Rip off!

I placed four orders and received two. Wish will not respond! Don't shop here! Let's face it, the value is poor gen you only get half of your stuff and Wish just ignores repeated communication.

Several orders later, never again... takes 2months or more for products to arrive if you live in Canada, use Amazon.ca instead, stuff comes in like a week and the pricing is similar, their support stuff is way more helpful!

Why is everyone negative? This is a GREAT site for bargains!

Everyone knows that these products are imports from overseas, mainly China. It may take a month or two to arrive here. They tell you that up front. Don't want to wait? Don't buy from them.

Yes, they can be a lower quality product, but some are very well made. NO ONE get a real GUCCI purse for $14.00. If you think that, you're the problem.

Clothing sizes are different over there. They are smaller people. Our XL is like their 3XL. KNOW THAT BEFORE YOU COMMIT! Or, better yet, ASK QUESTIONS!

They refund your money quickly if you don't receive an item, if you don't like an item if it is defective or not as described.

I have never had a problem with this site. I always use Paypal because my information is protected. If you give your CC information out, that's on you!

Read descriptions, choose your products WISELY if you're capable. Wait for your product to arrive and enjoy it. Or get a refund if you're not satisfied. It's that simple!

I placed an order on 2/4/2017 and it came out of my bank account, on 2/8/2017 I received an email stating there was a problem with my payment and they needed a photo of the front and back of my debit card and or a copy of my bank statement... NOT! My money was instantly refunded after I contacted my bank in fact while I was still on the phone with my bank. I have talked with others who've used PayPal and have had no problems but if not they take money out of bank account if given the information I was asked so I will just stick with my Amazon Prime for shopping thank you! To bad you can't give 0 stars!

There's pros and cons to this app the pros are quick delivery cute low price nd the cons are if u want a refund they don't refund your money back nd if u want an item reshipped they won't reship it they'll tell u they'll give u a refund nd they don't and the all the items are really cheap quality I can go on and on about what I don't like about this app

Wish is a scam!

I ordered 2 shirts, a pair of sunglasses and a Bluetooth earpiece. It took well over a month to receive any items. The shirts were way too small. Sizing is way off for US. Everything comes China. The sunglasses are ok but very cheaply made. Earpiece would not connect to iPhone. One shirt didn't even look like the picture of what I bought. Advise everyone to not get sucked in by the low prices. It's a waste of time and $$.

I ordered from Wish Store in early December, and now it is early February, no word at all. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. They did not mention that it was coming from China. I have written to them twice and no response. NEVER AGAIN.

Product shipping info said one date... then another. I have written to them and no response, ordered in early Dec... now it's Feb 8th. Not a fun experience, now concerned if they will just rip me off or what is going on.

Keep in mind most of this $#*! comes from RipMeOffChina. No country in their right mind would let anything from China in without check so expect delay in shipping. I always got what I ordered but I noticed how they like to pretend everything is worth more then what they sell it for, bull$#*! lol

Fraud or really unserious company,

In the checkout screen the full price was 98 CHF and my paypal was billed 135.40 CHF.
After that they tried to explain me that the price was without shipping but i had the checkout open in a new tab and the total price with shipping was for sure 98 CHF!

The size was much smaller than expected, I ordered a large thinking it would be loose cause I normally wear a medium but when I receive it it was quite snug and the shirt material was very poor quality. I also had ordered two and only received one, when I contacted customer service about my dissatisfaction of the quality of the shirt and the fact that I did not receive the quantity that I had paid for the person dismissed the fact that I wanted a refund for the item I did not receive and said that I should receive it in a couple of weeks and also dismissed the fact that the quality of the shirt was very poor! The customer service department is a joke and the quality of the items are so terrible and they make you wait over three weeks to get what you paid for weeks before hand!

I dont understand all the negative reviews. Its a typical website to shop on but the customer service is like non other.

1. You order something you like.
2. Late shipping shouldnt be a negative thing as they TELL YOU BEFORE YOU ORDER.
3. If you like your item, GREAT. If not, you get full refund, GREAT.

So whats with all the negativity. Its a win win. You like, you keep. You dont like, you get a refund. So... really... its a perfect website.

Was referred to Wish by a friend. Bought lots of great cheap stuff from different categories. FREE shipping! No problems with payment. Prompt email notification of receipts. Now I just have to wait for the package to arrive. Here's hoping products are good as described.

False Advertisements

My daughter ordered a purse for me as a Christmas gift in mid November, with an arrival date of January 17. When it didn't come by January 28th, she contacted the company and requested a refund, and boy am I glad she did! I don't expect a Coach purse for $14, but this is just awful! The purse arrived today (2/7) and it is so cheaply made that I will be surprised if it lasts a week! Yet the picture on Wish is the exact pic on the company's website, but the wording might lead some to believe it's the real deal. I will never purchase anything from this site, and my daughter will never again!

I love wish. I have probably purchased over $150 worth of stuff from them. Bag stuffers for kids parties, "as seen on tv" kind of things (love my hair curlers), and even baby toys.

I recommend reading the descriptions really well and if you question it don't get it. Also you have to look at the store review because the products come from different places. I have paid attention to the little things and give them a month to ship and I have only had one item not show up. They refunded my money right away.

You can get things on this site that are about a 500% mark up in the us, but you need to PAY ATTENTION! Also this stuff is from China. It's most likely made in China or a near by country. If you have an issue with that. Go buy something down the street for 500x more.
