days later they emailed to say the product was out of stock so was never sent anyway. Was supposed to have one of my items today. Guess what? Not here waiting to hear back from them again. Very unhappy with my experience, however my sister's experience has been great.So order at your own risk but don't count on getting everything you order. Some stuff comes super fast other stuff you wait weeks for nothing.

I will never order from this lame website ever again. I ordered a pair of boots on December 9th, and today is January 9th. The arrival date was January 7th. I mean really? Then I wanted to speak to a "live" customer service rep, they make sure that "they" do not have to talk with the customers. Horrible service. I only WISH I had read all of the terrible reviews before being enchanted by the lovely boots, I may never get.
Should have came here read reviews before purchasing items but lucky im with capital one... items look like they running around china, some say arrived at airport, others havent even shipped after a week 1 out of 8 items arrived early though but still told capital one to dispute my entire purchase so please dont buy from wish.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!

Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
