I've been hacked twice in the last two months using two different cards by HOME/WISH on line shopping. The last one was done yesterday, one day after I purchased from Home in a matter of less than an hour for hundreds of dollars. I started checking my on line shopping history, and Bingo, my first hacking was done the day after I bought from HOME/WISH. Please be careful if you shop here because I believe they have a very faulty security service.
Does anyone know how I can demand HOME/WISH the money I lost from the illegal hacking? Thank you very much.
Wish has been a fairly reliable and easy place to shop from, an even get refunds from. Everything that I have ordered, clothes included, has been fairly good quality. There have been a few experiences with items never arriving, but you will always have those experiences when you shop online. Overall, Wish has been mainly positive experiences for me.
Do not buy clothes from them... beware. I ordered 2 sizes larger because everyone said it comes small. I ordered 2 times larger so xxl and if I was a child it might fit? I think the only thing they did is put a xxl on tag lol... and try and return it or refund... good luck so I removed wish app altogether.
Horrible. Still no package. It's been 3 weeks... Now it says 1 more week. This was a $3 item apparently from Asian and I'm in California. WTF?
Wish is just a market to sell cheap low grade products from China. Although there are also high grade products made in China but the point is that you can not find them in WISH!
So if you wish to have something even the low grade version of it, just consider that Whish is not even fast responsive to your concerns! Want some proof? Buy a 2$ product and then when you hopefuly got it after 3 months (!) ask for a refund!
The last point is that if you change your phone, all you have ordered with your old phone can not be tracked anymore because the app is assigned to the phone and not your account!
Would never buy off here again. I should have seen the warning signs when I found out they ship from China (home of dodgy Internet produce).
Ordered a "Thick Knitted Blanket". Pictures of women draped in these huge knitted blankets; I was looking forward to receiving my item. Waited almost a month for it to be delivered.
When it did arrive, it wasn't even a blanket - I'd been sent the yarn to make my own blanket! What?

Wish.com does not have items on their own. Their items come from sellers like me who dropship for their customers. The bad thing for sellers is that their customer service is in china AND if a customer says this $130 item does not work. They say ok I give you a full refund and you can keep that $130 merchandise as well (that is not how they say it but that is what happens). The expensive speaker was not defective. We can talk to the customer and tell her how to make it work or tell her - here is a return label so you can return it and give you a full refund. But these chinese customer service will not give you that chance and they will not honor any explanation. It's not their merchandise anyway so there is no lost for them. WORST PLACE TO SELL YOUR STUFF.
For all idiots complaining for slow delivery I can say that if you want fast shipping order from Amazon.
Other wise the goods ordered from Wish are just as good as you can get from Amazon. Sellers from Amazon buy there stuff from China too. Wake up.
Like everyone, ordered my merchandise Decembre 26,2016 have not received as of today February 12,2017.
I ordered a Christmas gift and after 6 weeks I sent them an email asking where the merchandise was? The tracking they sent me didn't work. They never responded after 4 emails to their customer service dept. PayPal opened a dispute for me and got my money refunded. Do not do business with them!

Be very careful if you are thinking of buying anything from Wish. Read the reviews regarding how they operate and what they promise and (don't) deliver and you may change your mind. I bought a Pink Floyd CD box set before Christmas 2016 and I was assured that it was genuine, unlike the majority of CDs emanating from China. When the goods did not arrive in a reasonable time I questioned Wish, who claimed that they had been sent. The tracking system used by Wish showed that the goods had been "exported" from Shenzhen, China on 31 December but then seemed to disappear into thin air. Repeated complaints to Wish were met with the usual platitudes and empty words about the quality of the goods and the "certainty" that they would arrive in Australia, notwithstanding "bad weather" and other delays. Eventually Wish refunded my money even though I never asked for a refund, while still assuring me that the goods would arrive and, as a gesture of "goodwill" I could keep them when they did arrive. It is now February 13,2017 and still no goods. It is pointless to make complaints because Wish's "customer help centre" (ha ha, what a joke!) is in the USA and goods are sent from China. In my opinion Wish is a scam, selling counterfeit and poor quality products at so-called "bargain" prices and I will NEVER give them my money or time again. They have no compunction about lying to you and obviously work on the basis that, for every person who complains about their "service", there are a hundred who will bear the loss of their money without complaint. The people who operate Wish should hang their heads in shame but I don't see that happening any time soon. Wasn't it Phineas T. Barnum who said, "There's a sucker born every minute"? Herewith endeth the lesson!
My overall shopping is a mixed bag. 1) Products arrived around 2 weeks. 2) two items out of 6 ordered is right size and material is ok but the rest are either short and fat or the craftsmanship is crapy. 3) they are cheat therefore they look cheap 4) I asked for refund for two items coz they are crapy but refund never arrive. My advise is: it is "fun" to browse and cheap to buy but it's a gamble and be ready to loss money as you don't expect them to give refund.
I've ordered about twenty items on wish, and was aware they would take along time to arrive in exchange for the low prices.
Only about 6 of the items ever showed up. Of those two were not the items I ordered, and one was not anywhere *close* to this size I ordered (Medium rather than 2XL). The company s good about processing refunds, but man; their ability to actually get the products you order into your hands is insanely bad.
Like bad enough that I literally have no idea how this functions as a business model unless they are counting on people to just not bother getting a refund on 6 bucks (or whatever)
You pay so much for shipping and it takes forever to arrive. Also they still haven't responded to my email and i have been waiting for awhile now. They should have better customer support as well.
Placed my order and paid for it on 15th Dec 2016 and it still hasn't arrived. All I get is an automated response email with a tracking number that doesn't exist. I went to their website to check on the status of the order and it hasn't even been packed for shipping yet! I have opened a dispute claim with paypal, first dispute ever in over 10 years. How are these people still in business?
This site sucks! I have 16 items ordered & have only received 3! Sure you get a refund for the other items but if l wanted a refund l would never of ordered the items in the first place! I will never use this site again!

Answer: Wish your company charged my checking account $114.75, I have been trying to contact your company several times and get no respond form you by email, tried that fake phone number that's a joke... Where is my orders or my refund for 114.75 your company charged out of my checking account. I am going to have my Bank and credit card company look into this matter... Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! So unless you just want to waist your money DO NOT ORDER FROM WISH.COM!
Answer: I found more bad seller's than good. Was also told a item had been delivered to my address. The item did arrive 3 weeks later. Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
